Perry was hesitant to attack a spirit formerly bound by chains. Instead, the monk would approach unarmed and hands raised. Nothing said as that would be pointless. Only trying to distract the specter at this point, allowing Dagon a better chance at sending the spirit to the afterlife.
Seeing the specter break free of the illusory chains causes Dagon to roar again in fury, the realization that they were being fooled or baited by this spirit enraging the marauder and driving his aggression to further violent ends. Seeing Perry make a bold move to distract the specter, the half-orc wastes no time so as not to squander his companion's brave maneuver and he raises his greataxe high above his head for a vicious strike at the enemy.

Before Humphry even had the chance to flick the booger from his finger, his allies had already vanquished the spirit without issue, Dagon's great blade cutting through the seemingly incorporeal form like a hot knife through butter. "Hot d-damn! You g-g-guys killed a ghost!" His excitement didn't last long, however, for as soon as he determined for himself that there was no longer any present danger, he started looking about the room for anything of significance. Humphry's eyes narrow as clashing of steel against steel rings out from beyond the portculis. Quickly running up to it and checking for traps, (Investigation 24) Humphry calls out to his allies, "I think w-w-w-we are approaching our first victims... Come. L-lift this gate." and in his eagerness to join the fray, Humphry will help whoever is the first to try to assist him.
(The first attack missed but the second one hit.)
Initiative Order:

Perry 19
Dagon 18

( the first was an 18 and the second was 16? No worries just curious.)
Kic will bite and claw the specter again.
Bite: 13 Damage: 11
Claw: 16 Damage: 7
(I took the first roll for each because when the chains vanished you no longer had advantage.)
It is no easy feat to take a bear by surprise, and Kic reacts to land two staggering blows on the specter.
Perry! (Not sure if you are in the specter room or the fountain room.)

(I completely forgot that. Makes sense Thanks.)
(I was close to Humphry)

(Well done.)
All thanks to you bud! Great teamwork :)
The specter is demolished by the combined eftorts of Dagon and Perry, and it falls in a shuddering heap.

Humphry notes two items of interest.
First, he notices a crevice running down the north wall just large enough to accommodate a chest, and a glint of silver inside of it.
Second, he hears the unmistakable sound of combat issuing from the east wall.

(Is there a door there?)
There is an archway where you entered through and a portcullis in the east wall, and an archway in the west wall.

If humphry sees that the portcullis is free of traps Kic will lift the gate.
Strength: 16
+2 if you think he's proficient in lifting things.
Perry grabs for his bow and readies a shot
Humphry catches sight of a guillotine blade poised over the threshhold and warns Kic off just in time.

Humphry tries to poke at the blade with his quarterstaff from a safe distance trying to manually trigger it.
With a sickening thud the blade buries itself in the stone floor directly before the portcullis.
