Everyone moves over to the west door, readying themselves. Ajax reaches out and opens the door - inside the room are 3 men. One, sleeping on one of the cots, jerks awake as the door opens. The other two men immediately reach for their weapons, their red cloaks clearly visible nearby.
Roll Initiative, but I'll allow a surprise round for the party, so post your actions along with your roll.

ROUND 1
Even with the little space available, Ajax bares his jaw and he is able to use his glaive to and fro to try and inflict damage.
Ajax rushes into the room, immediately attacking the man on the cot. He swings his weapon, neatly slicing into the man. The redbrand groans in pain at the first slice, and before he can react, Ajax swings again. With a soft sigh, the man slumps back onto the cot, his lifeless eyes staring beyond the door. Delg enters behind Ajax and attacks, but the man is too quick and manages to dodge to the blow.
Surprise Round. Raya, rocks in hand will mutter some arcane words and purple arcane energy swirls around her hand as she casts magic stone and hurls a stone at the enemy closest to the doorway.
Magic Stone attack: Attack: 19 Damage: 5
Initiative.22
Round 1.similar to Ajax's. Raya will target the same enemy if it's still alive, or the next closest enemy if it's not and throw another stone.
Raya, stepping behind Delg, hurls her stone, which lands with a dull thud right at the man's temple. Mulligan shoves his way into the room, attacking the remaining man. He swings and a line of red appears on the man's arm, blood welling up immediately.

Seeing his friend fall and the rest of the party storm in, one of the men shouts, "Stop! Please! You don't want us, you want Glasstaff! Let us go and we'll tell you where he went!"

The tone of he first question puts the enphasis on KID, even if he may be not. Ajax spits out the questions one after the others, not all together, he is getting accustomed with the low intelligence of these redbrands
sure we are interested in this Glastaff but, first, we wanna know: what is your purpose here? what have you been told to do apart from harassing the people of this little town? I mean: what are the redbrands doing in this mansion? Do you know a dwarf called Iarno or have you seen a dwarf (ooc: indicating the room)? Do you know a certain Lord Albrek?
last but not least, we heard some strange noises of a being claiming meat in the sewers around the little bridge: do you know anything about it?
The man stammers at the rapid fire questions. "We - we - we were just getting ready to leave. Glasstaff fled - came running through here, grabbed his stuff from the cistern and hightailed it out the door. He's probably halfway to the Black Spider by now. He hired us to make trouble for the townsfolk." He glances uneasily at his wounded friend. "Don't worry, we'll be on our way - we don't want any trouble. We don't know any Lord Albrek," he says with a shrug. "The bridge is where the eye monster lives - it's always hungry," he says. "Just avoid it - he never leaves the cavern."
He again eyes his friend and then looks back at the party. "I've answered your questions - can we go now? I just want to go back to Neverwinter."

ROUND 2 Seeing Ajax start dialog with the redbrand, Raya will pocket her remaining stone and take out her scimitar as she moves to block the doorway. "I don't know Ajax." Raya runs her hand up her scimitar and pricks the point of the sword. Then addresses the Redbrand. "And where is this, "Black Spider"?"
Action. If the redbrands try to get past past her, she'll attack the first one with her scimitar. Attack: Attack: 18 Damage: 6 piercing
The man glances at Raya. "We don't know where the Black Spider is, Glasstaff is the only one who communicated with them." Shifting uneasily at Delg's questions, the man says quietly, "We didn't take anyone else. We told them not to take the woman and kids." He glances again at his friend, still bleeding. "Anyone else would have been in the cells with them, anyway. Please - can we go? We don't want any more trouble. As fast as Glasstaff was running, he probably left a trail."

Raya is still hanging back, allowing Ajax and Mulligan to move in and ready to pursue them through the doorway. She has her stones ready to hurl.

Mulligan charges forward and slams his shoulder into the door.

And then, even if it means confronting two foes together, he moves to the left, making space for the others

Moves in and casts Viscious Mockery on first target he sees.
"Come now, you're so stupid they said it was chilly outside, and you knaves ran and grabbed a bowl!"
