(You can go to the back of the room. Combat hasn't started. Its basically a tense waiting game. Once you bampf out of wildshape is when combat/ surprise round would start. Sorry should've explained that better.)
OOC: That was my hope. I was hoping to spider to the back of the room and then wild shape back and cast spells and make explosions of animals like I did in the prisoner room with the druid.
Mucor would skitter his way along the celing and down the back wall until he was on the ground next to a large white table. Once on the ground, The spider would quickly contort and morph back into the hulking mintaur with his spear pointed towards the duke. "Get him..." Mucor would command with a growl as he stomped his hoof hard. The moment his hoof hit the ground, erupting earth would explode under the duke and his surrounding guards right as his three zombies push their way through the door and begin assaulting the enemies within the room.
(So I am hoping to hit everyone except the guard closest to the door with the spell. it is a 20ft cube and they need to succeed a dex 14 saving throw or take 17 bludgening damage, half that damage on a success. I went with this spell because I thought it might be a good signal to come on in :D)
The ground shakes for a moment then explodes upwards spewing wood, rock and stone. The two guards holding crossbows fire their bolt wildly hitting the wall. The Duke and Sheriff manage to dodge the majority of the rubble but the maester and all guards take the full brunt of the debris.
The door swings open as Jinara and Aryn release their held actions. The duke seeing the number of foes chooses to rush towards the enemy separate from the others and turns to fire two hand crossbows at Mucor.
Mucor- Atk: 1116 Dmg: 710
Gabriel's eyes glow as the adrenaline courses through his veins. He rushes into the fray and attacks the guard closest to the door with his axe. His axe impacts the guard's armor and dents it in cracking a few ribs.

Gaelin moves towards the door, sees the sheriff and in a rage casts heat metal (3rd level) on his armor. (Since he can't drop his armor he fails the save right?) Watching the metal turn red he moves to the southern wall of the hallway on the western side of the open door out of sight.

Aryn's arrow bounces off the sheriff's armor that begins to turn red hot. He grits his teeth through the pain and looks for his first target. The zombies and snake enter the room and attack the guards, who reflexively parry, block and return blows. Two of the zombies and two guards go down in the fray. The western guard avoids being constricted but is now flanked by the snake and Gabriel.
The Sheriff turns and charges Mucor, his sword erupting into flame and slashes wildly. "Your an annoying one aren't you."

The Maester grins and swirls his fingers together as flicks of blue electricity crackle around his hands as he releases Lightning Bolt towards Gabriel, Jinara, Aryn and Zinmaer. (DC14 Dex) Damage (half on success): 28
Aryn would exhale slowly taking time to aim calming her hand and release another arrow at the sheriff. Still shaken from the hit of the bolt of energy her hand twitches just before she releases the arrow.

(Since no attack, but instead an AoE, was made against Jinara, he did not activate his shield). Jinara attempts to dive to avoid the electric blast barreling his way. After settling from the damage, Jinara seems to growl in this guttural tone (actually speaking Draconic). He places his left hand inside his right sleeve for a brief moment, and as he draws his left hand out, he runs a finger dipped in a brown sticky substance across the palm of his right hand. He swirls his right hand in the air in a circle before forcefully pressing his left through the circle towards the guards, duke, maester, and sheriff (5 people in total). Jinara casts Slow (DC16 WIS).
After casting, Jinara will immediately move to the western side of the central door, opposite Gaelin, maintaining his concentration.

As the cloud of necrotic spores disperses, five wolfs and three constrictor snakes are left surrounding the Sheriff form all sides. The minotaur will take a deep breath, inhaling the last of the swirling spores as the wound on his side begins to heal.
Action to cast conjure animals... 5 x wolf and 3 x constrictor snake, reaction to cast halo of spores... dc14 con save or take 3 necrotic damage... then bonus action to cast healing word on himself at second level for 9

So the wolves should get advantage from pack tactics and the snakes will as well IF the wolves manage to pull him prone... then if the snakes hit he is constricted (restrained) so we will hope this all works out for the best...
