Camp
As the commotion breaks out and the sound of battle greets them the Yuan-ti’s betrayal dawns on Pheara. With a savage look of anger in his direction she draws her small knife and kills the snake she is holding without hesitation before turning towards the battle ready to face what is outside as she discards it’s body.
A commotion was heard outside, the song of steel and ire. In the infirmary tent, Led raised a gloved hand toward Corrin, as if to hold the gnome where he was. Ledmo's brow dropped, as a look of concern worked across the dwarf's red bearded face. He turned, and approached the entrance, easing the tent flap open slightly with the head of his battleaxe. He stood back but looked through the space there to get a better idea of where the fight was happening, where the enemy was coming from, and where they might be most needed.
[Due to AirHOrse's temporary absence, I'm going to treat it as if Pheara engages with a separate group due to exiting the tent on the other side. Just to cut down on the number of things I have to keep track of. I'm still noting her in the initiative order, since AirHOrse may return before the fight is over.]
The camp is in total chaos. Out here it's soldier against soldier. People who had previously fought alongside one another the day before were turning on their comrades. Two of the traitors, originally set on charging Greensparrow's tent, have switched their target to you. The first one locks onto Tusk, drawing an arrow from a quiver and letting it lose, while the other goes for Ledmo, shortswords drawn.
Yuan-ti 1 Shortbow vs. Tusk: 7 for 2 piercing damage and 8 poison damage.
Yuan-ti 2 Shortswords vs. Ledmo: 14 and 13 for 3 and 6 piercing damage.

The lizardfolk attempts to stand up, lowering his head slightly as he continues to speak. "I will take you to Chief and Shaman. They must know. Please. We need letoclo." Seemingly frustrated due to his lack of the word, the lizardfolk tries again. "H... Health? Helm? Help? Help! Yes. We need help."
Manon wants to trust this lizard man, but there was always the possibility he was trying to lead them into a trap. She's going to see if she can get a read on how truthful he's being.

(Posting now, as Ledmo and Corrin are in a different area than Strorat, but please resolve after Strorat's action, when he posts it)
Having seen the chaos outside, Ledmo let the tent flap fall back into place. He turned then to face the interior of the infirmary tent, and Corrin.
"Oi, lis'en up boys an' girls!" Ledmo yelled from the front of the tent, looking over the wounded and sick. "We're bein' o'errun! Iffen ya can getcher feet an' 'old a weapon, now mightn' be yer las' chance t'do so! Iffen ya can'no, then 'ave a weapon close by yer cots! Ya mightn' ne-Aack!"
The force of the blade stabbing into his side was enough to split the welded links of his maille and punch through the layered linen of his gambeson. He felt the point of it push in just above his right kidney. He wasn't sure if the blade had actually punctured his flesh, he just reacted as he had been trained. Led spun to his left, shield up, to face his opponent.
He had just enough time to see the second blade stabbing straight at his face. Ledmo dropped his head slightly, swinging his iron banded targe shield up, just enough to deflect the short sword upward with the shield edge, an iron on steel spark flying. He felt the blade glance off the top of his pot helm.
He had no idea where the foe had come from, but they must have had seen him open the tent flap, or maybe heard him yelling, and came charging in after him. It made no matter now. All that mattered now was what he was going to do about the enemy trying to kill him.
He was in a low position, and his foe had lunged forward with their strike. Ledmo sprung off his back foot, forward and up at the creature, his shield between them. As he did so he turned his hips into his own strike, gnashing his teeth through a hard grim expression, putting as much force as he could muster into a short swing with his heavy double headed battleaxe, aiming to chop into the side of his opponent's abdomin just above their pelvic bone.
(I believe I am in the captains tent) *moves to a position where I take up almost a sniper position barely peeking through the tent flap, making use of my mask of the wild feat, taking aim at the yuan-ti archer and firing my shot with a prayer*

To Manon, the lizardfolk definitely appears to be telling the truth. His fear seemed real, and his constant questioning about their humanoid-ity was a contributor to his credibility.

[I'm going to hand wave it and say that the medical tent and the captain's tent are close enough that you're in the same spot, just so that I don't have to track three groups.]
Ledmo's strike is blocked by the yuan-ti, who soon feels the blade of Tusk's halberd slam into his back, cutting through what little armor the yuan-ti had on. Strorat's arrow strikes true, piercing the archer's lower calf. The archer shifts his weight, wincing, and takes aim at Strorat through the tent flap. The other yuan-ti drops a sword and a puff of noxious gas sprays out of his palm towards Tusk.

Yuan-ti 2 Damage Taken: 13

[Strorat, if you wish to keep yourself hidden, you can take the hide action on your turn. If you take two levels in Rogue, you can get it as a bonus action.]

Stumbling out from the medical tent is Saprys, a brass dragonborn clad in chainmail. Around his neck is an amulet that depicts a right gauntlet (Torm's emblem). On his back is shield and a few javelins. Hanging from his side is a longsword.
"Oi! What's all the commotion?!"
He sees the Yuan-Ti fighting his comrades, draws his longsword and and takes out his shield.
A turn of the creature's sword and a step back deflected Ledmo's swing. It was enough to distract though, as Ledmo watched Tusk bring his polearm down into the enemy's back. It was a crunching blow, but did not fell the opponent, only seemed to make it more angry as a matter of fact. As the Yuan Ti dropped one of it's swords to turn away and blow a powder into the half orc's face, Led brought his axe up in an overhand swing, meant to split the back of it's skull.

The yuan-ti's spray of poison, while harmless to Tusk, is enough to cause him to whiff his strike, but it soon becomes apparent that the real threat was both Saprys and Ledmo. Saprys' sword plunges into the yuan-ti's shoulder as Ledmo takes advantage of the opening to cut the creature down. The remaining yuan-ti, seeing that it's greatly outnumber, shouts something in a dark and guttural language before loosing another arrow at Ledmo.
