When she hears a voice, Landrae's hand will casually drift towards her bow and bring it a little closer.

Duncan in open view, Jack hidden on the back of the cart, Landrae using Elber's hidden in plain sight suggestion, lying casually on the flat behind Duncan's driver's seat. I'd suggest Duncan handles the conversation, but just call Landrae in if you want))
((That makes sense to me. Also... I had rolled a 23 for PERCEPTION for the ride, since Duncan was in front... I think It's safe to assume he saw the dude (with his 18 stealth) before he popped out. no? @JJ - help us out here~ After we figure out exactly what's going on, if Duncan sees him, or doesn't, but is approached by him, I'll write for him.))
The man jumped out into the middle of the road, directly in front of the cart. He has given no sign that he notices either Elber or Kai off in the bushes.
The man continues to talk in an amiable tone. " I'm afraid we're going to have to relieve you of any wares you might have in that there cart. " He takes several steps forward, and then pauses as if recalling some minor detail. "Oh, and if you offer any resistance I have no less than six crossbows ready to fill you full of bolts if I so much as snap my fingers. " The man resumes his approach.
Elber and Kai feel cold steel press against their backs, and a harsh voice whispering, "Make one move and you're dead men."
The instant Elber feels steel against his back, he goes for his sword in a rage. If the bandits were thinking he carries that greatsword for show, they're about to learn that they should have cut him down instantly instead of showing off how sneaky they are.

((For ease, assume that Landrae holds her initiative until she hear's Duncan's call and see's him leap from the wagon. I'm also assuming that Jack and Landrae are aware of the danger from Elber and Kai's side of the road))
Landrae will rise from her laid down position onto one knee, using as much of the wagon's contents as cover as she can, but still line up a bowshot on the captain in the middle of the road. As she see's Duncan engage the man with golden locks, she shouts her support "Go Duncan, strike true, show us your prowess!"
Bonus Action: Landrae provides Bardic Inspiration to Duncan.
You can inspire others through stirring words or music. To do so, you use a bonus action on your turn to choose one creature other than yourself within 60 feet of you who can hear you. That creature gains one Bardic Inspiration die, a d6.
Once within the next 10 minutes, the creature can roll the die and add the number rolled to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw it makes. The creature can wait until after it rolls the d20 before deciding to use the Bardic Inspiration die, but must decide before the DM says whether the roll succeeds or fails. Once the Bardic Inspiration die is rolled, it is lost. A creature can have only one Bardic Inspiration die at a time.

Jack will sheath his rapier (free action), hop out of the wagon and draw his bow. Can he see the bandits by Kai and Elber? If so he will shoot at one in the least cover, otherwise he will shoot at the bandit that stopped the cart. He will then use his movement towards Kai and Elber’s position, flanking if possible.
(Jackand Landrae's first attacks against the captain will have advantage. Also, seeing as this is a pretty active group, could we act in initiative order? This both helps me understand what's going on better and any bonuses from spells or features can be applied immediately and planned around accordingly. If everyone is OK with this idea, I'll call you up when it's your turn. These first rolls will all still count.)
