Grabs a couple bags of Ball bearings and caltrops as well as another hunter trap and a disguise kit making sure my arrows r fully stocked. "OK lets go get these bastards"
As you wrap up your preparations, Greensparrow and Hugs hand you two maps. "This one details the route for the infiltration team, and this one for the distraction team. The lizardfolk make surprisingly good maps, so we have a good layout of their perimeter. You'll be sticking together for a bit, but once you separate, you won't be in contact with each other, so this must be a precise operation. Good luck, and come back alive."
[Establish your marching order for the unified group, and if you want, also the split groups.]
Ranging out slightly ahead of the rest of the group, and enjoying a bit more room to roam, Pheara takes the lead feeling much more at home outside of the camp and in the wilds again.
Manon would stick to the middle of both the large group and also the middle later on when the group splits, just so she can quickly get to anyone who's in trouble.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ledmo hiked his pack up as the troop passed through the gate. He would take up rear guard, holding watch against trackers or followers. When they split though, he had no effective range, beyond the length at which he might throw an axe, so he would be near the front, if not the lead, of the distraction party. But for now, he would keep a careful watch at their tail.
Storat would be towards the back probably close to Ledmo in the main group since he's grown a trust in the little dwarf and having his skills more in ranged combat i feel I'd be most effective here once split I'd probably take up more of phearas logic and keep more to himself so he can use his stealth and ranged skills
As you set out from the camp, delving into unknown territory, the lizardfolk map is all you have to go on. Pheara, as the leader, must make a Wisdom (Survival) check in order to avoid getting lost.
(Storat is infiltration)

Haven’t used this account in forever. Still a big fan of crawling claws.
Pheara is still unused to such things being offered like this and doesn't accept as she doesn't really understand why it is happening.
(All set, good to go)
