The half-orc does get an opportunity attack, since you broke away from him.

He swings his axe but Penelope nimbly dodges out of the way and continues with her action, healing Garazar in the process.

The aaracrokra druid hurls a dagger of ice from his vantage point in the sky, and it shatters on the ground beside Garazar and Penelope. Dexterity ST from each of you.
