(@Cinder is a small creature, so should be fine. And I stepped over/off to the side to avoid some of the glare of the fire, if that matters. But here's d100 all the same: 64)

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Carmir, retaining his concentration on the bonfire, steps around the corner, makes sweeping gestures with both arms, ending with a sudden thrust forward as he calls, "Confringo!" A small jet of flame materializes from his open palms and flies at C3. He then ducks back around the corner.
Carmir manages to send a jet of flames spiraling down the hallway, illuminating the the surrounding area on its way to its target. The ball of flame will slam hard into the cultist before quickly going out, leaving a large singed section of robe behind.
(@Zip: Wreck made an exception for this campaign. Sadly, didn't not help ANY of the people he's manage to down this way before any ally kills them anyways since the beginning. XD)

Pok'im gets angry (Bonus Action - rage) and stabs his pike at BC (Attack: 26 Damage: 14) yelling out "what you do with Pok'im's Ma and Pa you horrible little man?"
BC: The ornately dressed cultist in the middle of the hallway will snarl towards Pok'im... "You filth bloods will suffer the same fate as the rest of the wretched creatures we've captured" he will say as he Pulls out a thin blade that shimmers in the lantern light and strikes surprisingly fast towards Pok'ims stumach. While slashing, he will point a long slender finger behind the bugbear towards the source of the firebolt, creating a spiritual weapon next to Carmir, in the shape of a long silver dagger.
C2: Seeing the bugbear rush towards their master, the cultist would quickly drop his crossbow and pull a scimitar from his belt. Swinging it down hard towards Pokim Attack: 8 Damage: 6 The startled cultist misses with his swing as the bugbear bats away the scmitar with his pike.
C1: The cultist will raise his crossbow and fire a bold towards the raging bugbear! Attack: 8 Damage: 10 The bolt sails past pokim and lands in the wall with a sickening thud.
Cinders: Cinders attack goes wide and hits the wall behind the cultists as the kobold has a hard time making out everything that is going on at the end of the hallway.
Pokim: Pok'im snarls and is filled with rage as the thin dagger cuts him deeply across the gut. The large bugbear returns the favor with a vicious thrust from his pike. The pike slams into the cultists stomach and lifts him up into the air for a moment as blood drips out of his mouth.
C3: Witnessing the savage blow dealt by Pokim, He will also swing his scmitar towards the creature. Attack: 12 Damage: 5 As he brings down his weapon towards the bugbear, Pokim takes a hand off his pike long enough to swat the blade away.
***Vruuk and then Carmir are up, there is a spiritual weapon next to Carmir.***
"Quit! Hurting! My. BROTHER!"Vruuk backs up, then rushes forward into a jump over the ball bearings. Though he couldn't get close enough to engage in melee, he fires another shot from his bow at Cultist 3. Though even in his anger, he goes for a leg to cripple the man before putting away the bow.
(@Wreck: Using the long jump rule to leap over the pile using a running start(16ft max jump distance))
L.Bow Attack: 20 For: 7 non-lethal piercing damage. (Attack includes sneak attack from ally nearby)

At the cultist's words, Carmir's eyes widen. "No," he whispers. He turns to leap back out into the open when a long silver dagger appears out of nowhere, floating in mid air, and slices across his chest. "Gah!" the tiefling exclaims, backing up again. Deducing the weapon must be a construct controlled by one of the cultists, Carmir moves around the dagger, fires another bolt at C3 (Fire bolt attack: 24, damage: 2 fire damage) and then moves back behind the corner, but a little further (15 feet) in to make sure he's out of sight.
Vruuk runs down the hallway and leaps through the air! While in the air, he lets loose an arrow that slams into the knee of the cultist. As the silver robed man begins falling to the ground unconcious, a ball of fire slams into him before he can hit the ground, igniting his robes and sending him spinning to the ground. Vruuk then manages to slide his bow on to his back as he closes the distance between himself and the remaining cultists.
(Well... Vruuk had KO'd him and Carmir damaged / ignited him. He isn't dead yet but if you WANT to keep him alive you are going to have to actually stabilize him lol. )

A 13 doesn't hit Carmir, but I'm specifically moving him out of sight of the cultist. In the future, shouldn't you be rolling at disadvantage when attacking with the spiritual weapon?
Pokim becomes paralized as the cultist tightens his grip with his free hand. A Sinister smile will spread across his face as he quickly ducks around the corner. "You'll make a nice rug beast...." He will say in a voice as he moves away.. a voice that sounds somewhat familiar but you cannot be sure.
C2: The cultist weilding a scimitar will grin as he swings down hard on the helpless bugbear. Attack: 14 Even though Pokim is unable to move, the cultist tries to hard to line up his swing and ends up glancing off the thick hide of the bugbear. After failing to land his blow, he will quickly scoop up his crossbow and take off down the hallway after the leader.
C1: The other cultist will quickly lower his crossbow before drawing his scimitar and stepping towards Pokim and taking a swing at the bugbear before also following behind the leader. Attack: 17 damage (auto crit) 10 The cultist's weapon will cleave deep into the shoulder of the bugbear before he quickly pulls out the blade and takes off running down the hallway after his boss.
(They all went around the corner to the left, you cannot see them currently Cinders is up!)
(OOC: At risk of being a pain in the bum you only get the auto-crit if you are within 5 feet. As I read the map C1 (Post 1580) is more than 5 feet away!)

Yeah, He would move the 5 feet needed to hit you with his sword and then ran away, Since you are paralyzed there is no risk of AOO

I'll record it as 9 HP halved for 4 HP of actual damage then?

He hit you with his scimitar, so it was a crit, so it would be half of 14 damage. I already removed 7 damage from your character sheet for ya... unless you don't think that is correct.
