Isk's glaive comes up on guard as the troll erupts from the ground. He whispers something in celestial and a fog of purple shadows swirls around the foul creature before Isk's blade strikes out!
Bonus Action: Hexblade's curse on the Rot Troll (+3 damage, crit on 19 or 20, +9hp on death)
Action: Glaive Attack!
First Attack: 13 Damage: 17
Second Attack: 24 Damage: 16
Also note - Isk's glaive prevents healing!
Wounding. While you are attuned to the weapon, any creature that you hit with this glaive can’t regain hit points for 1 minute. The target can make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending this effect early on a success.

(I forgot to let you know how lovely a Rot Troll is: link to image )
Iskander's first swing (13) misses, but the second connects for 16 damage.
His glaive inhibits healing, but he recalls the words of Nimrod before the spirit went away: a Rot Troll does not regenerate (due to its necrotic energies).
Jack steps forward, but his strike (12) also fails to find a vital spot to damage.
Trimyrai steps back to fire his arrows, but first the troll gets an attack of opportunity. Both arrows hit, for 22 damage.
Reverie strikes for 10 damage with her first swing, but the second swing of the magic scimitar and the off-hand regular scimitar both miss.
Froskan follows Trimyrai in stepping away from the troll, casting frostbite at the same time. Troll CON save vs. DC 15: 15 failed, taking 9 cold damage
The troll gets 3 attacks, and this round will go after all 3 people in melee range. (The necrotic damage will be halved, versus Reverie and Iskander.)
Bite at Iskander - attack: 23 Damage: 7 slashing plus 4 necrotic
Claw at Jack - attack: 27 Damage: 11 slashing plus 5 necrotic
Claw at Reverie - attack: 9 Damage: 15 slashing plus 5 necrotic
The troll does Rancid Degeneration at the end of its turn. All creatures within 5' of it get a blast of necrotic energy, doing 16 damage.
(EDIT: The troll failed its save, so should have disadvantage on its 3 st attack, which is Iskander. New roll 11 it misses! )

Froskan and Trimyrai have stepped back to the east. The other 3 are in melee range of the troll.
The troll took 57 damage that round. (While that is a nice amount of damage, it is still over half health.)
Trimyrai took 17 damage (from the AoO). Iskander avoided a nasty bite (due to Froskan's spell), but still took 4 damage. Jack 25 damage. Reverie 21 damage.
Trolls have a tough hide (AC 16), and Umberlee's minion has dished out as much damage as it took that round.

Isk nimbly dodges the Troll's frostbite impeeded swing. The wash if necrotic energy causes some of his skin to blister, but not as badly as his companions.
"We'll burn you out!" He yells, casting Hellish Rebuke before striking with this glaive!
Reaction (on Troll's turn): Hellish Rebuke - DC 15 Dex save, 14 fire damage (half of successful save)
Jack Readys a Magical Song for after everyone else has attacked. ”Why ye little Troll! I have a song for you!”
A Rot Troll, and Ugly Brute
This is a song about you
Cause ye’re serving her, arent ya?
We’ll grab our swords and lift them up
as you fight back, we’ll shut ye up!
No one beats Jack and his Crew!
(as soon as everyone is down with their turns, except for the Troll, this song plays. He needs a wisdom save or he’ll take 6 Psychic damage and be forced to run)
She wonders what would happen if they could burn the RotTroll's wounds as soon as they wound this Troll. She thinks and tries to attack harshly with swinging her scimitars.

Two saving throws for the troll. DEX vs. DC 15: 15. WIS vs. DC 15: 6
(Who gets the troll bite? I=1, J=2, R=3 3 )
Results for that round:
Iskander uses Hellish Rebuke. The troll avoids the worst of it, but still takes 7 fire damage. His 1st glaive swing just misses a vital spot (15 vs. AC 16), but his 2nd swing connects for 19 damage.
Trimyrai uses action surge. One arrow misses, but the other 3 arrows do 32 damage.
Reverie's swings are having little effect on the massive pile of rotting meat, but the last swing hits for 10 damage.
Froskan's ice ball fails to do damage, hitting an already dead portion of its flesh.
Jack is having trouble getting the spell off, between the pain from necrotic energy and his general anger at Umberlee. The spell only does 6 psychic damage, but it is enough to cause the troll to run west.
(There will be Attacks of Opportunity, which will be included next round.)
The Troll used its Reaction to run away, but then it runs back and attacks:
Bite Attack vs Reverie: 11 Damage: 6 + 24 miss
Claws Attack vs Iskander: 17 Damage: 11 + 31 hit
Claws Attack vs Jack: 17 Damage: 6 + 41 miss
Oops... Typo on the necrotic damage. Should have been 1d10, not 3d20. So Iskander takes 9 slashing + 5 necrotic, for a total of 11 (after resistance)
The Troll tries to emit another Rancid Degeneration on Iskander, Jack, and Reverie, but it doesn't work. Reverie's suspicions (last post) were accurate. Just as fire damage stops a normal troll from regenerating, fire (from Hellish Rebuke) also stops the necrotic energy eruptions at the end of the Rotting Troll's turn.

Froskan and Trimyrai have stepped back to the east. The other 3 are in melee range of the troll.
The troll took 74 damage that round, for a total of 131 damage. (Umberlee's minion is tougher than the usual Rot Troll, but it will likely fall this next round.)
Iskander took a claw hit, 15 damage total for the two rounds. Others are the same (Trimyrai 17 damage, Jack 25 damage. Reverie 21 damage.)
(The party had some bad damage rolls, but the troll had problems too.)
The party is up again. Iskander, Jack, and Reverie should add 1 more weapon attack to whatever they do this round, for the AoO from round 2.

Trimyrai notices that the Rot Troll has a massive amount of hit points, but that the party has whittled it down. Between his 2 arrow hits this round (26 points), the other four members to go, plus the 3 attacks of opportunity, it will likely die this round. (Since a Rot Troll does not regenerate, it will simply wither away as its body is consumed by the necrotic energy it absorbed.)
He does notice a pedestal further back, with some stoneware on top. Likely the shrine to Umberlee that should be smashed, after the troll is dead. He also sees the sacks of loot that Nimrod mentioned, near the pedestal.

Jack then proceeds to position himself closer to the pedestal, but behind the Troll. “If anyone’s breaking that, it’s me. Now...” Jack swipes once more at the creature!
(Froskan is still up, but I can end it now. Jack missed twice vs. AC 16. The rest did (Trimyrai) 26 + (Iskander) 34 + (Reverie) 15 = 75 more damage, for a total of 206 damage.)
This particular Rot Troll was far studier than what you have heard about the normal ones, but the party has still smote it down. You step back as its remains quickly dissolve, then disintegrate into ash.
The party gathers together to make sure no one is seriously harmed, and catch your breath. Trimyrai points out the pedestal with idols/statues dedicated to Umberlee. He also points out the sacks of loot nearby, with symbols on the sacks showing it is "property" of Umberlee.
