OOC: Okay! That went differently than expected! Great rolls for everyone too. I will move everyone’s actions to the bugbears if no one objects
Harukai rushes Nezznar and with three rapid blows, reduces the wizard to a bloody pulp on the ground. The black robes are streaked with Nezznar’s blood as he lies unmoving.
Nil, surprised himself by The ferocity of Harukai’s attack, turns to unleash on the bugbear closest to him. He attacks recklessly with his swords and also leaves this bugbear in a bloody pile.
Jackson turns to the second bugbear and cast a guiding bolt, which impacts it hard in the cheast, leaving it iluminated by radiant light.

Somewhat surprised that the fabled “Spider” drow mage went down so quickly (and didn’t turn out to be a doppleganger, after all), Harukai follows up his fellows’ ferocious sneak attack with a strike from his staff at the remaining Bugbear, who is still reeling from Jackson’s magic.
Quarterstaff attack, 1-handed with Advantage: Attack: 27 Damage: 11
He then follows up with a quick front snap kick if needed.
Unarmed attack with Advantage: Attack: 18 Damage: 8

OOC: when it gets back to the top of the round, Harukai will continue to attack...
Swinging his sword in a blazing arc, Harukai fakes a sweeping blow, then instead stabs at the Spider attacking him, leaving the sword protruding from its carapace like a swaying beacon of light. He follows up quickly with a standing side kick.
Jackson attacks the spider, missing with the first strike but connecting with the second.
Nil attempts to end the battle with a fireball, but is unable to make out some wording part way through the cast. His pause during the cast causes the beginning of the fire to fade and the scroll crumbles.
Returning to the top of the round, Harukai swings his sword and slices in to the leg of the spider, removing it. It stumbles and his follow up kick misses due to the spider falling away.
The spiders will again try bite attacks against everyone as before.
Reeling from the massive spider bite, Harukai strikes back with a vengeance. Now gripping his staff of striking in two hands, he swings mightily at the poisonous creature, following up with two swift, sweeping kicks. If he takes the spider down, he will move to flank a spider with someone else.
