Conrad sees the monsters heading towards Byting and remembers the town's current feelings towards his party. "This looks bad", he thinks to himself, and he slowly moves into the woods, hoping to quietly observe the chaos.
The beach is now deserted and the night silent as the grave. Waves lap gently at the shore, and you can almost trick yourself into believing that it was all a dream- until you glance at the webbed footprints in the soft sand.

Having finished bandaging his wounds, Leo addressed the group. "I'm going to evacuate as many people as I can. I'd appreciate all the help you're willing to lend, with either helping me find people or fending off the fish people." With that, he took off towards the town, spear and shield in hand. As he ran towards Byting, Leo scanned the area for an area with higher elevation to serve as an evacuation point.
