(I have Strix's health a little lower, but if you're confident in 14, that's fine. Sometimes I have errors where I'm not sure people are deflecting, using Shield or other things, so I trust you guys to keep your HP up to date.)
((Nice teamwork Strix, sorry if I'm jacking your steez))
(As long as we're all sharing the xp and the gold, you can keep the glory :D It was just funny how het up I was getting about when exactly the Mage's stun would wear off and Incantis just blows some dust off his fingers and asks "what mage...?" ;)
Steve - Strix hasn't deflected or mitigated any damage as of yet so I'm not sure if I've missed a hit. I've been back through the fight twice and can't see one though, and I think we started this one fresh.)
((It's actually a really cool visual of Strix dance fighting his way through the fray, hitting chi points to stun enemies along the way, and Incantis just lining up blasts at them as he goes))

That is a ranged attack with a foe within five feet, so it's at disadvantage I'm afraid. I will roll the second die: 8
Still a hit. Foom indeed. The two bolts hit his chest dead centre, scorching through part of his armour, and you smell the burning flesh as he desperately tries to keep his nerve and focus.
Round Six Leader Scupper Fighter B Strix, Dekhan and Incantis Fighter A Varinth
I don't think that would enable Incantis to block the incoming blows, unless he spent an action to attempt to do so maybe. There's no real rule for that, but we could improvise something for next turn. However it does position Incantis well to heal Varinth, if he wishes to do so.

Scupper's deft stab goes through the man's defences right into his throat. There's a gurgling sound as he slips from your blade and falls to the floor.
Strix, Dekhan and Incantis are up.
Dekhan attacks the leader:
Attack: 13 Damage: 10 Attack: 10 Damage: 8
Second level Divine Smite on the blow that hits: 6
Seeing Vaz fall, and not for the usual reasons - crashing into the ground without the soft cushion of a puddle of vomit or a pile of emptied bottles can't be good for that delicate little soul - Strix bar-thrusts his staff at Fighter A, trying to catch him on the nose but really only needing to make enough space to get between Leader and his downed comrade.
Qstaff on A : Attack: 17 Damage: 7
He cartwheels across the floor, sweeping his staff down at the Leader's head, two flailing feet following in it's wake.
Qstaff on Leader : Attack: 23 Damage: 10
Flurry on Leader : 10 Damage: 8
Flurry on Leader : 16 Damage: 8
(attack)(move w/ mobile)(extra attack)(flurry of blows)

Incantis leans down. "Not exactly what fate has in store for you,"he mutters as he presses his wanderer's ring against Vaz' flesh and casts cure wounds.

Varinth, you awake with 9 HP, covered in blood and suddenly extremely sober.
Fighter A seems to be losing his nerve. We got... we gotta get out, he starts to say until a look from the Leader silences him. The Leader doesn't say anything though, and Fighter A continues his attacks against Strix:
A scimitar to the stomach, dodge to the side to miss the second blow, Strix impales himself on the dagger. The room spins, and you drop to the ground, unconscious and bleeding out.
Sober. Scared and Stupid, Varinth totally freaks out and fumbles his diamond back into his hand. A fiery orb of spitting flame appears in his other hand. He hurls it as hard as he can at the Leaders head.

Varinth opens one eye to see a fighter above him. He aims a finger at the enemies crotch and mumbles
Foom.

Round Six
Leader
Scupper
Fighter B
Strix, Dekhan and Incantis
Fighter A
Varinth
Seeing Varinth come alive, the Leader swears loudly and makes his attacks on the prone sorcerer:
Attack: 26 Damage: 12
Attack: 12 Damage: 11
The first blow with his flail smacks into Varinth's side, knocking the last strength from him; he falls unconscious.
The second blow gets his neck, jagged spikes tearing into the flesh. That's two failed death saves.
Scupper is up.
well... ****.
Is there a way Incantis can use his reaction to impose himself in the way? I'd had the idea he was pretty much straddling Vaz.

Scupper stabs at Fighter B.
We're the feckin' heroes! Now be a good lad and feckin' die already!

(Yes, two of your hits did land, but not enough to bring anyone down. Much too early to be thinking of new characters...)

Don't think for a minute I won't be telling some barmaid about how easily we killed the lot of you tonight. The end is nigh, ye bastards.
