Seeing the enemies' numbers begin to rise, Incantis sees no better option than to resume routing. He maneuvers to get a view on the badly hurt and stunned mage, and lets loose a pair of agonizing blasts. GeT tHe MaGe, he telepaths to the bandits in a mocking tone. Finding himself standing over Varinth, Incantis, thinking the sorcerer unconscious, casts a quick healing word.

Incantis, half-elf warlock (great old one) 4/bard 1 ● Thorok Earthhand, hill dwarf mountain druid 6/grave cleric 2
Cragmyre Ironseed, earth genasi ancestral barbarian 3 ● Cyrus Natriallae, aquatic half-elf warlock of the deep 3
Varinth is looking a bit peaky, but a bit better once Incantis' healing spell takes effect.
Incantis, your first blast of energy pushes into the mage and seems to split his chest open; blood and entrails spurt forward and he teeters for a moment before dropping. The mage is dead. Alas, regardless of where you direct the second blast, it's a miss.

(sorry, work's been a bit mental recently and Beyond is blocked so it's a bit tricky getting time to type. Also, Incantis killed my stunned mage so I'm had to rethink what I want to do next :D A Shadow Monk not being able to see in their own Darkness is such a buzz-kill!)
As the mage falls to Incantis's assault, Strix shoots the warlock a hard, narrowed stare that says "That was my mage!". But with all these new friends to play with he's a little exposed in the middle of the room and under-dressed for the occasion - he thrusts his staff between A and B's heads, trying to ring them like an alarm clock before threatening the Captain's right kidney with a sidekick and taking the opportunity to retreat to the square directly below Dekhan.
Attack Qstaff on Fighter B : 15 Damage: 5
Extra Attack Qstaff on Fighter A : 15 Damage: 6
BA Unarmed on Captain : Attack: 18 Damage: 6 (And as ever, utilising Mobile to not provoke AoOs.)
(Attempt stun on the captain if that hit - Con save vs DC14 or be stunned until end of Strix's next turn)

Attack: 15 Damage: 4
Sneak attack damage 9
Seeing the Captain stunned, Scupper does what any good pirate would do and takes advantage of the situation to stab the man before stepping back alongside Inky.
(Move action - stand, Standard action - sneak attack, cunning action - get out of Incantus' way)

Poor Strix is destined never to get a strike on a victim of his stunning; Incantis blasts the Captain with two powerful strikes that rip his torso apart, dropping him dead to the ground.

Strix pushes off the wall with the butt of his staff aimed at Fighter A's face, pushes past him to take a swing at the back of Fighter B's legs, then kicks B in the back to rebound him back to where he started in case A is getting any ideas about surrounding Dekhan.
(Can't remember if we're using Flanking rules, so I'll roll the attack on B straight and add a second D20 after, if that's ok?)
QStaff vs A : 26 Damage: 12
QStaff vs B : 20 Damage: 4 (if flanking and that missed, 26)
Unarmed vs B : 24 Damage: 8 (if flanking and that missed, 14)
The fighters take the blows; Fighter B is starting to look beaten up, but Fighter A is still doing well.
Fighter A swears; he's seeing how many have fallen, but he takes heart from the (apparent) death Varinth, and focuses his attack on the monk that's just hit him:

Strix, Shifter Shadow Monk in Lost Mines of Phandelver ¦ Sihegiall Human Soulknife Rogue in In Search of Molly McGuffin
Captain's CON save: 16 He is well stunned.
Dekhan is bashing away at the Leader:
Attack: 22 Damage: 11
Attack: 20 Damage: 8
First strike hits, second misses.
Fighter A chases Strix down and attacks:
Attack: 6 Damage: 6
Attack: 24 Damage: 7
Attack: 16 Damage: 6
Dodge to the left; dodge to the right, duck - it's graceful and slightly comical, but Strix doesn't even come close to being hit.
Varinth is up.

(Scupper is prone, and Captain is stunned)
Varinth continues to play dead, afraid for his life.
Varinth, on the ground, does not move.
Round Five
Captain (stunned) and Leader
Scupper
Fighter B
Strix, Dekhan and Incantis
Fighter A
Varinth
The Captain is stunned until Strix's turn.
The Leader goes next:
Insight 3
Seemingly believing that Varinth has been downed, the Leader turns and brings his flail to bear on Dekhan:
Attack: 13 Damage: 10
Attack: 26 Damage: 5
With one hit, he seems to find a sudden burst of energy and makes two more attacks:
Attack: 11 Damage: 6
Attack: 26 Damage: 9
Sadly for him, both attacks bounce loudly off Dekhan's shield.
Scupper is up. You are currently prone.
Attack: 15 Damage: 4
Sneak attack damage 9
Seeing the Captain stunned, Scupper does what any good pirate would do and takes advantage of the situation to stab the man before stepping back alongside Inky.
(Move action - stand, Standard action - sneak attack, cunning action - get out of Incantus' way)
Scupper takes his hit and retreats, but Fighter B isn't keen to let the halfling escape, and chases you down:

Attack: 9 Damage: 6
Attack: 17 Damage: 5
Attack: 17 Damage: 4
That's a hefty chunk of damage from a scimitar and a dagger cut along the torso. Unless you can do something about it?
Strix, Incantis and Dekhan are up.
Shield on the first one burns my last slot
Shield catches both, so you avoid taking damage.
((Attacks against the stunned captain have advantage, correct?))
Incantis burns a pact magic slot on hex, and brings his eldritch might to bear with two vicious blasts to the captain.
Attack: 22 Damage: 15
Attack: 19 Damage: 18

Incantis will also fully maneuver to stand over Varinth, in position to take hits for him.

Dekhan attacks the Leader once again:
Attack: 16 Damage: 10
Attack: 19 Damage: 9
This guy's looking badly hurt now.

Strix, Shifter Shadow Monk in Lost Mines of Phandelver ¦ Sihegiall Human Soulknife Rogue in In Search of Molly McGuffin
The fighters take the blows; Fighter B is starting to look beaten up, but Fighter A is still doing well.
Fighter A swears; he's seeing how many have fallen, but he takes heart from the (apparent) death Varinth, and focuses his attack on the monk that's just hit him:
Attack: 18 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Attack: 24 Damage: 6
Attack: 14 Damage: 4
Two of those hit - a scimitar slash across the face that you just fail to avoid, and a dagger into the side cutting deep but missing anything vital.
(Can you check Strix's HP - my calculations have him a bit lower than your character sheet suggests)
Varinth is up.
(I had a 6 from Fighter A, a 7 from fighter B and now this 11. 38-24=14 is where I have him. Did I miss something? How bad is it! /Ö\)
