Iskander gets within 10' of the remaining snail, trying to flank it to restrict its movements. His first hit destroys another "flail", but the second strike deflects off the shell.
Trimyrai to go, then top of the round. (Froskan, Reverie (smash!), and Jack go after Trim is done. And whatever spooked the snails will arrive very soon.)

(Alright, I had a cool idea and I wanna see if it’s plausible. This beast thing seems to be attracted by Sound. Could I potentially send a Mage Hand out there and use it to distract/lure away the beast by making noise with it, such as by knocking on the walls and stuff?)

(Hmm... In this case, there is also a slime trail from the snails, and the snail wail of alarm is fairly obvious.
I make these 2 different counter-offers. Each one will require a check roll:
With a successful Deception check (versus its passive Perception), Jack prepares a Mage Hand distraction, so when this thing shows up, it responds to a false alarm. The thing will know the party is there, but it won't have an Action on the turn it arrives. (It can still React.) Everyone in the party will get a chance to act before it attacks.
With a successful Stealth roll, Jack hides and distracts it slightly with Mage Hand. The creature won't notice Jack. Next round only, Jack is invisible to it.
If either one of them appeal to you, you may chose to do that one. Or you can chose to try something completely different.)

Reverie Forestgleam—Human Paladin Level 5 in Frontier City of Nunkreet Extremely busy and busy as ever recently, but I will trying to catch up as much as I can
Reverie smashes puny (ogre-sized) snail, the 3 attacks chopping its body apart. After a few more gratuitous slashes, she looks around for another target. Iskander and Jack are a short distance away (a bit over 5', so not in current melee range)... unless a new foe shows up soon...
(All snails dead. Jack and Froskan should decide where they want to move, or what actions to prepare.)

Jack is going to step about, say 10ft or so, away from Reverie. If he can take a small dip behind a column or inside a side passage and still be able to do what he’s about to do, he’d happily do that. Meanwhile, he begins a soft, light drumming sound to accompany his Distraction as he conjures up a Magical Hand to serve as a chopping block. Meanwhile, he speaks softly to his teammates. “Isk, can ye do something about Reverie? She seems out of it. Meanwhile, everyone, prepare for someone new coming up, somethings coming...”
Deception: 23 (Asking a bard to do a Deception check. Easy Peasy, lemon squeezey.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(I'll have Froskan prepare a Frostbite for when the new foe appears, and have Jack's distraction go after the attack.)
Bursting out of a nearby passage is the creature you've been told to hunt. Link for image of the 2-headed, hooked armed Shadowfell creature: thumbnail image
Although man-sized, you can feel the strength and power radiating from this being. Kind of like current Reverie, its 2 heads are looking around for more enemies to attack, growling in rage. It is another of the Sorrowsworn-type of creatures, but The Angry is far more of a threat than The Lost (which is the 3-armed creature you fought during the Shadowfell trip). This creature is covered with gore on its jaws, hooks and body, with the freshest being flail snail spattering.
CON save vs. Frostbite DC 15 or take 7 cold damage: 12
The 2-heads of The Angry allow it very high Perception of its surroundings. It sees the whole party, and steps towards Isk and Reverie. (Jack is behind enough rocks that the creature is going for the easiest prey.) Jack is expert enough with his Mage Hand (23) that The Angry turns around, both heads looking for whatever was disturbing the rocks behind it. Not finding anything has made it angrier (if that is possible), and it turns its attention back to the party.
(The Angry is just out of melee range of Isk, Reverie, and Jack, so let's say 6'.)
Iskander and Trimyrai are up. (Then the top of the next round.)

Isk will use the reach of his glaive to strike from a bit further away. He takes a step back, says a word in celestial, and his eyes dissolve in whirling pools of green energy!
Movement - 4 ft away, making the gap between him and The Angry 10 ft
Bonus Action - Hexblade's Curse! (+3 dmg to attacks, crit on 19 or 20, +10hp when the creature dies)
Trim is a bit frustrated to see 2 of his arrows deflect off The Angry's hide. It's flesh and muscle are like thick plate armor (AC 18). The 2 arrows that penetrate do 23 damage.
Both of Isk's strikes connect for 31 damage.
The Angry is finding new reasons to be angrier. It seems to be surprised at the pain from the attacks. (In dim light, it gains resistance to weapon attacks, but Froskan's lantern is shining bright light on it.)
Top of the new round...
Reverie looks at Iskander and Jack with bloodlust. But her cursed scimitar lets out its own hum of anger, in challenge to the Shadowfell monster. (She can target The Angry instead of party members.)
Jack and Reverie are 6' away from The Angry. (Jack has partial cover behind some rocks, from both The Angry and Reverie.) Isk is 10' west. Froskan 25' west (to keep The Angry in bright light). Trimyrai is 40' west.
