Minda charges forward, taking minimal damage from the Spirit Guardians (Yup 16 is a pass! Only 3 Radiant Damage!) and brings her weapon down on the Shaman in a terrible blow.
Con Save for Shaman: 8 - 3 because of Bane
She loses concentration! No more Spirit Guardians!
That brings us to Miz! Several of your allies are in melee with the three villains. The Shaman is looking really bad, but the other two haven't been hit.

Miz can’t use his AOC spells because everyone is so close together, so he looks at the shaman and says, “This is pathetic! You should just die already.” He’ll cast vicious mockery and do 1 damage on a failed wisdom save (DC 12) and have disadvantage on their next attack.
The Shaman winces as she takes a point of psychic damage.
The Kobolds are next... but they are going to sleep for several more rounds unless someone wakes them up.
Kraerd is up next! You, Minda, and Daisy in bear form are all squaring off with the three villains. You could hit any of the three. The Shaman is looking rough, but you know the two Trollkin cannot be brought down unless they take fire damage.
( I'm not sure if anyone who is still in the party has fire spells- someone might have to make an improvised attack with a lit torch... or get them to flee.)
Posting turn order again under the spoiler so we have it on this page:
Seeing the opening from the reckless attack, the Trollkin warrior will attack Kraerd twice with his spear.
Spear Attack #1: 16 - 2which will hit for 5 piercing damage (halved because rage)
Spear Attack #2: 4 - 4 The second attack misses horribly.
The Shaman who is low on health and hears all of you talking about fire, waves her hands and magically vanishes from sight.
That brings us to Daisy. The Shaman turned invisible and you aren't sure where she is now, but the Trollkin Warrior and the Ogre are in melee with you and you have advantage on strikes against them because Faerie Fire is still up.
The bear snorts as the shaman disappears. She turns to the glowing troll warrior and lashes out with a swipe of her big paw followed quickly by a bite..
Claw Attack: 25 Damage: 15
Bite Attack: 25 Damage: 8
Some of the bear's wounds from the shaman's spirits begin to close up.
Daisy in her bear form deals two mighty blows to the Trollkin Warrior!
Finally it is the Ogre's turn. He doesn't have a reason to attack one of you over the other two so I'm going to roll for it - 1 Minda, 2 Kraerd, 3 Daisy 1
Pike attack vs. Minda - 8 - 4 for Bane
Once again the Ogre fails to hit, the Pike smashing into the floorboards instead of Minda's skull!
That brings us back to the top of the round and it's Cormac's turn! The Shaman has disappeared, but the Ogre and the Trollkin warrior are both visible and outlined in Faerie Fire, granting attackers advantage against them.
Cormac is going to run toward the trollkin warrior. If he can he will grab up his handaxe along the way. If not then will unleash a blur of punches as he seems to stumble thanks to his strange style. Once he finishes punching he moves back as his skills as drunken master let him disengage.
If he could get his Axe: Attack: 18 Damage: 6
If not then here is his three unarmed attacks: Attack: 24 Damage: 5
Yup you can grab your axe. Cormac moves in, slashes the Trollkin Warrior with his axe, and then weaves out of his reach.
That brings us to Minda. The Shaman is out of sight, but the Trollkin Warrior and the Ogre are both in melee and outlined in Faerie Fire so attacks against them have advantage.

Minda steps up to the Ogre and swings her weapon into its leg. The beast howls with pain an glares at you- you definitely have its attention.
That brings us to Miz. The Shaman isn't visible, but the Trollkin Warrior and the Ogre are both still lit up by Faerie Fire, so attack rolls against them have advantage.

Miz will move to the side of the fight to avoid putting his companions in this area, and cast thunderwave on the two visible. Any creature in the area (even invisible) have to make a saving throw (DC 12 con). So if the shaman is near the other two, they have to make the save anyway. Half damage on save.
The ogre cheif braces itself against your spell, but the Trollkin is unable to withstand the blast and is blown backward.
The kobolds are still Zzzzz
So that brings us to Kraerd!
The Trollkin was knocked away by Miz's spell, so you'll have to move if you want to attack him. The Ogre is still in melee though. Both of them are illuminated by Faerie fire and you have advantage to hit them.

Seeing the shaman appear the bear backs away from the warrior a couple of steps (taking OA in bear form). Daisy the dwarf then appears and her hand comes alight with a small flame. "Did someone say they needed fire?!" She hurls the fire to the shaman.
Minda surveys the situation and decides that handling the shaman seems the most important task.
Wis save: 4, spirit guardians damage 10 halved due to rage = 7. And if the save is successful then halved to 3?
Attack on shaman: 17 Damage: 13
As she executes the attack she yells out, "HIT IT WITH FIRE!"

Current Characters: Tailine, Tiefling Rogue 2 - Zanoliv
(Two of the unarmed attacks still count. The disengage is part of his Flurry of Blows as a drunken master.)
Minda is disappointed in the cowardess of the shaman, but will keep her ears perked to hear any footsteps if it decides to move away.
But having warmed up now she will start molding the largest item in her list to her intended shape, an ogre-shaped corpse.
Attack: 26 Damage: 24
(heh, forgot to roll with advantage, but didn't need to)
(Yup got Cormac's damage from the flurry marked.)
Minda steps up to the Ogre and swings her weapon into its leg. The beast howls with pain an glares at you- you definitely have its attention.

( Going to take Kraerd's Turn for him so we can keep this going. )
He will charge in and join Minda in attacking the Ogre.
Attack: 11 Damage: 7
Unfortunately the blow doesn't pierce through the Ogre's chain mail.
The Trollkin Warrior is going to move up and attack Daisy the Bear since she has wounded him quite a bit.
Attack: 8 Damage: 4
Attack: 5 Damage: 5
Forgot Bane, but it doesn't matter! These bad guys cannot hit anything!
The Shaman appears again behind Cormac and Miz! She casts Thunderwave at 2nd Level!
Cormac and Miz need to make a DC 13 Constitution Saving throw for take 12 Thunder damage; half on a pass.
Miz needs to make an additional Con Save after that to see if he can maintain concentration on Bane.
Current Characters: Tailine, Tiefling Rogue 2 - Zanoliv
Seeing the shaman appear the bear backs away from the warrior a couple of steps (taking OA in bear form). Daisy the dwarf then appears and her hand comes alight with a small flame. "Did someone say they needed fire?!" She hurls the fire to the shaman.
