Groups A and B: The orcs are surprised and unable to act or move. However, they rolled high initiative and so they have their turn and are no longer surprised - meaning they can take reactions, if they have any.
Group C is up. That's Vaz, Strix and Incantis (in any order).
Vaz moves Soodi into the road and shouts at the orcs; it's not clear what effect that has.
Strix heads towards the nearest orc and makes two attacks, but they fail to land, as the orc takes a step back and reaches for his weapon laying next to the rock.
Incantis makes an attack with Eldritch Blast on one of the orcs, moving into the middle of the path to get a clear view:
Attack: 7 Damage: 4
The blast, as it leaves his hands, seems wrong - weaker than usual. It misses by a mile and hits a tree in the distance.
Group D is up. That's Dekhan, Zoria and Scupper in any order.
Bit of a hail mary against an orc con save but we could use the disadvantage
Move 5 foot disengage
Acton cast Frostbite as ancient words seem to step out of shadows in his mind and allow him to shape them into his own common tongue whispering "northwinds" through his fingers he feels the chill air and then sees the frost forming on the feet of the closest orc (Con Save) 2 damage
Dekhan will take his full movement charging forward. As he reaches the end he’ll crow hop and then send his javelin hurtling towards the orc in front of him Attack: 6 Damage: 5
Dekhan, you shot hits the orc's armour at an odd angle and just glances off him. He is startled by the impact, but is clearly not harmed by it.
Zoria charges forwards, raising her hand to the sky, and casts [Tooltip Not Found] on Incantis, Dekhan and herself (add a d4 to all attack rolls and saving throws). She uses her forty feet of movement to gallop ahead.

Round Two
Group A: Orc 1 and Orc 2 (left side)
Group B: Orc 3 and Orc 4 (right side)
Group C: Vaz, Strix and Incantis (in any order)
Group D: Dekhan, Scupper and Zoria (in any order)
Group A: Orc 1 and Orc 2
The orcs, no longer surprised, see the javelin coming towards them and the galloping centaur, roar with the joy of battle, and rush to engage.
Orc 1 attacks Dekhan:
Attack: 23 Damage: 9
Orc 2 attacks Zoria:
Attack: 24 Damage: 7
In almost the same moment, two great axes clang against the metal rim of two shields, and both attacks are deflected. Dekhan and Zoria, you are both momentarily deafened by the noise, or at least it seems like it, but you recover almost immediately.
Group B: Orc 3 and Orc 4 (right side)
Orc 3 draws its own greataxe. Kill now, it says in heavily accented common, wiping the frost from its lips as it takes a somewhat uncoordinated swing at Strix:
Attack: 14 Damage: 14
Orc 4 runs up, its eyes on the shadowy halfling that has appeared from nowhere. Its greataxe comes swinging down towards Scupper:
Attack: 24 Damage: 6
Strix ducks and the greataxe whistles by his head. Scupper attempts to do the same, but the orc is able to adjust the attack, drawing a gash across Scupper's front, though much less severe than it could have been.
Group C is up: Vaz, Strix and Incantis (in any order)

Pustular! Swears Varinth
He maneuvers Soodi to G10 and swings his arms around, thumbs touching, fingers splayed. He aims at the orc at G11 knowing that the cone of flames should also engulf the other. He flatly states FOOM!
Vaz, both orcs are badly wounded, but both survive the flames.
Strix, the spear drives clean through the orc, and when you yank the weapon back, you feel something tear and come with it. The orc howls in pain. Amazingly, the orc is still up, but it seems close to falling.
Incantis blasts the Orc that is attacking Scupper with eldritch fire:
Attack: 17 Damage: 12
The power of the blast knocks the Orc back several feet and the corpse lands in a horribly twisted way, arms and legs splayed out like a doll.
Group D is up. Dekhan, Scupper and Zoria (in any order)
OOC: Vaz you are one tortured soul... probably more so than Scups, but if he saw that, he's still calling you "Signal Flare"
So Dekhan, Doria, and Inky go to finish surprise round?
Initiative for Incantis: 5
Initiative for Zoria: 13
Round One:
Group A: Orc 1 and Orc 2 (left side) (Surprised)
Group B: Orc 3 and Orc 4 (right side) (Surprised)

Group C is up. That's Vaz, Strix and Incantis (in any order).
Vaz comes to his senses and quickly gathers whats going on due to his party members frantic hand signals but mostly because of the giant red arrow.
He has an idea... he thinks. He guides Soodi onto the road and announces in a loud and regal voice
WHO DARES HOLD UP THE GREAT MAGE GLASSTAFF? he holds the staff like a scepter (or perhaps how he thinks a scepter would be held)

Orc CON save: 6
You see little white crystals forming all over the orc's body; it winces from the sudden cold, and you can already see its reaction speed reduced.
Dekhan will take his full movement charging forward. As he reaches the end he’ll crow hop and then send his javelin hurtling towards the orc in front of him Attack: 6 Damage: 5

Sooooooo, do I get another roll at that? For advantage cause he’s froze?

Sadly, Dekhan doesn't get advantage due to Frostbite; it's the orc that got disadvantage on its attack on Strix.

Burning Hands at second level Damage 10
Orc 1 DEX save: 8
Orc 2 DEX save: 21
(Please edit the post to make the damage roll work. Please also give me a d20 Wildmagic roll.)
Strix grins at Scupper and remarks in accented Orc "easy to surprise, but good reactions. Don't kill both. Spider could use 'em. I talks to Glasstaff"
He snakes his spear back and forth between them. "Eeny... Meeny.... MURDER!" stabbing his spear at M5 orc 18 / dmg 10
If he's still alive, Dodge as bonus action(1ki)
If not, bonus strike on other orc to be rolled later
P.s. no game of thrones spoilers

If possible can Varinth use his Metamagic and one sorcery point to reroll the two 1's using Empowered Spell? (Sorry a bit late but I just noticed it)
If so: 4
Yes, you can. The orcs near to Dekhan and Zoria die in the flames. Only one orc remains alive; the one engaged with Strix at L5 on the map.
