OOC: From this distance, it looks like the tower's diameter is around 100 feet all the way up.

"If we sneak around and then approach the tower from a position where the guard cannot see us, it will be a substantially shorter distance following the base of the tower than it would be if we crossed here. Which should give you plenty of time with the potion. Aradurk, you would then need to keep it distracted, faced away from our approach, long enough that I can get close enough to drop the area of silence around the guard."

OoC: I say we circle around in the foothills to 10 o'clock. Wait for patrol to be out of site. Dash to base of tower. Slowly approach to 6 going counterclockwise. Pop the potion when the guard is almost in sight. Distraction to cause guard to look toward 3 o'clock side. With 120' range on silence I should be able to cast it from quickly enough.

"You are wise, I will follow this plan Y'lovisa of the sharp eyes and Aradurk, our time in battle side by side has led me to trust you, Fumbles, well..." The paladin readies himself "Let's go."

Using the foothills for cover, the party approaches 10 o'clock. "On my signal..." Fumbles raises his hand, dropping it as soon as the patrol moves out of sight.

You approach slowly and quietly counterclockwise. The guard will soon be in sight.

     "Here, this may help create a distraction," Y'lovisa whispers to Araduk. She picks up a small pebble and casts light on it. "After you drink your potion, take this and cover this with your hands or put it in a pocket. When you get near reveal it and use it to help with a distraction to draw its attention away from us. Plus it will let us know where you are... I hope. If it doesn't seem to notice it you may have to throw it since your invisibility may shroud it as well while you are holding it."

Moving extremely quietly Karst positions himself waiting for Aradurk's part of the plan to take place. Before the half orc gets moving he whispers "You will succeed, strike true, strike fast, we will be with you an instant later." 

Aradurk moves around to his position just out of sight of the lookout and quaffs the potion. He reaches into his pocket and grasps the affected pebble and then moves as quietly as possible to close with the guard. When Aradurk reaches him, he will look to ensure he sees his comrades and look around for anyone else. When he sees Y'lovisa, he will carefully toss the spelled pebble at the guard's feet, his sword in hand.

Aradurk winks out of sight once he downs the potion, and the light surrounding the pebble disappears along with him, reappearing a short moment later as it rolls to the base of the tower.

Aradurk sees the orc guard snap his head back and forth at the sight of the pebble, looking right through him. The guard bends down to pick up the object.

"Are you ready...? Here we go." As the orc bends down Y'lovisa casts silence on the ground near the orc. Then takes off in a dash, drawing her sword along the way.

"Now Aradurk don't let him run!" Karst whispers as he moves with Y'lovisa. 

Striking down on the back of his head with the butt of long sword.

The orc is bashed on the head by the unseen Aradurk, nearly falling from the impact. He reaches into a pocket, retrieving a glowing red stone that he attempts to speak into. He panics, trying to shout louder into the stone, then throws it to the ground, turning panic into rage. He draws his greataxe, searching for his unseen assailant.

Y'lovisa and Karst are 50 feet away, around the base of the tower.

OOC: For some reason the tracking edit didn't save, it should be fixed in the previous post now.

OOC:  That went so much better when I thought it through the first time or three.

Assuming I am still invisible, I will reach down and pocket the red stone then find my way behind him.

Using the action surge, I will take a swing at him from behind.

Attack: 18 Damage: 12

With my second attack, I will press a second attack at his back.

As Karst and Y'lovisa round the edge of the tower, it looks as if a hole explodes in the orc guard's chest, and he collapses forward, dead.

OOC: Each character has received 33 XP for defeating the orc guard. Aradurk's inventory has been updated (Potion of Greater Invisibility removed, Sending Stone (Red) added).

Y'lovisa dashes to the front door.

(Seems like Aradurk has things under control. Lol... What's the range on our sending stones?) 

Aradurk calls quietly to Y’lovisa:
