Up in the darkness Ilezenya flies back towards the party (OOC - he can only cover 30 feet - his walking speed) until he is almost directly above the melee (actually he is now 65 feet in a straight line as he is 60 feet above vertically and 20 feet horizontally). From his vantage point he calls down the power of the moon on Attila and as droplets of moonlight fall from the ceiling on the barbarian (DC15[Dex] = 13) which he easily dodges. Less so the sickle of moonlight that appears out of the darkness and slices into his shin.
Undeterred by all of the attacks Attila swings his Great Axe at Mullo Attack: 18 Damage: 7). In her rage Mullo manages to twist out of the way of the strike and it is only half as effective as Attila would have liked.

OK, if there's no way for her to move, she will keep on raging and aim another reckless attack at Attila. Her storm aura will also focus on him, unless he goes down, in which case she'll aim it at another of the barbarians that has been damaged.
Action: Attack: 25 Damage: 7 piercing damage
Bonus: Storm aura: DEX DC 13 or the target takes 1 lightning damage, half damage on success

Mullo continues to duck and weave whilst successfully striking out. As she hits Attila a bolt of lightning spears out at the barbarian (DC 13[Dex] = 20) but it peters out before it reaches him. Boudicca takes advantage of Mullo's distraction by Attila and swings at the Shaman (Attack: 20 Damage: 8)
Ebonitus also continues to target Attila with his spiritual Hammer, unless Attila is down in which case the hammer will move on to Boudicca. He also infuses some more life into Mullo, seeing she seems to be wearing the brunt of the Barbarians' ire.
Action: cast Healing word on Mullo restoring 19 (This also restores 5hp to Ebonitus)

Seeing as the others couldn't -- or more accurately, wouldn't obey the order, D.O.R.K mutely sent her spectral spear after the opposing shaman. Meanwhile, she had a dagger with the back of at least one barbarian's name on it, and she sure planned to give it to him in the most painful way possible. In between all of that however, she says calmly but just loud enough over the din of battle, "You may wish to douse your torch as soon as possible, Shaman Mullo."
Bonus Action: Move and Swing Spiritual Weapon at Shaman. Attack: 25 Damage: 8 force.
D.O.R.K. the shaman is 60 feet away - it will take three rounds to get it towards her?
No opportunity attack as you are now closing to combat with the barbarians whaling on Mullo.
Another barbarian swings at Mullo (Attack: 16 Damage: 9)
Ilezenya I assume you're moving towards the melee. You'll get there next round.
Realising that he now has a dagger protruding from her Attila turns and swings at D.O.R.K. (Attack: 22 Damage: 5) The swirling melee means that D.O.R.K. can get close enough to deflect some - but not all - of the Barbarians efforts.
(@Grant: In that case, I will just spend my last 2nd level spell slot and cast it again, so I can remake it next to her and hit with it the same turn as per the spell description. Spell slot deducted)

Ilezenya continues moving towards the melee, using his spiritual weapon to attack Attilla again (if still standing - if not, he'll move it to the next barbarian). He then points at the barbarian and a flash of light streaks toward it! (Guiding Bolt at 3rd level: Attack: 25 Radiant Damage: 21. If hit, the next attack against the target is at advantage thanks to the mystical dim light glittering on the barbarian.)

Without looking at Dork, Mullo acknowledges the construct by throwing her torch away before swinging her war pick recklessly at Attila. Or if by "blasts Attila from his feet" means that he's down, she'll aim at Conan.
Attack: 26 Damage: 17
I'm hoping you'll let me do that as my bonus action, DM, since I'm not actually trying to hit anyone.

Mullo was never as far as I cam work out - happy to be proven wrong - within the 10 feet of Illezenya necessary for her to have had the dark vision granted to her by the half-drow's ability. If you throw the torch away you, as will the barbarians, be fighting the darkness. If you do want to throw the torch and make sure it travels far enough that it no longer illuminates Mullo - i.e. more than 40 feet - it will need to be an action. Otherwise - by the rule of cool - you can do it as a bonus action but t will travel a random distance and direction that may not be sufficient to ensure Mullo is in the darkness. The swirling melee around Mullo, D.O.R.K. and the five barbarians left is about 15 feet wide by 15 feet long.

Is Mullo completely surrounded with no path out?
Yes but D.O.R.K. Is now on the outside of the circle of barbarians whaling on Mullo
