Xanthas would continue walking forward, looking around as he goes. As he gets closer to the town he would draw his rapier and roll his neck as the metal mask almost appears to roll around within the black hooded robe. "YOU HAVE NO NEED TO FEAR! THE RAVEN QUEEN HAS SEEN THE OUTCOME OF THE COMING BATTLE... FEAR WILL ONLY WEIGHT DOWN YOUR SOULS IN DEATH! BE RID OF YOUR FEAR AND AND YOU WILL BE VICTORIOUS!" He would shout in the earsplittingly loud voice as he begins to move faster, running towards the town. As he gets closer the ground would shake with each footstep as he recasts Thaumaturgy.
"Boss... Lady... Regroup... Stranger... approaching... her area Cen.. not giant... bad feeling bout arrival... I fink. Awww fook'in so far." A Breatheless Beedo says prior to stretching out to stand and breathe properly, just as he was taught. "Yaw'll go... go see... BLT or her.. I guess... 'old on a tic... in'at? Fook'in nine! Is 'e 'at ova dwarf all 'e way over yonder and shit? Fooook! Ya got 'at loud maker magic too to ask'em at least if he's got sight on anything? 'cause I reaaaaly don't wanna go running again if'n I ain't go'a."He said, and if told now, he sighs and goes dashing off to at least easy shouting distance of Ghelren.
Meanwhile, the Grey Blob that was seen in the distance starts to resolve as it gets closer to Xanthas' position. That, and the tiny figure atop it waving something in the air.

Darathara looks at Devin with a very quizzical look on her face.
"He's your companion, any idea what he just said?"
Devin laughs a bit, "He's a goblin, it's hard to tell. But it sounded like a stranger is approaching. And maybe that stranger isn't a giant? I didn't get much more than that. But since Beedo isn't there trying to kill it and is over here talking about it the stranger must not be a threat at this time. "
(If Beedo heard that last part before running off, he'll toss out a--)
"Oi! Quit bring'n me race in ever fing, ya fook'in git!" Beedo pauses long enough to complain prior to continuing his mad dash to Ghelren's positon.
Later with Vark...
Eventually the grey blob resolves into a huge beast that trumpets with its trunk during the last few yards on the approach. And standing atop Mr. G's head trying his best to look regal in the moment is a rather buff(for his species) orange skinned goblin with red eyes kept in a perpetual squint, a cape made of silken red bed sheets, and surprisingly fine chain shirt above a rough set of trousers. Though he carries a weapon and shield as well, the former is obscured heavily by the cape, even as it partially dances in the wind.
"Ka Bonya..."The elephant slows as yards turn to feet. It isn't up until the last moment, for Vark -- despite the air of regalness -- looked upon the figure as if expecting hostility at a moment's notice, a call of "Emisa"caused the beast to stop. "Nice mask... C'mon 'en. 'nd no funny business. Or G 'ere will s'ow ya what it feels to be paste." As if a practiced move at the mention of "paste", the elephant slams its foot down hard on the ground. At one more command, Mr. G lowers itself for the cleric to climb up to the howdah. Though Vark still barks out a few commands for Xanthas to help him aboard if a struggle looks emanate.
(@Zip: Does Torunn not have the Thaumaturgy spell?)
"Impressive ride" Xanthas would say very matter-of-fact as he scales the side of the elephant, his entire body covered from head to toe in black and gray robes, gloves, boods, armor, and metal mask. "Let us get to the battle quickly, the Raven Queen has already foreseen out victory! And well.. It things do to badly.. She will pluck my soul from the shadowfell and I will be risen anew once more... So really there isn't any down side... for me.." He would continue with what you would assume is a smile behind the metal ravens mask.
It has been 30 seconds since Toruun first spotted the Giants but has only just realised that nobody (the NPCs were the only ones that could hear him) responded to his warning, hence he yelled it very loudly and both D.O.R.K. in the northwest and Devin in the centre clearly heard his warning.
Lukian in G11 guarding the southeast entrance only heard bits of the message as follows "The army (unclear). From the northeast(unclear). Get ready lads."
Vark and Golemogote stop long enough for Xanthas to mount and then turn and head back to where D.O.R.K. was standing in E2.
From his perch in the rafters, Toruun can see that a) the Giants are now about 230' away from his position b) the Orcs on their giant birds are riding amongst the outer houses breaking through fences, trampling crops and knocking holes in the walls of the more flimsy houses c) townsfolk clutching a few special belongings and/or children by the hand are fleeing in front of the rampaging Orcs down the various small streets and lanes towards the Lord Protector's Tower.
Devin's head snaps up when he hears Torunn's voice clearly state NE. He looks at Darathara who looks back at Devin. They then both Dash into I8 or as far into H8 as they can to look NE and see if they can see the enemy approaching.
(Looking up the road that runs along the 8 axis to the right side of the map if I'm reading the map right. )
They then both Dash into I8 or as far into H8 as they can to look NE and see if they can see the enemy approaching.
The two of them can just get to the gap in the hedge surrounding the campground but can see anything other than fleeing villagers making their way down the backstreets & side lanes.
After /finally/ hearing the warning call, D.O.R.K relays the message in short order to Vark and Golemogote alongside a "Protect the Camping Area", knowing Vark would understand her meaning. In the meantime, she took off for the shortest path to the northeast. The whole while the now red-eyed construct's mind looped on a single thought 'Not again. Not again. Not again'.
Hearing the warning, Vark let's out a "Hold On Tight!",but barely gives Xanthas more than a second prior to getting golemgote to move with all do haste.
All the while Beedo, continues a mad dash to Ghelryn's postion. Though nearly out of breathe as he is, he takes the first few moments just trying to catch his breathe before finally saying, "Boss Lady... Wants... Us... At Center..." He says, gesturing back. If afterwards he sees Darathara and Delvin are no longer at their post, he lets out a goblin curse and spits on the ground.
(@Grant: Vark will continue down the road, but veer around the incomplete hole when the time comes. As for D.O.R.K she'll cut through the campgrounds as far as paths go. When she gets as far...)

As Toruun continues to watch the approach of the Giants and their footsoldiers he seems them slow down from what until now had been a jog. "I wonder why they're slowing down" he thinks to himself and then it suddenly becomes clear as the two Giants - who are dressed in Plate Armour and about 18' tall - reach into their sacks and withdraw a large rock each which the first one (a male) throws at (1-3 - the house where Torunn is perched / 4-6 - the house next door) [2] and caves in part of its roof -specifically the corner in N3. The the second one (a female) throws a rock at (1-3 - the house where Torunn is perched / 4-6 - the house next door) [2] at the ruined house where Toruun is sitting perched in the rafters.
The rock crashes (8 & 3) into the SW corner of the house whose rafters Toruun is perched in.
The Giants are in O5 surrounded by the five figures in plate. The Orcs are rampaging through this part of the town and a swarm of small fire like creatures can be seen clambering all over the house in N7 and it suddenly bursts into flame.
Meanwhile Golemogote, Vark, Xanthas & D.O.R.K. reach the top of F4.
(OOC: Is there an updated map anywhere with all the positions of the enemies and stuff now?)
Ghelryn would spit on the ground as he can hear the battlecries of the orcs. "Oy! I the Foehammer clan needs to be on the front lines! I am gunna smash me some orcs!" The sut covered dwarf would say before scrambling out into the street, heading towards the orcs and giants as fast as his stocky heavily armored frame can carry him. Narth would look on in horror for a moment, shaking his head as if having an argument with himself before leaping from his position and following behind the dwarf. "Shit! I guess if I want glory.. I cannot wait for it to come to me!" The sharp dressed shopkeeper would say with his hand crossbow drawn. Narth would stay well behind the dwarf and sticking to the shadows. Urgala would shake her head and dust off her leather armored legs as the two run off. Drawing her shortbow she would follow behind them. "You kids are gunna get yourselves killed..."
(OOC: I assume Xanthas used all his turn dashing/moving?)
(@Wreck: Xanthas is riding along with Golem and Vark. If he wants to like teleport off to start running on his own, he can. But Golem is guaranteed to overtaking him again anyhow.)
(@Grant: It also just occurred to me that G was Lukian on the map, not Ghelren. Beedo's last 2(?) turn of dashing would've been to get in at least shouting distance of him for the warning, if alright. And if not, I'll edit the below appropriately.)
Beedo pulls down at his ears after the battlecries. "E' fook'in nine."He groans and shakes his head. "C'mon, Sunshine. Weeze go'a go!"With that, the goblin in owlbear hides practically moves onto all fours in his renewed double dash towards the closest and most noise(assuming that would be Orcs, but correct me if wrong).

Realising no one is reacting with urgency to his warning, Torunn sighs. He then whispers, "Find, allow voice to be heard in the largest workshop."
