Penis, your father looks are you with a look of worry. "I don't know what he told you, but you do need to grow up. I'm worried about you, and now someone is claiming to be one of the people in your dreams..."
He looks towards Mercury, with a touch of aggression. "I didn't catch the supposed name; what was it again? Vanyel, Kip, Lilu, or are you the black skinned Mer..." He pauses as he actually looks at you for the first time.
It isn't long before the meat is prepared and you are ready to leave for town. There are a few ways to town. The often dangerous hidden trail through Tytan Forest to the road south of you, the very dangerous route of walking straight through the woods themselves, or the long but secure route through the caves to the underground town of Revenge; and from there along the long gnome guarded tunnel to Haven.
(They are a local and a follower of Torm, under your words of her divinity.)
"Torm guides us all, as you say." Gamas says, his small halfling hand upon your shoulder. He smiles lightly. "Is there any way I can help?" He is around your age and you've always found him a bit cute.
Kip will take a short moment to try to absorb the beauty of this place before approaching the door of the cottage and knocking quickly. If there is no answer he will attempt to open the door and walk in... if the door is locked and no one comes to answer he will attempt to climb up the side of the cottage and hide on the roof.
Kip, you find the door unlocked. This place looks old, centuries at least. It is simple, but well made. Though it looks long abandoned, it is well kept; no dust, no webs, fresh smelling hay on the roof. From the windows in the back of the cottage you see a trail of stones leading farther behind the house.
The only thing that stands out as unexpected is the curved and twisted wand laying on the table.
Catching it mostly with his lap, he looks down at an old drawing of his daughter, as she looks today. It must be older than she is. "H... How is this possible? What does this mean... I don't understand." He says, staring at the book.
Penris gets up and looks at her father pleadingly. "I told you the dreams were true, Father, and so are the champions. I ran into Mercury here in town and we need to find the others. I must do what Krythlynn has asked of me." Penris looks at Evalyn and then back at her father. She straightens and smiles brightly at them both. "I will gather my things and then we will start our adventures! Right, Mercury?" Penris bolts from the room without waiting for a reply, intent on gathering her things and setting out with Mercury.
Once inside the house, Kip would quickly close the door. While looking for a place to hide from the Wyrwood, he would notice the wand on the table. Forgetting about his pursuer, he would slowly walk towards the wand and pick it up in his furry clawed hand.

One of the other visitors of the shrine notices your reaction. "Ash, is everything okay?"
I KNEW THIS DAY WOULD COME!

Ash looks up to see who's there.
**Do i know this person?**
"I am really not sure. But I think it will be."

Mercury scowls at Penris' father.
"Yes.. Mercury, Sir."

"Wha... wait... um, I... I'm confused." Penris' father says, slowly backing towards a chair; unconsciously sitting upon reaching it.
Mercury throws his book over to him.
"Here. In case you still don't believe her."
Catching it mostly with his lap, he looks down at an old drawing of his daughter, as she looks today. It must be older than she is. "H... How is this possible? What does this mean... I don't understand." He says, staring at the book.

Penris' father says to Mercury without looking up. "You... you'll take care of her, right? She'll be safe; with you?" A tear rolls down his cheek.
The wand is smooth, and spiraled; like a tree whose branches spiral ever closer and tighter until it reaches to a point.
The squirrling will inspect the wand, trying to decide if it is magic before attempting to find a place to hide from the approaching Wrywood creature.
18 = arcana
19 = stealth
You assume its magic, probably, and slip it into your pocket. You think the rafters would be a good place to hide.
Kip will attempt to climb up on to the table and jump up towards the rafters in an attempt to hide from the Wyrwood.
