Vax attempts a new fire bolt, but the chaos spawn manages to adapt in time for the flame to just fly through a cavity in its body.
Yolov brings the pain down at the Chaos Spawn, striking it while it was too busy adapting to evade Mordecai and Vax. (Chaos Spawn: 45 damage.)
Coseris after looking through his spellbook shuts it and puts it away, shaking his head taking a deep breath pulls his light crossbow from his hip, with both hands steadies his aim and with another deep breath pulls the trigger, shooting a bolt at the spawn.

The Chaos Spawn, now bubbling with various elemental energy, seems to swell up like a balloon being inflated. Its body seems to illuminate with various colours beneath its sheen before it unleashes a large blast, bursting open like it was popped! Chaos Blast: Everyone within 30 feet (so everyone but Valentine and Keegik), make a DC 8 Constitution Saving Throw, taking 2 fire, 2 acid, 1 poison, and 2 thunder damage of a failure, or half as much on a success.
Where the Chaos Spawn once was, there is now a strange being. It appears to be made of metal, with a rounded body and four spindly limbs as feet. Each limb appears to glow with a strange glow, red, black, blue, and green. The top of the body appears to have two wings with white feathers. The orb-like body now appears to have some eyes placed around the top of it, as it lets out a scream as the orb opens up an enormous mouth.
Seeing this winged metallic creature seemingly erupt from within the creature. Backs away 15ft while once again pulling his spellbook out flipping the pages.

Bonus Action: Move Hex to the new creature keeping DEX as the chosen abilty
Action: Holding his spellbook looks to the creature takes his remaining 10ft of movement to now move closer while extending a hand and yelling out "FLEE" casting the spell command : DC: 15 Wisdom Saving Throw on a failure the target spends its turn moving away from you by the fastest available means.

Watching in wonder as the blob puffs up Warx attempts to shield himself behind his cloak as it erupts with elemental energy. After the wave passes, he releases the end of his cloak and peers at the strange round creature. "What manner of magic is this?" he muses aloud.
Wanting to press on with the attack in order to prove his place in the Circle, Warx maneuvers to a location where he can get a clean shot at the creature and (hopefully) not injure his companions. 'Best not injury any of them yet, I may need their services to further my own ends'he thinks. Holding forth his Flail (Arcane Focus) he begins the incantation and intricate motions necessary to cast Color Spray.

"A fragment of Limbo, possibly. Most fascinating. But, unknown to me. Maybe. Hm. Should've lingered for that one year. Still possibility with old master's teachings. Limbo favored subject. He was a githzerai, you know." Yolov busies himself with words, as was his way, to fight back the pain. But he cannot hide the grimace as the nature of his being was being torn apart. "Mm. MM! Colored Limbs. Elemental? Need time." Yolov disengages from the creature if need be up to twenty feet from the creature, and takes a moment to study and consider attempting to assert control. Assuming it to be even possible...

Vax uses his movement to back away from the creature and while he does so he points at Bankahn while making some arcane sigils with his hands and muttering words and a foreign tongue.
As a reaction Bankahn can choose to roll one of his hit dice and add the result to his Con modifier and proficiency bonus and regain that in HP.

Coseris is struck by the entropic energies (Coseris: 7/14 HP) before attempting a counterattack. Calling out with a command to flee, the creature seems unaffected; perhaps it did not understand the language he used.
Joor finds himself enveloped within the wave of elemental chaos (Jooor: 9/16 HP) and reaches for his blade to strike. However, he staggers and swings wide from the backlash of the magic, causing him to miss.
Mordecai manages to weather the effects better than others (Mordecai: 14/18 HP) before swings out in anger. However, due to his mood swing, his actual swing was made obvious, the four spindly legs moving the main body of the creature out of the way in time.
Vax, after resisting the chaos creature's explosion (Vax: 10/14 HP) uses his innate knowledge of evocation and its healing properties, rather than weaving a spell with his own magic, manipulates the magic within his ally. Joor, you may choose to use your reaction to spend a hit dice and regain an additional 2 hit points + your constitution modifier.
Warx manages to resist the major parts of the damage. (Warx: 6/16 HP) moves around to the side of the creature in an attempt to spray it with colourful lights to tantalise it. While it seems to take effect, it seems more the creature is interested in the lights than actually affected (it has more than 23 HP left)
Yolov stands firm against the elements (Yolov: 8/12 HP) and deciding to back away, keeps playing safe as he backs up out of any chance of being struck by its elementally attuned limbs. Studying its new form, it appears that the chaos had absorbed the effects of things it had experienced, and with enough magical energy reformed through some metamorphosis into a more permanent form.
Valentine still needs to take their turn.
Keegik hurls fire at the chimera, striking at its body. The bolt hits home, but as it does, the fiery leg glows hotter. (Chaos Chimera: 6 damage.)
Valentine interests for strange creature takes her to a wide-eyed and silent intrigued expression, silently she thinks ''what in the mercy of gods is this?'' and stare as she takes a few more steps backward.

Warx again growls with frustration as another attempt he made fails to do anything. Realizing he is in a weakened state, he decides to Disengage from the close combat and retreat to a safer distance where he can attack from afar, and hopefully be out of range from the creature's attacks.
OOC: Warx will retreat his full movement back toward where the group came from, while looking for an opening to be more effective in the next round.

The Chaos Chimera has its eyes look around at the group. Its limbs raise up off of the ground as the two little wings somehow hold it aloft, the body spins as the legs flail around, blasts of energy being hurled out from its body.
