This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Halhace is the first to take the opportunity Meep's distraction has provided. He slips into the crowd and, although his stature as a full blooded orc should stand out, he doesn't notice any guards after him.
Meep follows Halhace and with the help of his height, completely disappears from view.
Dhara (Thaumaturgy doesn't actually require performance when used this way.) causes the ground to tremor and the gate on the side of the bugbear roar to start rattling; making the situation seem more urgent. Then she blends with the crowd unnoticed.
Albrec, Kamos and Jaylen follow after the other three. Albrec, a bit too excited about the sudden opportunity, forgets to try and blend with the crowd and attracts attention of a hobgoblin guard that was leaning on the wall near the exit of the room. Albrec turns, holds up his shield, and let's Kamos and Jaylen pass. With them safe behind him, Albrec tries to grapple the guard to slow him down, but misses.
Kamos sends a dagger flying past Albrec, hitting the guard.
Jaylen stops for a moment and makes an arcane gesture pointing at the guard, before continuing after the rest of the group.

Halhace will look back and shake his head at the others that had attacked a guard instead of running towards the exit. He will continuento move towards the exit but keep a watch on them.
(OOC: There's a lot happening, Can we get an overall picture here? There's three guards in the area, three of us are hidden in the crowd, two would be except they attacked, and one failed. The other guards are all heading towards the "bugbear". Is that all correct? How many are there total?)
9 guards ran to the bugbear noise. There is also that armoured fighter with the greater sword and a small crowd (of people) that would still be there confused.
3 guards stayed on your side of the fighting cage observing the rest of the guards running to the noise.
And now there is only one guard by the exit which most of you passed unnoticed. Kamos and Jaylen got a sneak attack on him. (He took 6 points of damage so far)
The crowd from your side of the room is all but cleared, while the other side still has a stream of people. However, they aren’t enough to hide anyone who stays in the room.
(The 9 guards shouldn’t notice you, but the 3 guards that stayed probably will if the fight progresses to the 2nd round.)
Meep not knowing any of the other slaves in the slightest, wasn't about to risk getting captured again for those unable to use the distraction to get away. He'd take any chance to be free, following with the crowd and for the short time, sticking close to the orc that might prove to be another useful distraction.
Dhara continues out with the crowd and looks for an exit to escape the building. Freedom is her priority and besides she wouldn't want Albrec's noble sacrifice to be in vain.
I will roll initiative for Jaylen and Albrec to keep things moving and hopefully they come back soon.
Jaylen initiative:9 Albrec initiative: 3
(I have also added a quick sketch of the current location map in the campaign tab if anyone wants a visual. Let me know if it’s helpful and I can make them for busier situations.)
I will assume, unless stated otherwise, that Halhace, Dhara and Meep are moving half speed (difficult terrain because of the crowd) in the direction the crowd is moving in.
If Jaylen had any movement left he will back away from the guard, towards the others fleeing provoking an attack of opportunity. He turns to Albrec and shouts "Run, Dam you! Run!"
Jaylen moves and hits the hobgoblin guard with a quarterstaff, slamming it into his side. With that the hobgoblin guard drops sharply to the floor. Not waiting to see what happens next, Jaylen turns and runs.
Halhace will continue to move towards the exit once he sees the hobgoblin drop to the floor. He will focus on keeping a low profile and keep in the thick of the crowd.
Upon seeing the guard fall, the crowd begins to thin out and Jaylen shouts for him to follow. Albrec turns and follows after the others.
You are now moving down a corridor with the crowd flowing through the door from which you came. Opposite to the door is a natural tunnel that declines slowly and turns off to the right. (your marching order: Halhace, Meep, Dhara, Kamos, Jaylen, Albrec)
"Meep. I heard you make sounds earlier. Magical sounds. Illusory sounds. If we dart down that tunnel can you make the sound of a cave in at the same time I make a visual illusion of rubble blocking the path. It won't hold up to inspection but it might buy us a few precious moments."

Hobgoblin guard wisdom save: 7
Since the guard made his save, I need Albrec, Kamos and Jaylen to roll initiative (also, if anyone else wants to join the fight please roll as well)
You have 1 turn before the crowd passes out of the room! After which, the other guards will likely notice you.

So to recap the situation.
