Lukian turns back to the giant. "It appears you are the only one left. Do you have anyone else to feed? Family or friends back home?"
The giant responds "Hungryfella's job is get enough food for wicked stepsisters and others! Otherwise they all get cross! Hungryfella get left overs if any is left over"
"Wicked stepsisters?" Lukian asks. "That doesn't sound good. Who are these stepsisters? How many of them are they? Who else is there? You said 'and others'." Lukian is genuinely concerned.

The giant holds up a meaty fist and counts on his fingers "there is Anastasia, Drusilla and Esmerelda. And there is Bewdiful Boy but he sick!"
"So, five of you." The elf looks the giant up and down. "That's a lot of food if you are all giants." He turns and surveys the slain creatures. "Do you happen to eat bugbear and orc?"

The Giant looks at the carnage surrounding him and simply says "food is food. Food that is not running is easier to eat?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
At some point in the conversation or another, a bored Beedo eventually snuck his way down to go turn over the bodies. He didn't expect much of course, seeing as in goblinoid culture, the biggest and strongest always had the most. But while everyone was mostly distracted with conversation, now seemed as good a time as any upon hearing the big oaf was pretty much on his own doing the hunting.
Vark notices this fairly early on, and though tempted, eventually shook his head at the thought. Of the two, he took to the teachings of the Red Knight the most, if only because of the finger lost to a Worg. 'Never again'.
As for D.O.R.K, whether she notices Beedo's actions or not, there is no clear indication. Inwardly however, and for the past few minute or so, she searched her memory banks in silence; calculating just how possible it would be to feed or even trust the hill giant based on what she knew of them....
"We will help you carry it back," Lukian offers, glancing around at the others in case he is speaking out of turn. "I'd like to meet these stepsisters of yours."
But while everyone was mostly distracted with conversation, now seemed as good a time as any upon hearing the big oaf was pretty much on his own doing the hunting.
Beedo finds nothing on the Ogres and only weapons on the bugbears. What does the party think of Lukian's suggestion?
"If you carry the big ones we can help drag the smaller ones. I'd like to meet your step sisters also." Devin says. "What's your name by the way? I'm Devin. "
If any of those weapons are made of metal, Beedo will busily tie them up and drag them back to the cart for Torunn to see about altering them later. Though whenever it should become clear they'd be hauling bodies, the goblin grumbles and sighs, but for once doesn't really voice his complaint. He certainly wasn't looking forward to riding with them, assuming the wagon could handle such a load on top of the scatter armor. In which case, he'd chime in with a, "Could probably break'em up enough and stuff'em in 'at bag. Solve a 'ole lot of problems, I tell ya. But up to ya."
As for D.O.R.K, whenever Lukian looks back in her direction, the construct is pointedly looking away. Whatever her thoughts on the subject, she either for once was keeping to herself, or found something about the ground that required her absolute attention... from atop Mr. G. Vark says nothing as well, as stays focused on the giant, still clearly not trusting the giant.

"Da wicked sistas call me Ungryfella"the giant replies as he tears an arm off one of the bugbears and takes a bite. Exactly how are the party going to get the carcasses to wherever it is that the giant lives.
"Well, I don't think we could move these bodies that far. Maybe you should just eat your fill now. You can carry one of these ogre back and we'll bring the hobgoblins and let's go meet your sisters." Devin replies.
"Okey dokey"the giant says as he sits down and proceeds to demolish the rest of the bugbear spitting out the bones after cracking them for marrow before starting on a second bugbear. Eventually he gives a great belch and looks at the third of the bugbear that is left with sadness before continuing "Ungryfella tired now - he sleep!" Soon the sound of a hill giant snoring is reverberating off the rocks of the narrow pass. It is now late afternoon and the sun is starting to set.

"Phew!" says Ebonitus, making sure he is out of earshot of the sleeping giant. "I'm not sure about this eating of ogres and bugbears, do you think the ugly sisters will go for it? We might need a plan B. How many create food and waters will we need - he just ate 1 2/3 Bugbears? I think we need to plan how we are going to approach this."

A somewhat ill looking Vark returns to the cart to sit down for a spill. Even if by technicalities a bugbear was a goblin but not, the fact remained that they were distantly related. Beedo. Seeing this, Beedo hackles him a little, reminding him of the even worst stuff they've had to partake over the years. As 'encouraging' as that was, Vark eventually needs to busy himself working on getting Mr. G secured for the evening to really take his mind off it.
Though not without heckling Beedo in turn over some shenanigans involving Beedo's greatest and silly efforts to cozy up to the old goblin boss in hopes of getting out work.
As the two work/go back and forth over this, a grounded once more D.O.R.K joins the others. "It is simple. It will take time to gather the resources throughout the remaining evening, assuming enough is available. But if through our combined efforts we are able to feed them into a food coma, or overload their significantly large system with some form of sleeping draft, we should be able to slay them all." She states simply. "We would of course need to request the miracle of silence to initially limit an alarm going up once we begin our concentrated assault upon one. But, I believe this is doable. Before then, we can try to, as my favorite author would often put it, 'Talk them up before ******* them up'. Which I assume based on inference that '****' means to hurt someone."

"Waste not, want not, right?" Lukian says, trying to not look disgusted. "Would this be enough for today, or do you need to hunt for more?"
The Giant looks at the three dead Ogres and four dead Bugbears "nuff food for one sun I guess but who help Hungryfella carry it back?"
(OOC: Do you know how hard it was to answer that question????)

What is in our own cart?
"How far away do you live? I could drag a dead hobgoblin, but there is no way I could move a dead ogre."
I"m not actually sure?
"Over da hills and far away" the giant responds
