Also giving my action just in case I'm not available:
(OOC: I hadn't realized the Goblins were close enough to charge the cart, so I'll change it up a bit)
Jackson instantly reacts to the sound of a bowstring, raising his shield to protect his head. He moves his shield a bit to the side to get a better look at where the sound came from, seeing two arrows that had apparently missed their mark. "TO BATTLE!" he yells.
At that moment, a Goblin comes charging in with its scimitar, but Jackson quickly sidesteps, allowing the scimitar to barely graze his risen shield.
Movement -- His first priority is to protect himself, but his second priority is the cart. He'll actually hop back onto the front carriage of the cart, still standing.
Action -- With the Goblin in his sights, he closes his eyes, then points at the Goblin, casting Toll the Dead. DC 13 Wis ST. 5 if the Goblin had not been hit previously by Neph. 7 if it was already missing hit points.

OOC: I think Koren goes before Nilparin this round, so the inspiration would not be granted until after Koren's turn was already over...not that it matters if you roll a natural 20! I think it may be my turn in the initiative, given that the goblins, Koren, and Jackson have already gone, and we are pending Nephrius' action...So I will post assuming the goblin in Harukai's face is still up.
Harukai dodges aside just in time as the goblin breaks from cover and swings its scimitar at him! On Jackson's side of the wagon, he can hear other sounds of combat, but he focuses on the foe in front of him. Swinging his staff one-handed to build up momentum, he suddenly lashes out at the nasty creature, aiming for a heat shot, then follows quickly with a snap kick to its torso!
Goblins, two in tree line with bows, two rushing Jackson and Harukai, attacks miss
Koren: Hit goblin attacking Jackson (just a guess as this one is closest to her) for 4 damage
Jackson: Casts toll the dead for 10 damage (goblin failed save).
Harukai: misses attack
Nilparin: Hit for 6 damage (on goblin attacking Harukai since Jackson killed the other one)
As the party is ducking the arrow volley incoming, two goblins rush forward, scimitars drawn and attempt to attack Jackson and Harukai. Both miss and Koren strike the one attacking Jackson with an Eldritch Black (critical strike) just as Jackson casts Toll the Dead. The goblin falls to the ground, clutching his head and side simultaneously from both strikes, and blood begins dripping from his nose and stops moving.
Harukai swings at the goblin attacking him and misses, but Nilparin strikes him with a rapier, dealing a heavy blow.
Currently, there is one goblin near the read of the cart and two concealed just inside the tree line near the dead horses.
(I'll wait for Neph's action before proceeding to the next round, but I'll use Jackson's remaining movement to hop back onto the cart and remaining standing.)
OOC: I agree with waiting. We have players in different time zones so let's give each a chance to have their turn. If it has been 24 hours since the player's turn has begun and they have not posted, I will take their turn for them. We will keep the current initiative order until this combat is over. Much like we did this round, everyone can post their action and I will move their attack to a different enemy if their current target dies before it comes to their initiative turn.
Thanks to everyone for the good RP so far. I am enjoying reading them and having fun thus far.
(OOC: aw thanks, my timezone is one of the most tricky as I live in Australia and most of the others of this campaign live in America I'm having a lot of fun here too)

Nephrius will run to the goblins in the tree line near the horse as her attention was set there, and slash at the goblin with her short sword and dagger hissing and growling.
Shortsword: Hit: 12 Damage: 7 Sneak Damage: 6
Dagger: Hit: 10 Damage: 1
If I don’t have enough movement to get to the goblins Nephrius would use her feline speed trait to double movement for the turn.
OOC. Thanks for being patient about time zones guys :)
One of the goblin archers falls from a gaping wound inflicted by Nephruis’s shortsword. The other goblin uses his nimble escape action to flee down a small pathway that you now notice on the north side of the road. No other enemies appear to bother your group at this time.
