OOC: The current status is that everyone, well except for Froskan, can do more this round.
Mind you, if we were at the same table, playing this live, you wouldn't be able to chose your actions, knowing that Jack's spell would work later in the round. But I figure this is more fun, with the limitations of how play-by-post works... Anyways...
Trimyrai: still to post for this round
Jack: Roll your AoO against the hag (or I will do it, at some later point)
Iskander: If you can role-play a reason for Isk to move 1 square east, then he also has an AoO against the hag. (He and Jack could have communicated, but I need to hear it.)
Reverie: I'm not sure what you had in mind, so I'll mention some options.
You can draw (free action) and fire the heavy crossbow this turn. But that will require dropping the scimitar. That *will* require an Action to pick up later.
She can move 3 squares on the map. So if you want to hack-and-slash, she can reach the shambling mound, H2, or H3 this round.
If she gets into melee range of H2, in addition to her regular attacks, she would *also* get an Attack of Opportunity against H2 (running away from Jack's spell).
If she wanted to target H1 up in the tree, but still hold onto her scimitar, she could run to the tree, climb partway up (despite her heavy armor), and make an Athletics check to push H1 off of the branch... If Reverie is successful with the shove (contested by the hag's Athletics roll), the hag will fall to the ground (and take 1d6 damage).

Isk nods at Jack's request to keep attacking the Mound while he takes care of the Hag. He pivots to his right, going back to back with Jack as they square off against the two creatures. When Jack finishes drumming his hideous beat, Isk sends the point of his glaive over Jack's shoulder into the Hag and says, "We used to call this the Kansas City 1-2!"
“Never heard of it. Sounds like a story for another time-“ Jack flinches and grunts, as he maneuvers his head a little away from Isk’s Glaive, as it flies over his shoulder. “-Although im certain your little Holy Army Captain would’ve enjoyed that.”
Changing mind of pulling out her heavy crossbow, she runs towards the tree where H1 stays at, climbs up on the tree and then pushes the H1 off of a branch.

Reverie Forestgleam—Human Paladin Level 5 in Frontier City of Nunkreet Extremely busy and busy as ever recently, but I will trying to catch up as much as I can
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Some comments about the party:
The hags are AC 17. Although they resemble crones with unhealthy slimy skin, they are Fey witches with armor-like toughness. Jack hits with his AoO, but Isk's glaive is deflected without doing damage. ("Leroy" sends a wave of smugness to Jack, about how the elf sword was more effective than the larger glaive.)
Trimyrai gives a thanks for Jack's Faerie Fire. One of his arrows would have missed without the glow aiding his aim.
Hags are also very strong (STR 18). Athletics roll: 14 But in this case, the hag-in-a-bear-suit was overconfident, and Reverie shoves it off the high tree branch. It takes 5 damage from the fall. CON save for concentration: 6 The hag's Eyebite is still active.
Monsters are up (including the dryad at the start of the next round).
Shambling Mound strikes at Iskander again.
Attack1: 26 Damage: 11
Attack2: 11 Damage: 16 Both attacks hit, so Iskander is engulfed by the Mound.
Hag1 yells curse words at Reverie that would make a sailor blush. It stands up, then decides to use Eyebite on Trimyrai (who hurt it with 2 arrows). WIS save: 13 Trimyrai feels a wave of sleepiness, but resists the spell.
Hag2 runs back next to Jack, and uses Phantasmal Killer on Jack. (He gave her mental pain, so she tries to implant terror into his mind.) WIS save: 16 Jack is now frightened, and if the spell continues it will hurt him mentally.
Hag3 claws at Froskan. Attack: 13 Damage: 13 Froskan is able to sidestep the heavy blow.
The Dryad runs up to Reverie and tries to bash her with her magic club. (The party is trying to hurt her sister... who is somehow in 3 places at once, wearing bear costumes, and looking like Green Hags. And Reverie was trying to convince the Dryad that she was behaving crazy!) Attack: 23 Damage: 10 Reverie is struck solidly by the Dryad.

(OOC: As long as the 3 hags are forming a coven, the hags get a bunch of nasty spells, and can Counterspell. If your party can concentrate your attacks to take one of them out, it will help greatly.)
Party status:
Froskan is unharmed, but in melee range of H3.
Trimyrai was able to resist the Eyebite spell effect.
Jack is frightened due to Phantasmal Killer cast by H2. (It is like the fear gas used by the Scarecrow in "Batman Begins".) In addition to having disadvantage on his attack and skill rolls, at the end of his turn he needs to roll a WIS save vs. DC 13. If he saves, the spell is over. If he fails, the spell continues and he takes 4d10 psychic damage. (NOTE: Jack is within 10' of Reverie, so he gets a +2 on his save, due to her paladin aura.)
Iskander is at 9 hp. He is grappled and engulfed by the Mound. He is blinded, restrained, and unable to breathe. (If he tries to break the grapple, he must try Athletics or Acrobatics vs. DC 14.) If Isk is still engulfed at the start of the Mound's turn, I roll a CON save vs. DC 14, or Isk takes more damage.
Reverie is at 43 hp (after the Dryad hit her).
Enemies:
Mound has taken 45 damage, and is still well over half health.
Dryad is undamaged.
H1 has taken 20 damage, and is still well over half health. Affected by Faerie Fire (attack rolls against it have advantage). Is still concentrating on the Eyebite spell. Is at ground level (no longer up in the tree).
H2 has taken 32 damage, and is still over half health.

(Crap, ok, guys, we need to strategize now. Should we focus the Glowing Hag, for an easier time hitting and so we can down the Coven? Or maybe focus the Mound so Isk doesn’t get swallowed?)
(Yeah, you the players can discuss a bit, before anyone commits their characters to actions for this round.
A reminder that Reverie can use spell slots for Divine Smite damage, which she can chose to do *after* seeing if she hits.
And Trimyrai has the Sharpshooter feat. He can do +10 damage on each arrow, with the risk of missing with a -5 to-hit penalty.)

(Alright then. So we beat up the Mound, ensure Isk’s not dead, and then beat up Glowing Hag. Alright then, should be easy enough.)
Jack steps back, not leaving his 5ft of distance, but can’t help but stare at the Hag effecting him. His eyes went wide, hand unsteady as he watched it. The smug, smirking Jack was gone, replaced by a side of him that was relatively unseen before- a side of him full of Fear, a mixture of Regret and Hatred burnt in his eyes. His clutch on Leroy lessened, as he proceeded to curse in, what seemed like Aquan, before switching to normal languages. “What the.. you‘re not here. You’re not.. there’s not even any Ocean here! How.. how’re ye.. you already took too much away from me, I only just got a reminder of the past, I know you’re not here again!” He shouts, as he points Leroy straight at the air above the Hag. He turns around, to check on his Comrade. “Isk... Isk, do ye see this? Isk?” He proceeds to slash, and slash at the Mound with Leroy. “I need to know if this is Real! Let! Go! Of! Isk!”
Attack: 22 Damage: 10

Jack was about to deliver a mighty blow to the shambling mound, when the Phantasmal Killer spell sent him another wave of terror, causing him to hesitate and weaken his strike.
Frustrated, he lets out a yell of anger. Along with "Leroy" yelling with him (internally), Jack shakes off the spell. (No more fear, and he avoids the 4d10 psychic damage.)
