Froskan follows the other's leads and focuses his magic on the hags. Instead of deciding between the two damaged hags, he simply splits his frozen orb in two and launches one at each of them.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(OOC: Reverie wanted to attack the Sham Mound, but to reach it would have meant attacks of opportunity by H1 and the dryad. I'm going to re-direct her attacks on H1, since it was blasted by Froskan before Reverie's turn.)
Despite the agreement to concentrate your attacks, the damage ended up being spread amongst your foes.
Froskan's spell hits H1 for 27 damage, but misses H2.
Reverie hits the Sham Mound H1 once for 14 damage.
Trimyrai's arrows hit H2 for 19 damage.
Jack's attack missed due to the fear from the spell, but the spell is now gone.
Iskander managed to climb out of the Sham Mound (no longer engulfed).
Hag2 was starting to use her reaction to Counterspell what Froskan was doing, but Hag3 stops her by yelling "Don't waste all of our spells on these mortals." After H2 was blasted by the ice spell, it is mad that it didn't use Counterspell, and starts cursing at H3 to shut her "festering gob when I'm casting a spell, or I'll rip out your tongue."
The Sham Mound attacks Jack twice.
Attack: 20 Damage: 10 (misses, so no Engulf)
Attack: 20 Damage: 13 (hits)
Hag2 claws at Jack, still mad at him.
Attack: 26 Damage: 23 (hits)
Hag1 claws at Reverie, mad about falling out of the tree.
Attack: 9 Damage: 16 (hits)
Dryad swings the shillelagh at Reverie.
Attack: 8 Damage: 6 (misses)
Hag3 decides to cast Hold Person at Trimyrai. Trim's WIS save: 7 (Trim isn't slowed down at all)
H1 and H2 are yelling at H3. "You *****! You tell us not to waste spells, and then you fail like that." H3 takes the time to flip the middle finger at the other hags.
(Rolling for Jack's concentration for Faerie Fire: 10, 12 The spell ends.)

Still using the map from post 3864. The changes are that Isk is outside the Shambling Mound (at J5, not restrained anymore). H1 is no longer affected by Faerie Fire (attacks against it no longer have advantage) and does not have Eyebite anymore.
Jack took 23 damage last round (at 28 HP), and Reverie took 12 damage (at 31 HP). Iskander is still at 9 HP, while Froskan and Trimyrai are not damaged yet.
For your foes (total damage through all rounds), the Mound has taken 45 damage (well above half health). H1 has taken 61 damage, and H2 has taken 51 damage (both under half health, but still a decent number of HP left).
All members of the party are up. (Feel free to suggest to the other players who to target or what to do, but remember to check your map locations.)

Jack hums a small tune that he’s sung in the past, and his hands glow with a familiar light. He proceeds to reach out and touch Isk, using his magical music to heal the previously engulfed friend for 20. He seems slightly shaken up by something, as if he were remembering a faint, yet traumatic memory. “You’re not the only one who can do the Glowing Heal hands.”
OoC - Strategies - i think we need to kill one of the hags first. H1 has the lowest health, and Isk could get there using Misty Step, but that would leave Jack alone to deal with the Mound and H2. H2 has something less than 52hp remaining, so we could probably kill it, and the difference in health between H1 and H2 is probably only 10 points.
Thoughts on focusing on H2 vs H1? Isk can attack either, but i would need to use up a spell slow to Misty Step over to H1.
(How much of us are in range of what? If most of us are in range to attack H1, then you can go ahead and attack H1, but if we can all attack H2 I say we don’t risk AoOs and stuff.)
(How much of us are in range of what? If most of us are in range to attack H1, then you can go ahead and attack H1, but if we can all attack H2 I say we don’t risk AoOs and stuff.)
(Now that you mention it, Reverie can move from L7 to K8 without an AoO, and then *everyone* in the party could attack H2.
Iskander is at the end of the party's initiative order, so he can decide after the other members of the party have acted. Or if you want to pre-post, you can list alternative actions, as long as you are clear what you want done in what situation.)

Having been reminded that the hags were capable of countering his spells, Froskan decides not to waste a third level spell slot and goes back to a first level Chromatic orb. He does twin the spell again to fire at both H1 and H2.
H1 gives out a spittle-spraying grunt of pain, then slumps to the ground, shattering into icy pieces. (OOC: 18 was the magic number needed. I didn't think that Froskan's 1st level spell would be enough, so I didn't bother to Counterspell... oops.)
H2 stares at the dead Hag1, then snarls at H3 (the coven leader). "We should have used all our spells before. By telling us to hold them in reserve, you wasted them!" (Or if you prefer a movie reference:)
(Reverie, Trimyrai, and Iskander are still to go. H1 is dead. (Map is post 3864.) Hags can still do a lot of physical damage, but you no longer have to worry about them using higher level spells like Lightning Bolt.)

Well done friends, lets try to focus down each enemy in turn. H1 has the least remaining hp, so lets put the rest of the party on it. The mound is dangerous, but also has the msot hit points left.
Isk uses the reach of the glaive to thrust past Jack and strike H1.
Move: None
Bonus Action: Cast Hex on H1, cursing its strength
(I just noticed that Trimyrai attacked before my last post. And I'm guessing that Iskander was attacking H2, since H1 is dead.)
Both Trim and Isk hit with their first strikes, but the iron-like skin of the hag deflects their second strikes. H2 is still up, but barely standing.
Reverie to go. (I'm assuming she moves to K8 to attack Hag2. If she takes down H2 with her first swing, then mention if you want to the remaining attacks against the Dryad to be normal or non-lethal.)

(Which hag? H2 that has taken 32 damage, or H1 with 20 damage but easier to hit with faerie fire?
Since Trim has advantage on H1, I was wondering if he was going to try using Sharpshooter or not.)
