CAMP
Rushes from the captians tent knowing the yuan-ti is out numbered now "RUSH RUSH RUSH GO GO GO" charges towards the last remaining Yuan-ti knowing we need information from him*
If I can reach him in 35' i use a non lethal attack with my Quaterstaff
Led's battleaxe found it's home in the back of the Yuan Ti's skull, splitting it like an over large mushroom cap. As the creature collapsed and he wrenched his axe free from it's head, Ledmo had little time to reflect on the first blooding of his weapon. He gave a quick nod to the dragonborn swordsman who had come to their aid, but his thought was bent on the chaos outside, picking friend from foe, and he was a little conflicted as to how to proceed. He had wounded and sick behind him, and was loathe to leave them unguarded. Shieldwardens, by their very nature, are a defensive bunch, trained for line maneuvers and shield walls, defending archers and spell crafters and polearm wielders while punching holes in the enemy lines to allow the Bloodragers to wreak their havoc behind them. The disorganized row going on outside would have been a playground for a Bloodrager. For Ledmo, it was a tumult without a position to hold, pockets of fighting with armed folk from both sides running to and fro.
An arrow struck Ledmo's shield with a heavy thunk, and stuck quivering there, and that broke him free from hesitation. He would defend his position, but would attack from there where he might. He saw Tusk and the armored dragonborn ally that had struck down the Yuan Ti with him and the half orc charging toward another Yuan Ti, an archer that was not so far away from them. It would be a hard throw, but he would risk it. Led slammed the head of his battleaxe into the muddy ground, keeping it's haft close at hand, then pulled the handaxe off his right hip. He then flung it, end over end, just trying to hit the center mass of the creature at this distance. He had no consideration for non-lethality while the camp was being overrun. Capturing a single infiltrator was one thing, repelling an onslaught was something else entirely.
Action:Attack - Thrown Handaxe(at disadvantage due to range. If the Yuan Ti is within 20', please take the first roll): 14 Damage: 9
Free Action: Draw Weapon, Hand Axe
Bonus Action: None
Movement: Holding defensive position at Infirmary Tent
The yuan-ti topples to the ground, unconscious as Ledmo's axe flies past it. Just as the archer hits the ground with a soft thud, Pheara comes flying through the tents, followed by another yuan-ti accompanied by two giant snakes. The snakes lunge forward as their handler begins to chant a spell, releasing a bolt of lightning towards Saprys.
Giant Snake 1 against Tusk: 20 for 6 piercing damage.
Giant Snake 2 against Pheara: 8 for 10 piercing damage.
Yuan-ti WarlockWitch Bolt against Saprys: 17 for 5 lightning damage.

Freeing the young lizardfolk from his bonds, Feldri mutters something to your other party members and they head off towards the camp. The two of you, Manon and Will, accompany the lizardfolk with Feldri. Your ally seems somewhat pleased to be in the company of another of his people, speaking cheerily in draconic with the younger lizardfolk.
[Since it seems like everyone else has lost interest, Manon and Will are the only two left in the Swamp party.]
Manon will follow along, feeling a bit awkward since she doesn't understand the language. She has come to trust Feldri during their foray away from the camp and she feels a little more at ease seeing the two converse. Hopefully the rest of the lizardfolk would be understanding. She had tangled with one of their crocodile riders before and had no desire to do it again.

As she bursts through the tents, pursued by another Yuan-ti and a pair of giant snakes, Pheara dives into a roll just as one of the huge reptiles lunges at her. Just managing to avoid the creature she comes around and snarls through her bared teeth at the beast. Glancing up at the others she has come across she watches as the other snake dives at Tusk, who already looks wounded. Calling upon the spirits of nature she sends healing magic to her companion to help mend his wounds before she lunges at the snake that attacked her and attempts to bite down into it's flank with her bared teeth.
Ledmo was both pleased and frustrated, pleased that the Yuan Ti had gone down, frustrated that he had thrown his handaxe away unnecessarily. He had one left, and scanned the battlefield for a likely target. He spotted the changling woman as she burst forth from between a pair of tents, snakes and Yuan Ti in tow. The eruption of sustained crackling blue lightning is what drew Ledmo's full attention, and settled his decision. Led reached across under his shield and pulled from it's holster the second handaxe he had at his hip there. This was the last effort he could make from afar, and he hoped the strike would be true enough to break the focus the spell weaver had on it's dark craft as he flung the weapon at the Yuan Ti.
Action:Attack - Thrown Handaxe(at DA due to range, take 1st roll if Yuan Ti is within 20'): 16 Damage: 7
Free Action: Draw Weapon, Handaxe
Bonus Action: None
Movement: Maintaining guard position at the infirmary tent

Swamp
Feldri glanced back at Will. "We are merely discussing the goings-ons that have happened since I left the swamp. There have been many profitable years until recently. Many clutches of eggs have been laid." As Feldri is explaining this, the young lizardfolk motions for you to stop. He moves forward a ways, and calls out something in draconic. A few moments later, a group of lizardfolk guards arrive and they begin speaking in rapid-fire draconic. The young lizardfolk gestures to where you are, and the guards look you over for a moment. One calls out to you, and Feldri replies. The guard nods and heads over to you, with the young lizardfolk in tow.
"Welcome, flesh-ones. I am Tel'lyth, High Guard to the honorable Chief Kyen'fe, He Who Swims By Moonlight. The young Rewe has told me of the situation. I will bring you before my chief so that he may hear your story. Come." Tel'lyth taps his spear on the ground, and begins walking towards the lizardfolk encampment.
As you draw nearer, you see that the encampment is less of a camp and more of a town. Wooden houses dot the coastline, and with some further examination, you realize that these houses are floating in the water. Feldri murmurs under his breath, just loud enough that you can hear, "It is the floating city of Yre Alet'ya, or in your tounge, 'Wooden House.'" Compared to what you've experienced, it's more of a village than a city, but this is definitely the most lizardfolk you've ever seen in one place. As you step onto the wooden walkways that connect these houses, you spot crocodiles soaking in the water. Lizardfolk of what you assume are of both genders tend to small lizardfolk the size of human children. The predominant scale color here matches the other lizardfolk you've encountered so far, but it is a lighter green than Feldri's scales.
After a long walk weaving through the wooden houses, you come to a platform with nothing but a chair on it. In the chair is a lizardfolk with a bone sword at his side, who you can safely assume to be the chief. Beside him is another lizardfolk, standing, with a more slender build that holds a staff topped with the claw of some large beast. Rewe, Tel'lyth, and Feldri all drop to one knee, paying homage to the chief and his shaman.
Camp
Meanwhile, back at the camp, your attacks land true. The warlock takes both a javelin and an axe in blows, and the snake is unable to dodge Pheara's magically enhanced strike.
The warlock, losing focus on his witch bolt hisses in disgust, and hurls another spell at Ledmo. Pheara's target maintains focus on her, while the other keeps its eyes locked on Tusk.
Giant Snake 1 against Tusk: 16 for 8 piercing damage.
Giant Snake 2 against Pheara: 20 for 6 piercing damage.
Yuan-ti WarlockEldritch Blastagainst Ledmo: 11 for 3 force damage.

As she manages to rip into the huge snake with her teeth Pheara rolls to the side as the snake coils around and lunges at her once more. Barely making it out of the way in time she comes up again on all fours with the huge snakes body writhing all around her in mad coils as the two desperately struggle for dominance in the battle. Nearby she spots Tusk collapse as the other snake strikes him again, barely moments after he had just recovered from it's previous strike. Letting out a loud growl of anger she lunges forward again at the snake and tries to sink her teeth into it's hide again. As she comes back up after her attack once more she calls upon the spirits of nature to mend her companions wounds and bring him back to consciousness. With a quick whisper in prayer she sends healing magics his way.
Since Manon seems okay with it, Will is going to follow her to the lizardfolk chief.
