Both of Reverie's attacks fail to damage the hag's skin. (She does not use any spell slots, since she can decide about using Divine Smite after seeing the hit results.)
Hag2 decides to Disengage, and moves north of the mound. (She can only move 15' due to the wild vegetation.) She does yell at the Dryad. "They killed your sister (H1), and they are still trying to kill your sister (H2)." Not the most sensible argument, but it helps when the victim has been tortured and brainwashed to believe the hag. Deception: 13
Hag3 moves west, and slashes at Froskan. Attack: 25 Damage: 11 (hit)
The mound takes 2 swings at Jack. (I was tempted to switch back to Isk, but Hag2 is still mad at Jack.)
Attack1: 14 Damage: 16 Jack starts to chase Hag2, and walks right into a critical hit.
Attack2: 25 Damage: 7 Jack is hurt, but avoids the second attack (and does not get engulfed)
At the start of the next round, the Dryad is enraged that your party has killed her "sister", and trying to kill that same sister (somehow). Swings at Reverie with the magic club. Attack: 16 Damage: 7 (misses)

H1 is dead. H2 is in bad shape (took 76 damage total, barely standing) and has moved behind the Mound. The Mound has taken 64 damage, and is still over half health. The Dryad and H3 are undamaged.
Jack snarls at the Mound "Is that all you've got?", but then coughs up some blood. (He is at 2 HP!) Iskander was healed last round, and is at 20 HP. Froskan is at 33, Reverie 31, and Trimyrai is unhurt (52 hp).
Everyone in the party can go.

I assume that Isk uses a Bonus action to transfer the Hex to the Mound, then hits the Mound with the 2nd attack.
(Froskan, Reverie, Trimyrai, and Jack to go. The mound is starting to show the damage from combat. The Dryad and H3 are still undamaged.)

As Isk brings down the 2nd Hag, he would see Jack smirking at him. “That’s how ye do it!” He gives a thumbs up, and is about to swing his blade at the Hag, but stops, bringing it down. He coughs a bit, before shaking his head. He places his hand against his own chest, and it glows as he hums a small tune, curing the wounds that plague him at this moment.
(Cure Wounds, heals 14 )
He wipes some blood off his cheek from the earlier swipe, and bares his teeth at the Mound, taking a look behind him to see the Dryad. He looks at it, almost pitifully for a moment, before turning back at the Plant.
Froskan throws up a hasty shield to intercept the Hag's blow, then sends frost at her before he hastily backs away out of range of the creature's claws.
Frostbite: DC15 con save or 11 damage and disadvantage on next attack.
Reverie frowns as she looks at the Dryad, pitying her for a moment. But the Dryad if insane now since her tree has been dead awhile and has controlled by the hags, making her believe that they are her sister. "I do not want to fight you or harm you, I do not want to upset you also," she mutters to the Dryad, "we were here to help you and that's why we followed you; however, the hags has been controlling you and making you believe that they are your sister. If they were your sister, we wouldn't harm her either. But look around you. Are they your sister? Why do you think I am not trying to hurt you? Because you asked for a help." Then she lowers her weapons, "I am serving the Goddess of Peace, Eldath. Please stop hurting my friends."

Hag CON save vs. Froskan cantrip: 21 (Hag resists, will get a normal AoO against the retreating Froskan)
(Not a good roll by Reverie, but I'll make it contested, so there is a small chance of success.) Hag Intimidation vs. Reverie's Persuasion: 8 (Hag loses!)
The remaining Hag makes an attack of opportunity against the retreating Froskan.
Attack: 15 Damage: 7 (hit)
(Froskan gets back 11 hp, since he used Shield to stop the previous attack, but now takes 7 damage)
With Iskander getting the last blow on H2, the Mound will swing twice at him.
Attack1: 14 Damage: 14 (miss)
Attack2: 20 Damage: 8 (hit)
Isk avoids the first slam, but is grazed by the second slam.
The Hag3, now wounded by Trimyrai's arrows, closes at him and tries to claw him.
Attack: 15 Damage: 12 (hit)
Reverie can see the madness in the Dryad's eyes.
Her magic scimitar, despite being restrained by "Remove Curse", is still sending her waves of emotions. The message is clear: hate those who are trying to hurt you, slay your enemies... Despite the hopelessness of the effort, Reverie makes another plea to the mad Dryad. The words fail to get through.
But it seems that Eldath has heard Reverie, and respects her devotion? How else to explain what happens next... As the Dryad raises her shillelagh to strike Reverie, from a distance the remaining hag cackles out loud, "She can't hear you. All thoseLightning Bolts to her precious tree must have deafened her." This unnecessary bit of taunting somehow gets through to the Dryad, who goes completely berserk, shouting incoherently, foam spraying from her mouth. The Dryad moves west, and strikes at the Hag. (But after that swing, the Dryad is also eyeing Froskan and Trimyrai to get a beating from her club.)
Attack: 26 Damage: 12
(The dice gods approve of this story line, and give the Dryad a critical hit on the Hag.)

Party health: Froskan 37 hp, Iskander 12 hp, Jack 16 hp, Reverie 31 hp, Trimyrai 40 hp.
(OOC: In previous rounds, Froskan had disadvantage on ranged spell attacks due to H3 being in melee range, but that was my mistake for missing that. Water under the bridge... Trimyrai will have disadvantage with his bow if he remains within 5' of the hag.)

Jack looks back at Trim, and sees the scuffle between the Hag, Dryad, and the ally. Why were they fighting? Had the Dryad finally snapped? Jack didn’t really care, but he saw Trim was in a bit of Trouble. Now that Reverie had joined Isk against the Mound, Jack proceeded to disengage and head to K4, within range of both the Dryad and Hag. “I got ye, Trim. While the others take care of the Plant, I’ll help you with the Hag.” He says the Hag in a rough, intimidating manner, as if he currently greatly despised them. “But keep your Aim Steady, now. Not that I’d doubt ye.”
Somehow, Jack’s words Inspire Trim, giving him a Bardic Inspiration!
Trimyrai moving away allows the Hag to do an AoO. Attack: 23 Damage: 17 (hits for a light wound)
The Hag's attack left Trim off balance, but with Jack's inspiration, he is able to make a correct his first arrow shot (which would have normally missed.) The hag takes both arrow shots for 24 damage.
The Shambling Mound took 58 damage this round (total of 139), which is a hair over what you needed. This huge mass of vegetation sprays over the surroundings, like someone tossed several hundred pounds of lettuce salad up in the air.
The Hag (still in her bear-mascot outfit) now looks worried. It moves 30' south, by using a Dash action. (Jack will get an AoO.) The Dryad also gets an AoO. Attack: 21 Damage: 10 (misses)
The Dryad is still in an insane frenzy. With Jack next to the Dryad, she aims her shillelagh at him. Attack: 16 Damage: 10 (misses, the Dryad is swinging wildly)

The Hag looked worried earlier, but is now starting to cackle. You realize that it has moved outside the bright radius of Froskan's Lantern. It will soon be able to turn invisible (again), and could easily escape if it does so.
The party is up. Jack should roll an Attack of Opportunity (with his sword) from last round.
