As the conversation started to get more in depth Pheara found the words far too confusing and after getting frustrated she returned to the task of clearing the bodies. While the others discussed the strange objects the snake-bloods wore she dragged the corpse away to the pit. While at the pit she could smell the stench of the snake-bloods thicker than ever and she wrinkled her nose as she drew close to throw the corpse in with the others. Something about their stench unsettled her, it felt wrong...as if unnatural some how. Amongst the disgusting odour of the snake-bloods she could smell another scent, it was faint now though, overpowered by the stink of the newly deposited bodies. She didn't think on it too much however and finished her task.
As she returned she saw that others had joined the group, and amongst them was a new scaled one who was talking with Tusk. As he departed with Captain Greensparrow and she drew nearer she picked up his scent lingering in the air...it was the smell from the pit. Confused she turned to the others but realises no one is concerned about his presence. Pointing after Feldri she says "This...scaled one has scent like from pit. Pheara thinks...en...enemies be in pit. Why en..enemy be here?"
It seems Aaravous had missed the fighting. He had been sent to reinforce this War Party's numbers as hostilities continued in their front. The wood-elf monk came to a halt as he watched the scene before him play out, but soon he stepped foreword to help clear bodies. Not caring if his simple tunic or pants got bloody (there would be plenty more of that to come). Aaravous was however not the strongest of body, and had a bit of trouble when haling a corpse by himself. The monk took notice when the druid started questioning the validity of another new arrival. Waiting to hear what the rest of the Warband had to say, Aaravous listened.
After the body was deposited into the pit, Aaravous stands back up and gives a respectful bow to all those present. "I am Aaravous, humble servant of Ytis and all life."
Reaching out to Saprys to shake his hand after helping Aaravous deposit his corps, and waving to Aaravous. “I am Bahli elite warrior and avid drinker can I interest either of you in my own recipe “Blood Wine”?

ummmmmm hi i just PMed Lunaticknight so i'm hoping i can join but i may not because of my characters weapon i wont bore you with what it is so lets just say its complicated and you could probably get hit also BTW I hope I can join if the campaigns not over.
"What is Life worth if we do not enjoy it's pleasures every now and then." Aaravous says cheerfully as he approaches Bahli and the promise of homemade wine.
“You yourself laid the last corps in the pit friend, and we are not healerers. My friend we have done all we can at this point and there will be enough for the wounded. You need a moments rest join us when you are healed and I’ll give you the big cup.” Bahli laughs a big belly laugh. He continues to pour his and Aaravous’ glass, while waving two more about one for Saprys and the other to Pheara.
Confused by everyone s complete lack of concern over the scaled one walking amongst them Pheara observes Bahli as he offers drinks to the others. As the elf admonishes them she is further confused as the emerald scaleded one offers her a drink too. Approaching cautiously Pheara is thirsty after the earlier events and so thinks water makes sense. As she takes the cup and sniffs at the liquid inside she immediately rears her head back in shock before throwing the cup away.
“This no water...it smells foul. Why give Pheara this?” She says in alarm to Bahli.
Ledmo finished dropping the last of the arms and armor pulled from the dead off with the Quartermaster, and headed back to the main staging area. Conversations were starting to pop off as people were calming after the latest fight. He noticed, as well, that a patrol had returned, which he supposed had already made their report to the captain. He figured it was well enough that the troops needed a brief respite. Until orders came down, he supposed this was the time to take it. He heard mention of drink as he approached the group. The palisade walls still needed fixing, but a drink would do him good.
"Aye, an' e'en iffen the water be good, tha's no reason t'be shunnin' a 'eartier drink. An' iffen it ain' t'yer likin' Stalkin' Tiger, by Flowin' River a' Green, I'll be takin' it as a kindness fer ya t'be sharin' rather than wastin' the good stuff, aye?" And he gave her an amused half grin from under his heavy mustaches, and then bent to retrieve the discarded cup. He turned toward the dragonborn, cup in hand. "I'll take a drop, iffen yer still offerin." And then he spoke to those around. "So, apparen'ly, these scalies... ahem, no offense ta presen' company... didn' start off as scalies, an' were made such through some evil rite. They got no accountin' a' their lives 'afore their transfermations due ta the gems embedded in their backs. Break those, an' their memories return, supposedly. In any case, turns out our prisoner 'ad 'is gemstone cracked, an's workin' wit' the Cap'n now. Not sure iffen this complicates thin's fer us er not, as they're still bloody killers lookin' ta eatcher flesh, but there it is. Bewitched er not, I'll still put an axe inta the 'ead 'a anyone attemptin' t'be servin' me up as dinner." The maille armored dwarf with the braided red beard falling over his Army of Light tunic, now heavily spattered with enemy blood, looked to his cup, and then to the dragonborn. "Name's Led. Say, wha' kinda spirit is it yer dollin' out there?"
Bahli pours a deep amber substance into Leds cup. “A secret brew my friends we’d have to share blood for me to share it, but it is potent and good for the soul and body my short friend.” He swigs back his own cup. “TO ANY WHO HAVE CUP AND SEEKING GOOD CHEER AND COMPANY COME NOW OR ME AND THE DWARF WILL DRINK IT ALL!!!”
