SilverTongue snorts and then sighs at the sight of the kobolds. Pointing at the winged lizzard, he smiles and laces his words with a little magic.
"Would you like me to remove that curse? Oh, my mistake, you were just born that way!"
OOC: Kicking off the campaign with a little vicious mockery against the winged kobold - WIS save (13) or 2 psychic damage and disadvantage on next attack.
The Kobold laughs at the insult: "Oh, hahaha, you a funny creature. Ugly yourself!!" Then again he waves with his little hands to make sure his minions follow his orders and attack.
The Kobold Scouts look at each other, then move forward onto the unsuspecting Blake:
Kobold 1: 14 for damage 4 24 for damage 9
+ damage for critic: 5
The poor absentminded wizard slides unconscious to the floor before he even knows what hit him.
Kobold 2 then attacks Mokrai: 18 for damage 8 21 for damage 7
But his little short sword just glances off Mokrai's armour.
Oleksi, Lily, Mokrai, Blake, you can go in any order you wish. Blake, if none of the other three is healing you, I will need your first death save please.

Seeing Blake falling under the blows of the small but nasty kobolds, Oleksi gets worries that one life is at stake. He evokes the fey-magic of the summer to heal his wounds. Then, he runs towards him and beats one kobold (Scout 1) with the quarterstaff.
Balm of the Summer Court (Blake): 3 points of healing + 1 temporary hit point

Mokrai looks at the Kobold standing in front of him and feels the dagger sliding against his thick skin. This is nothing... He reaches for his longsword and smiles.
"I'll show you little one how to strike" Using "Reckless Attack" (attacks against Mokrai have advantage for the next turn)
Longsword (2hands): 25, damage slashing 6

Blake wakes up, rubs his eyes, and yawns. "Oh man, I don't even remember falling asleep; I must have been tired. Did everyone get a good nigh..."he starts to say, but as he pulls his hands away from his eyes, he sees the fighting around him. "Whoah! When did these little guys get here, and why do I feel so sore?" Blake groans a bit, standing up. He spies the winged kobold flying around and points his hand up, "They can fly?!" As he says this, a bolt of energy erupts from his hand, seemingly surprising even himself.
Up to three creatures you choose within 30 feet of you take 4d10 lightning damage.
A surge of power enters Blake. His hair begins to flare up, and lightning courses out of him. "Sweet!" he yells, and three lightning bolts leap out of him, one on each kobold doing 31 lightning damage to each one.

The three kobolds fall where they were. Each of them a different grimace of pain burnt into their faces forever. The flying kobold falls like a rock from the sky towards Mokrai, hitting him on the head for 3 bludgeoning damage. Every now and then you can see a blue spark run over their bodies.
The new adventurers stare at each other. This was... impressive!

"That... was... awesome!"shouts Blake as the kobolds fall to the ground. When he sees the one land on Mokrai's head, he winces slightly, "Sorry about that one," he mutters. The lightning sparks slightly, and then dissipates around him. A wave of exhaustion passes over Blake as the wild magic energy leaves him, and he sits down on the ground. "So, uh, why were those kobolds attacking us and stuff?" Blake casts a wary glance around the camp, looking for signs of more kobolds, or maybe to see if they took his s'mores.
Blake sees that nothing is missing - at least not yet. It seems the kobolds planned on killing you all and then taking your stuff. You walk a little along their trail and see that they have been following you, maybe for a while before attacking.
He cannot see or hear any other danger around the camp.

One of the kobolds, seemingly the leader, tells the other two something in draconic: "gruchz rramsn granzn, istzn rangs flings! illing mezn runzn!"
Spoiler for SilverTongue:
"We have tracked them all day, now is the time to attack! Follow my lead!"
Then, surprisingly, he starts flying up and hovers over the heads of the adventurers. And then he drops a big rock, right on the head of Mokrai:
To hit: 24 For damage: 8
But he is too cocky and the attack misses. He now gestures to his two companions to attack as well.

What would Oleksi know about kobolds in this area? Are they common?
