This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Trying to figure out a formula to account for Elven Accuracy. Basically, under the proscribed conditions (Advantage, attacks based in certain abilities), the attack can be rolled with three dice, keeping the highest.
[ roll]3d20kh1[/roll] = 11
Well, that was anticlimactically easy. When using the dice roller button, I always modify the formula anyway, so this won't add much more to that.
e.g., my 6th level Rogue attacking with Advantage, Elven Accuracy, and sneak attack:
This is the default from the dice button (note no Elven Accuracy): Attack: 8 Damage: 24
This is my modified version after using the dice button to get the skeleton: 17 to hit, for 20 piercing damage.
Okay, time to copy this down somewhere I can find it again without having to use the DDB Forum's turrible search feature. ;)
