Hearing nor feeling any suggestions from Gin, Ruuk takes action again on his own. The side doors were tempting, but openness of the room reminded him of the caves of the before time. No, there was only two options. So, he chose to creep up behind the old man, and eventually wrap him up in rear naked choke hold in hopes of putting the old man to sleep and silence in outcries in one move.
The old man fails to hear the bugbear approach and as the frail figure is engulfed by the thick hairy arms of the bugbear, Vruuk is able to easily render him unconcious as he goes limp with very little struggle.
(You are now standing in the middle of the church holding an unconcious old man. The church is open all hours and while no one is in here, anyone could come at any time.)
(Now to go full metal gear pacifist mode on everyone else, so I can sneak around unimpeded.)
Vruuk carefully maneuvers the old man under an arm while he made his way over to the back room by the altar. If locked, he'll try to quickly search the old man for a key before slipping inside to get back his bearings. And if not, he spares one last glance back at the doors to see at a distance if they're lockable before proceeding inside anyways.

After slipping inside the room, Vruuk breathes a sigh of relief. At that point he shoos sets Gin, says "Search", then goes into preparing the old man to make it seem as if he's sleeping to anyone that might come inside the room after. Even perhaps get /him/ to think it was all a bad dream! A plan so dumb that it might just work...

So Vruuk finds that the room behind the alter is the personal sleeping quarters for someone. There is a fairly large bed and a small table and shelves and a wardrobe. There is also a small bookshelf that contains a variety of prayer books and literature, as well as few other knickknacks spread around around the room. On the far wall to the left side of the room there is a large painting of a beautiful woman. The room is light by a fairly nice chandelier and there is on one else in the room. Vruuk manages to tuck the priest into his bed without any problems....
(what are you all doing now? Is Gin searching the bedroom?)
you guys could report your parents and siblings missing right now if ya want, the watch us open 24 hours lol and it isnt THAT late yet. There was also talk of following / investigating the carrage driver.
(ooc I think I will go to the watch after staking out the church for another 10 minutes. Walk away through the alleys and take my true form away from here

(So basically your siblings left to help old man Hagger and spent the night at his house. When they returned home your parents and siblings were all gone. you and gin were out doing whatever at night and Cinders was able to hide under a bed to avoid capture. Vruuk and Pokim, when searching for your parents and siblings, found a secret room were a prayer book from the church that warships the silver lady was discovered in the place of what you assume was the book of tears that you know about from the story your parents used to tell you when you were younger. A group of bandits attacked then and you were around for everything after that :p)
