Strix spent the last ten minutes either using a mirror if one is in evidence or his reflection in an axe-head, recreating Roc's face as a minor illusion floating in the air before him, then ducking into it to try to make it blend with his clothes. (OOC : at ten casts per minute max, sure - an unmoving face will be a little unrealistic but he should at least have ironed out the worst kinks of blending the illusion with his clothing...? )
No, Dekhan does not get a bonus to stealth from copying Scupper. Attempting to copy Scupper's agile movements just makes his armour clank louder and more obviously.
Strix, your attempts to achieve the effects of disguise self using minor illusion are not terrible, as you are an extremely skilled user of that cantrip. So long as you make absolutely no attempt to move or speak or blink.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Varinth searches around while taking a slug from his wineskin. Since he has a staff in one hand and his booze in the other, this mostly means him poking things and walls with his foot.
Varinth, you find some rats, some broken crockery in a basin, and a place in the corner where a substantial amount of water has leaked through the roof and a good growth of mould is getting underway. Then at the back door you do see four silver coins lying just outside; you can scoop them up and keep them - they are clean and suggest a careless person has been through recently.
As Incantis finishes his ritual the tattoo, along with the veins, on his forehead pulsate and glow with eldritch energy. His eyes pierce the veil and he walks down the basement stairs just in time to see Vaz pick up the coins.

Incantis, you descend into the darkness, though your eyes perceive the darkness well in shades of grey. A corridor, two rooms, no doors, no tracks on the ground to indicate people passing through. It's all very familiar, and you have seen a similar view through Zhudala's eyes, except that this time there is the telltale shimmer of magic, an illusory door in one of the rooms that you are able to see from the corridor. The room in question appears empty aside from a few pieces of broken furniture; the hidden door appears in a stone exterior wall.
I will assume that the others follow quietly, unless stated otherwise. :)
Keeping up the rear but yes. Politely pushing Vaz ahead to keep him with the group.
"Yeah... I see the coins...yes quite a find...i dont know... depends on the vintage...for you probably a bottle...maybe two...shhh...keep moving...yeah I see the coins..."
No you get in front of me. Dont need your flames going off behind me. Anyone see a door? I figure the elements o' surprise are fast running dry at about the rate o' Vaz's wineskin.
Incantis holds a hand up behinds his back, signaling the others to pause. "I see it," he telepaths. "Naught but illusions bar our passage now."Incantis steps to the doorway, blinking to refocus to the real world for a moment, eyeing the room with caution for any signs of nonmagical traps. He then heads for the hidden door.

There are no physical traps. Incantis, you walk forward and up to the hidden door. If you touch the wall where the door is (you can now see it very clearly outlined through you Detect Magic spell) it feels like stone.
Everyone else, you see Incantis approach a part of the wall that looks to you like any other.
Incantis touches the smooth stone, then turns his head toward Strix, pantomiming at his own face, a flurry of hand gestures, and then the exact spot on the wall.

Scupper pulls more to the side and drops to one knee, aiming at the wall Incantus is now facing...waiting for a secret door to open and plug whoever is there.
There's a pause. The seconds tick by. Then a door opens; you don't see it, but Incantis you feel the movement and the shift in the air in this place; warmth comes from where you see the illusion, and your intuition tells you that if you touched it again you would touch thin air... or perhaps, a person?
Incantis pauses at the odd personified opening he feels before him, but steels himself and takes a step forward, telepathing, "5 seconds then after me."
