Humphry deigned acceptance to the group's vista of choice, and sat cross legged in the center of the chamber as he began to cast Detect Magic as a ritual spell, hopefully then being able to discern whether they were in the presence of some magic force.
After Kic helps Dagon with the trap (does Dagon need to roll?) Kic will move the barrels in front of the door and tie them together with rope as a barricade then take a short rest.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Dagon takes a look at the items offered up by Kic and he nods with approval. "Yes, these will be useful. I am sure we can find a way to make them work. Come pack mate, let us prepare for our unsuspecting prey."
Keeping a wide berth of the easternmost door on the south wall, the half-orc glances takes in to account the hanging rock trap on the northernmost door on the eastern wall and therefore heads to the southern door along the eastern wall. The marauder removes an iron spike from his satchel and drives it into the ground, hammering it down a bit with the flat of the axe that belonged to the Orog so as not to damage his own weapon. He then removes a hunting trap from his pack and with Kic's help proceeds to attempt to position it so that should someone open the door and enter the room, they would first step into the painful bite of the trap. With a little creativity and careful positioning, they also try to use the rope to position a vial of oil above the door so that should it be disturbed, the vial's contents would tip over and pour out onto the intruder.
Survival Check:12
Once the southernmost door on the eastern wall had been tended to, Dagon would proceed carefully with his companion to the westernmost door on the south wall, again taking every precaution to keep as far away from the eastern door on that wall as possible. If they reach the western door safely, Dagon will attempt to set up the trap in a similar fashion as he did before.
Survival Check:24
Having tried his best to trap the doors, hulking warrior will remove himself to a safe distance from the door with the sounds coming from behind it and begin taking a short rest as well.
Humphry gets up where he was sitting and addresses the party, "W-w-w-well? It's been long enough. What d-d-d-do we d-do about that?" He says pointing a wiry finger towards the barricaded door.
(Did we establish where we entered in relation to the 4 doors? There are 2 on east and 2 on south walls. Did we come through one of them or a fifth door on the west or north wall?)
Dagon ponders the options for a moment, his heavy brows coming together in consideration. He frowns and mutters to himself in his pigeon fusion of Giant and Orc, then throws a sidelong glance at the barricaded door.
Growling slightly, the half-orc says "I do not like running from a battle, but..." Here he sighs slightly, "neither does a warrior needlessly through his life away before the war is won. Our prey in this hunt are the other gladiators, and we have not yet caught their scent. I believe we should continue our hunt and leave whatever horror lurks behind that door," Dagon gestures to the eastern door on the south wall, "to devour more foolish prey then us. We can backtrack if you all believe we have missed something important, otherwise I would suggest we move forward from here into uncharted territory. We can easily remove one of the traps we set and leave the second as an unexpected surprise for some unfortunate stalker."
Taking another look at the party's options, the marauder rumbles "I would choose the southern door on the eastern wall, but let me know what you think, pack mates. Tell me your thoughts."

Humphry looks at Dagon and nods, "That s-s-sounds reasonable." As a precaution, Humphry goes over to the southern door on the eastern wall and presses his ear up against it trying to find out if any other foes lay beyond. Perception 11

Upon completing his spell Humphry finds nothing out of place.

(If no one else does anything in this time, Humphry will simply take his short rest and use Arcane Recovery to regain one 2nd level spell slot)

Dagon and Kic successfully set up the traps and settle back to take a brief respite from the constant conflict.

(You came through a fifth door on the west wall.)

(would this be an acceptable rendering of our position?)
"We could back track through our door, un-trap one of our trapped doors, or stay here." Kic says

"Anything?" Kic asks Humphry
The old gnome looks back and shakes his head, "Allll is well"
