Glynquinal, seeing the large foe come crashing out of the brush quickly pulls out his short swords, hoping to help his friends make short work of the creature. As the creature stomps forward and swings its weapon at Gruxx, he maneuvers behind the giant to flank with Gruxx.
OOC: Glyn, you still roll with all your attack modifiers on an off-hand attack; you just don't add the damage modifier. Extra d20 rolls to fix off-hand attack and to add flanking advantage: 1-19 2-25. Extra d6 damage for crit: 5. And sneak attack: 8. Total: 21
Ian drops down out of the tree onto the ogre. His intent is to stab it with his weapon, but he has to work so hard to stay on the creature, that he isn't able to do any damage. But he's perched on its shoulders!
Rock drops the glowing dagger at his feet and draws two handaxes. He swings them both at the great monster, landing both blows, but the second is just a glancing hit as the ogre squirms in response to someone dropping down on his head from above. (damage total 9, not 12; I repeat to you: If you're using a light weapon as your bonus off-hand attack, you don't add your damage modifier to it)
Gruxx rages and recklessly swings his glaive at the giant.
Herr Doctor is hiding, and is ready to protect Gundren. HDP will ready an action if the ogre moves towards Gundren, he will move out of hiding and attack with his rapier (to hit 18, damage 7)
The ogre roars as it throws Ian, but the nimble elf is able to land without hurting himself. Glynquinal acts quickly again, slicing into the back of the creature a second time. The roars become gurgles as the ogre begins to cough up blood. It clutches itself and then collapses dead.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ian moves up and searches the ogre to see if he can find any reason why this ogre was either looking for them or just barreling his way through the woods for no reason.
