The room erupts suddenly in chaos. Varinth makes a grab for Vyerith but stumbles almost before he has moved, and is unable to get close.
Vyerith sees his attempted attack, and Dekhan's body tense, about to attack her, and she pushes the dwarf away from her and turns to attempt to flee. Her path is still blocked by Scupper, though. Let. Me. GO!!!! she shouts, and with no other way to escape, she attacks the halfling with her dagger:
Attack: 23 Damage: 7 Attack: 8 Damage: 6
She's so close to bringing him down, but the halfling remains resolute, barring her way. Seeing her last hopes fade, her expression becomes resigned. Do your worst then.
If it's disarm, then roll a regular attack, but without damage. The rules are here:
Disarm
A creature can use a weapon attack to knock a weapon or another item from a target’s grasp. The attacker makes an attack roll contested by the target’s Strength (Athletics) check or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check. If the attacker wins the contest, the attack causes no damage or other ill effect, but the defender drops the item.
The attacker has disadvantage on its attack roll if the target is holding the item with two or more hands. The target has advantage on its ability check if it is larger than the attacking creature, or disadvantage if it is smaller.
Vyerith is able to parry the attack with her dagger; the precise blow with talon almost knocks the dagger from her hand, but you see the whites of her knuckles as the fearful, wounded dark elf defiantly manages to keep her grip.
Strix shrieks, hoping to get her attention, spinning the flute - oh no! Why did he put down his staff in the middle of combat? Stupid monk! - around as he darts forward, leaping onto the table and launching a flying kick at her head
Unarmed attack 15 for 6
and using the momentum of his landing to attempt a sweeping kick at her delicate looking ankles.
Bonus Unarmed attack 9 for 6
Non-lethal takedown attempt. And hopefully that gives Scupper a flanking position?
Strix, your foot connects with her jaw, twisting her head with the impact of the blow. She grunts, and you can tell she is close to falling. Your second kick misses, but she is breathing heavily and if there's any part of her that would gloat or comment on the miss, it is buried within her exhaustion, pain and fear.
Scupper is up next, with advantage if he goes for a melee attack, yes.

While the others try to subdue The Drow, Varinth will untie the conscious dwarf, pass him the wineskin, and then turn his attention to the unconscious one.

Scupper attempts to knock the fool drow out. She's still a source of information. Having already dropped his bow from his near mortal wounds, he flips out his rapier and in one deft motion, attempts to brain her with the guard.
Sneak attack can indeed be non-lethal. Scupper, you have to jump to make the attack work. It's not terribly elegant. However, the loud 'thunk' as the rapier's pommel (handle? Grip?) strikes the woman's head reverberates around the room; there is an expression of absolute hopelessness on her face as she falls unconscious to the ground.
Combat is over.
Varinth, you can ascertain that the unconscious dwarf is not in any danger and was stable before; a little healing wouldn't hurt, though. You untie the other dwarf and remove his gag. He feels his wrists, and then moves his hands up over his throat to his mouth and blows on them. I... his voice is cracked; he accepts the wineskin and takes a gulp, but then holds it up to you. You... water? Any... water? Please.
Dekhan, the dwarf takes a long, long drink, and eventually lowers the waterskin, but does not return it yet. Yes, yes, that's right. Tharden Rockseeker, at your service. And my brother, Nundro. He stands shakily, and moves over to where Varinth is examining Nundro. An expression of hope crosses his face; Gundren? Did Gundren send you?
You have no difficulty tying up Vyerith, though it's impossible to be entirely sure she could not escape.

Dekhan will check Scupper’s wounds medicine19Yes, Gundren hired us to find you. Sildar here accompanied us as well. Do you think there’s any reinforcements coming? We’re cleared out a dozen or so goblins and some hobgoblins already.
Oh hey, Dek. Funny seeing you here. Have ye met Vye? She's a lovely ting. Bit aggressive, conversationally, but definitely knows how to *bloody cough* make a point, eh?
I got 1 Hit point left or she woulda got through the door haha! I figure a short rest with some good hit die rolls could get me back to full. Does the medicine roll net me anything or just give you the details of two nasty stab wounds and a bit of goblin wounds from before?

Dekhan is up.
Wind yer neck in ye cheeky *#&$!
Scupper manages to spit most of the words out along with a good deal of blood as he leans against the doorway
I'm the one trying te save yer feckin dry shite of a life.
Dekhan sees the dagger slash against his friend, seizes the dark elf and tries to shake the dagger from her grip.
Okay, so this can be either a grapple attack to seize the drow, or a disarm attack using the optional disarm rules from the DMG. You can decide which.
If it's a grapple, then please roll an Athletics check.

In a flash Dekhan picks up Talon and with a flick of his wrist attempts to knock the dagger from Vueeith’s hand. 24
Vyerith's Acrobatics check: 11

Incantis seems to have been left out of combat order.
Incantis, half-elf warlock (great old one) 4/bard 1 ● Thorok Earthhand, hill dwarf mountain druid 6/grave cleric 2
Cragmyre Ironseed, earth genasi ancestral barbarian 3 ● Cyrus Natriallae, aquatic half-elf warlock of the deep 3
Sorry, and correcting now.
Jest feckin' surrender already...*bloody cough* have ye no sense o' self preservation ye daft dark git.
One of Scupper's hands is under his coat clutching where he's bleeding from her dagger wound...blood drips to the floor around him.
Scupper spends some time bleeding while the order is resolved...Incantus then Scupper?
Scupper is up next, as he has the same initiative roll as Strix (14), and Strix has just gone. Incantis, with 11 initiative, is up after that.
While the others try to subdue The Drow, Varinth will untie the conscious dwarf, pass him the wineskin, and then turn his attention to the unconscious one.

Dekhan will give the dwarf his water skin and then tie Vyerith’s hands and feet. As he finishes securing the drow So, the Rockseekers I presume?

Feckin drow.
Blood had pooled a bit where he landed after the jump and his hand is covered in blood as well.
I tink she knackered me nicely. Tink perhaps I'll have a seat.
He sags to the ground next to the now bound and unconscious drow and looks over at her form.
Ye almost killed me, lass. Expect you'll probably try again before long...fecking drow.
