If Molly believes him, she will growl in frustration and turn and spit into a corner of the room. Shaking her head violently, as if to shake off a bad thought and reset herself, she turns to the half-orc. "You're no monster, then - just another victim like the rest of us. Give us the rest of the stash so we can take it to this Voren creature, and be on your way."
If Molly doesn't believe him, she steps forward, staring with bitter hate at the half-orc. "You needed the money, so you preyed on the weak." She reaches forward slowly (OOC: giving others the opportunity to pull her back), beginning to mutter the words of a spell of wound infliction.

Inside the hole they find three small wood boxes, surprisingly well carved. They do not recognize the style or the patrons, but they are a little piece of art.
A pouch wich seems to have coins in it and two small ceramic spheres. Mathilda recognizes the spheres as small smoke bombs.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Before the dealer has a chance to slip away, Hurosk grabs him by the back of the collar. "What's your name," he growls... "Well (insert name here, lol), if we hear that you are up to your old habits, there will be less words exchanged the next time we meet."
"Burcus Sir.. " he says " yes.. yes.. honest life... as I used to.. yes... Thank you gracious ladies and sires.. thank you... I must go now... sorry sorry!"
He takes his coin and a couple of bags and leaves the house.
As the drug dealer makes his exit, Hurosk has a pleased look about him since such threats usually fall short for the ranger. Looking to the rest of the group he suggests, "Shall we head back to the inn. I think we have accomplished much tonight... I wonder how Kyne made out?"
Mathilda tries very hard to look the part, but is visibly relieved when the half-orc scurries off and Molly and Hurosk drop their intimidating expressions. Her shoulders relax and she turns to Hurosk: "Sounds good to me. I'm looking forward to meeting this Kyne you've been speaking of and I need to gather the last of my things before -" she stops, embarrassed. She hadn't meant to give away so clearly that she would much rather come with them than return to her waitressing job at the Golden Sphynx. "I mean, uhm..." She rubs her arm nervously and fumbles for words.
"I think you may want the edited version of what Kyne has been up to, especially in front of a lady." Lyreis replies to Hursok with a smile. "So you are coming with us then?" he asks Mathilda. "I have to say I was impressed with your ability to sneak and hide, these are useful skills, I am not teasing you. If you are half as good with a weapon as you are in those areas we will be fortunate to have you alongside us. But we should be gone from here quickly, Does anyone know what these little balls are supposed to do?" the battlemaster holds one up, examining it. "Some sort of weapon or distraction I presume."

The group walks back to their inn and meet with Mathilda next morning.
The inn common hall is almost empty when Mathilda arrives, but she can see the group that she met the last night along with an elf, wich she guesses is the mentioned Kyne.
The dragonborn innkeeper gives them a good breakfast with scrambled eggs, roasted trout, grilled vegetables and fresh milk. She just nods to Mathilda and don't ask anything but brings one more plate to their table when she joins the party.
The party quickly catches up with their findings during the breaksfast.
(Mathilda recognizes the small ceramic balls as Smoke bombs. A common magic object among thieves, that causes a small cloud of fog when broken, faciliting a fast escape.
Kyne rises late, having slept in significantly after his 'ordeal' at the Golden Sphynx. At breakfast he wolfs down vegetables like a man who hasn't eaten in weeks, although he bemoans the lack of real meat.
"So, you found this Burcu then?" He observes, with a sigh, after hearing the others tell their tale.
"He was definitely the main supplier for the Sphynx... and this 'Voren' is next? Do you want to hit the place today, or go in under cover of dark?"
He greets Mathilda with a broad smile when she arrives, gesturing to her to sit.
"Welcome! I hear you did good work last night. Hurosk speaks very highly of your skills. I'm Kyne, but you probably figured that out already."
"Careful touching that," Molly grins towards Mathilda. "No idea where it's been."
The kalashtar cleric yawns and digs into breakfast, packing away more food than her slight frame suggests she could take.
"Burcu said this Voren is a spellcaster, so they may have ways to fight in the dark."

"Mathilda" Mathilda says, blushing slightly at the praise. "Yes, I figured." She looks a little confused by Molly's comment, her eyes darting back and forth between Kyne and the cleric. Unsure of what to answer, she turns to Lyreis instead: "I had a look at those ceramic spheres we found last night, they're smoke bombs. Useful little things." She begins to eat her breakfast at the quick pace of a child that grew up with too many siblings. Between bites, she says: "I think sneaking in sounds like the better idea, the guy said the place would be guarded, right?" After another big mouthful, she beams and says: "I'm good at sneaking into places!"
I think we could spend a little time visiting the countryside today, scout the area. Formulate a plan and go back tonight to resolve this. I suspect that somebody capable of running an operation like this will have enough resources to be a threat, blundering in there unprepared could be... challenging." Lyreis toys with the last of his milk, the food having disappeared at great speed, a legacy of a lifetime spent in war camps where you eat when you can.

Kyne flashes a wink at Moltaris in response to her quip, but his expression grows more serious when Lyreis speaks of scouting and planning.
"Agreed. Many of us can move quickly and quietly - especially Mathilda. We should consider acquiring some horses. How far from town did Burcu say this was?"
Hurosk looks up from his breakfast. He wipes away some eggs from the corner of his mouth with the side of his hand. "Only a four mile trip to the south of here. Near the Arch Grove."
"A little over an hour on foot..." Kyne muses. "Easy enough, I suppose. Horses would cut that in half, but we'd probably spend more time buying them than we lose just walking."
He sets his cutlery down on his plate and tips back in his chair, stretching his arms above his head.
"These walls may very well have ears," Molly intones to the others. "Perhaps we should make a quiet show of leaving town in a different direction, and then circle back around towards our goal?"

After Moltaris' caution, Mathilda looks around and tries to assess whether anyone has been listening to their conversation. Not noticing anything, she answers: "I think we're okay." Having drawn courage from the party's praise, she continues: "I'm always up for a scouting mission, let's go take a look!"
(If we are indeed leaving then:)
As they walk, Mathilda uses the chance to learn a little more about her new companions. "So how have you all come to be travelling together?"
"These guys - well, except for Kyne there - showed up while I was tracking a monster. That was two days ago, so you haven't missed much."
