(Jinara- Oh ya, good thing he missed the first time.)
The weretiger circles and spins for a moment then spots a shimmer in the air where Jinara is. "There!" he shouts pointing in the direction. The host of lycans all look to the point and raise their weapons.
Wis saves: 41466101561718417
The weretiger again crouches and takes a few steps before leaping into the air towards you. The weretiger misjudges his aim and impacts your foot with his shoulder, doing no damage to you. He dramatically turns and swipes at thin air before landing on his feet and growls loudly. All the werewolf closest to Jinara misfire their crossbows into the sky . The bolts fly through the air and land harmlessly in the river, forest, ground and bridge. One werewolf takes aim and releases his bolt towards the shimmer. The rope glides over the bolt and flips the bolt backwards at the werewolf who frustratingly snarls at it and begins to reload.
Everyone else in the forest sees a weretiger jumping into the air and flipping acrobatically while the other lycans just fire hap-hazardly into the air.
Aryn stows her bow and switches to her swords, igniting Flametongue and whispers, "Let's go Torq." She'll make eye contact with Gaelin and Mucor and mouth, "See you on the other side." and casts Dimension Door using her cloak to take her and Torq to 5ft east of the southern wererat on the east side of the bridge.

(Ok so I am writing below based on the understanding that 1. We are not in combat technically, 2. Attacks have disadvantage since I am invisible therefore I am going to make this at advantage since the 14 was not at disadvantage [if a no-go, just roll for me xtra] and 3. The grapple attack is a contested athletics/acrobatics check for me. Since we are not in combat I want to cast Guidance on myself seeing them jumping and clearly trying to grab me)
Acrobatics = 183 = 19
(If I get a full movement, I would fly 30 ft vertically. Xtra, if that is too much, let me know and I might modify)
"It's about time!" Torq replies. As soon as Torq gets a visual on the wererat he will rage and recklessly wail on it with his axe and hammer. If the rat dies he'd go north towards the other rat.
(Jinara- the weretiger and werewolf both missed. The tiger didn't even hit your AC so there's no contested check. The athletics check was to see if it could even reach you 40 ft up. Only allowed it since they have the pounce ability. I'm going to treat it as if you didn't cast Guidance if you cast it you either have to drop Sanctuary or invisibility but with the whiff from the tiger it's unnecessary and your character wouldn't have done it.)
With Aryn and Torq's move combat officially starts! Torq tears into the wererat with a brutal blow to the creature's face, caving in it's skull. The corpse crumples to the ground as Torq flies north and slams his axe into the second wererat's chest. The lycan coughs up blood as Torq brings down his hammer and crushes his second skull of the day. The two lifeless bodies now lie on the ground as blood pours from their wounds.
Initiative order: Group 1: Aryn & Jinara Group 2: Gaelin & Mucor (You can include your held actions in your turn) Group 3: Lycans Group 4: Torq
Jinara casts Thaumaturgy (not concentration so I am still invisible) to elevate his voice has he flies another 30 ft up and says "Why must you resort to violence little kitty. Your lack of foresight by your quick-tempered whiskers has led to this being your last day alive in the feywild, much like your rat-friend."
Jinara will use his bonus action to cast Spiritual Weapon at 4th level (SW is not concentration btw, therefore I am still invisible). What appears adjacent to the weretiger who is jumping at me is a silver glowing orb that shows a small pulse of light, much like a heartbeat. This orb no larger than a grapefruit and floats just above the weretiger, but in melee. On the 3rd pulse, the orb sends a blast of radiant energy direct at the tiger.
Jinara summons a spectral orb of light that pulses and as it releases its column of radiant energy the weretiger deftly dodges out of the way and snarls. "It is you tiny creature that will perish." the tiger replies. To the southeast Aryn rushes towards the nearest werewolf and stabs the creature in its abdomen. The werewolf howls in pain but deflects Aryn's clearly telegraphed second swipe with his muscular arm causing Aryn to falter a step.
Aryn- make a DC12 STR save or you lose your grip on your offhand weapon and drop it.
Gaelin will release his three Eldritch Blast bolts at the weretiger below Jinara. (Held action) He'll move southeast as far as he can and cast Chain Lightning on the weretiger to the west of the one below Jinara and arc to the two other weretigers to the northeast and southwest.
EB Attack: 241618 Damage: 4109
Chain Lightning: DC18 Dex or take: 57 lightning damage, half on success

Mucor would quickly dash as fast as he could towards the southern weretiger. Breathing heavily through his flared nostrils as spores swirl behind him, he wold point his staff towards the weretiger and cast wall of thorns. Immediatly large twisting razor sharp vines burst from the ground between the were-tiger and were rat
Dex 18 or take 36, half on success.
My prepared action was to use my special spore wild shape and move, followed by more moving and my thorn spell :D
Three bolts of crackling energy come flying from the forest and slam into the weretiger below Jinara. Gaelin springs out from the edge of the trees and lightning bursts from his hands impacting one weretiger and slamming into a second. The southernmost weretiger manages to avoid most of the blast and has his hair singed before leaping away from a wall of sharp thorns that spring up from the ground. The wall continues to the south and encapsulates the wererat who is skewered and contorted by the brambles. The trees rustle with movement as Valeera's huge dragon form breaks through the edge of the trees followed closely behind by a huge bipedal monster that looks like a large lizard with a massive head. (It's a Tyrannosaurus Rex) Valeera heads east towards the werewolf while the tyrant lizard stomps straight towards the weretiger below Jinara. Both creatures bite down on their targets and rip off the upper half of each lycan before letting out a duet of roars.
The weretigers reflexively hiss and let out a deep roar. The werewolves on to the east hear and echo howling loudly. The wererat loads and releases a bolt aimed at Valeera that bounces off her thick scales then turns and begins fleeing down the bridge. The two remaining weretigers look at one another then rush towards Gaelin and Mucor slashing and biting at the least threatening enemies. Gaelin feels the teeth of the tiger sink in and pain rushes through his body as the poison creeps in. Mucor blocks the other weretiger's bite but feels claws scrape across his shoulder and blood trickles down his arm. To the east, Aryn is bombarded with attacks from the two southern werewolves but manages to deflect both claw attacks but feels teeth bite into her flesh when blocking the other werewolf's bite. The northern werewolf scans the bridge and chooses to sprint northeast towards the treeline.
Damage: Aryn- 10DC13 Con save Gaelin- 11DC 13 Con save Mucor- 6
Torq smiles as much as any Aarakocra could and takes off in chase after the werewolf using his action to dash a total of 120 feet if needed. He'll burn his action surge and recklessly attack the werewolf with his hammer and axe. If the werewolf falls to his attacks and he has any remaining movement left, he'll head back to the bridge.
Torq large wings flap rapidly as he swoops in to catch up to the fleeing werewolf. He impacts the lycan with a blow to the back of its head from his hammer and twirls around still hovering a foot above the ground hacking into the werewolf with his axe and finishing the creature with a powerful downward blow from his hammer that causes the body to collapse in a bloody heap. Torq turns back to the bridge and begins his return a look of serene satisfaction depicted on his face.
Seeing the intrusion of the massive lizard creature, Jinara reacts by casting Fireball immediately at it. (I assume I am high enough to be out of his reach, but if not then I would fly up and out)
Bonus action would be to use my spiritual weapon against the trex

Aryn feels the teeth sink in and shrugs off the pain. She yells out in anger and uses fighting spirit (bonus) and action surge to make the two werewolves pay attacking each werewolf twice with her swords. If both are dead she'll move north towards the entrance to the bridge to cut off the wererat.
(@Xtra- fortress ability is that I auto crit all attacks that hit when I use action surge.)
The area around the Tyrannosaur is engulfed in flame as Jinara's fireball explodes. It's huge form stands unfazed as a giant growling shadow in the smoke. A split second later a pulse of bright light flashes from within the smoke as the small orb of arcane energy pulses and slams into the smoldering dinosaur. It looks up at Jinara cocks its head and shakes it side to side as if to say "No" like an intelligent creature would then turns it's head to the weretigers. To the east, Aryn feels a jolt of pain as the poison enters her bloodstream. A dull headache creeps in and sends a rush of adrenaline through her veins. She leans into the bite and twists her sword upright while the werewolf is still clamped down on her shoulder and jams the sword through the creature's neck and skull. The jaws go limp and she kicks the corpse to the ground. She spins using the momentum to slash at the second werewolf twice then finishes it off with an upwards thrust from underneath the ribcage. She feels a single pulse from the werewolf's heart through her sword before it pierces and explodes the vital organ with a pulse of lightning. Blood pours from the werewolf's mouth and it slumps to the ground as she pulls out her blade then heads north to block off the wererat's retreat. In the distance you begin to hear a howl, followed by another, then another further away. The chorus of howls echoes for a moment then dies away before the only sounds you are left with are the sounds of your local battle.
