Ooc: yes you did Nuovis. I hope you don't think I'm trying to leave anyone out. I n cases like this I'm just trying to move the story along. Rest assured that when something is attacking you will not be forgotten 😈 😁
Tauriel, still asleep on the chair from last night, mumbles to herself, "Hmm...bacon. *sniff* Ham.... *sniff* *sniff* Eggs..."
"Uwahh!" she suddenly shouts as she burst from her seat with her axe in hand. "Oh...is it morning already? Did I fall asleep last night? I don't really remember all too much after coming to see the map. Something about Okcho and taking a wagon?"
Rhogar already half way through a plate of waffles greets nuovis with a big gleaming toothy smile. “ I had the most wonderful sleep. I awoke with a sense anticipation for our upcoming adventure! How was your rest? Did you dream of anything magical?” Rhogar half fell out of his seat when tuariel popped awake. He burst out into laughter.
Nuovis laughed out loud in amusement at Tauriel's greeting to them and she shook her head at Rhogar politely. "Elves don't need to sleep at night. We simply go into a deep meditation for about four hours. Feels just the same as a good night's sleep for the rest of you," she explained with a piece of fruit on her fork before eating it.
Blobbin, smiling says "See there Tordal, no need to worry about our Minotaur friend. She seems fit as a fiddle". Then looking around notices Tordal hasn't joined them yet "Ahh I guess my hill home was to his liking. It is very cozy if I do say so myself" He helps himself to another stack of egg toast and smothers it in honey.
ooc: I realize Sinjin isn't at the table yet either so we will put the aside with him and Fyr on hold for the moment and continue with other matters until all check in.
Blobbin getting a bit exited says "So our fine cook has prepared plenty of food for you to take on your journey and I do have a few parting gifts for you all. I must confess that this is not the usual way I would go about your training but experience on the road will have to do."
Getting serious he looks to all that are here "Before we get to the gifts, do you all have a plan? I believe you agreed on starting at Okcho and looking for information about the lost supplies?" Half to himself he mutters "yes, yes, that seems like a wise course"
“Yes that was the plan we agreed on last night. If nothing comes from gathering information while in town we were to operate a fake caravan in hopes of drawing the robbers to us.” Rhogar finding his steel in resolve in speaking the words aloud.
"Very well" He smiles broadly "Now to the gifts". He pulls a small chest out from under the table "Since I'm sending you out on your own I would hate to see anything terrible happen to you" Opening the chest he pulls out 4 potions "Now these should only be used in emergencies. These 2 will restore a bit of health. These other 2 will restore a good amount more"
They are 2 potions of healing and 2 potions of greater healing.
"This last trinket is a little device brought by Fyr. It's a kind of sending stone. When you find any information, or if you find yourself in truly desperate need you can speak my name and send me a message. I carry it's twin on me at all times and will be able to briefly reply. I must warn you it can only be used 3 times so choose those times wisely"
He looks at you all very seriously "I truly hope you never have need of any of them and this matter can be resolved quickly"
Sinjin had picked out a hearty breakfast for himself. Since it was light outside, he was wearing his seeing orb. The Gnome sat down with the others and watched tauriel wake up, her eagerness made him smile a little. He accepted the health potion from Blobbin and stuffed it away into his pocket. "Thank you Mr Blobbin. I just hope there's no damn kobloids there." Sinjin stated while eating breakfast.
"Thank you for your hospitality and guidance Blobbin. Could we bring the maps with us as well? Wouldn't want to get lost on our first adventure!" Oslamir packs some food in his backpack for the road, slings his lute over his shoulder and with crossbow in hand stands ready to depart when everyone is ready.
"S'long as you don't break it." Sinjin said and handed the gym to Fyr. He took a drink of whatever liquid they were serving. "What do do you plan to do with it? If you don't mind me asking."
"With the stone itself nothing" He opens a small sack and pulls out some kind of leather headgear that has a small mechanical device on one side of it. He puts the stone into the device and hands it to Sinjin. "You should find this more conenient. It will fit under you hat and using this small lever here on the side you can raise and lower the stone over your eye. I have made the lever removable as I believe in time you'll be able to control it by other means. Please, try it on if you wish"
Fyr stands and says "I must depart with Master Sledge to smooth things over with the other magistrates in Briarery. I trust Blobbin has given you good coucil. Please inform him right away with any news"
Finished with breakfast, Tauriel stands near the door. She sets down her Greataxe and leans against the handle.
"Wow thanks so much for the breakfast Mr. Blobbin. By the way, how much health does either potion restore on average? It'd be nice if you told us so we know which one to use depending on how beat up or tired we are. Not that I would, but say I stubbed my toe, the big potions are overkill right?"
"Wow thank you so much Mr Fyr!" Sinjin looked marveled with the craftsmanship, rubbing his small hands over the leather before taking his hat off and putting the leather device on. He flipped the lever on and off, before flipping it on and keeping it there. "I can't believe I haven't thought of this sooner! " Sinjin used a polished goblet to look at himself.. it was obvious that he appreciated the gift emmensely.
Sinjin listened to what Tauriel had to say and stroked his beard before putting his hat back on. The smile never left his face as he could finally see without having to squint.
Fyr.says "Think nothing of it my friend. Consider it early payment for your help. Now it you'll excuse us" He and Sledge start to depart.
Blobbin says "Always Master Fyrs way, not much time for small talk. In any case, you are all welcome for the potions and, indeed, I wouldn't waste one on a stubbed toe. The smaller ones could bring some of you to full health even if unconscious while the larger ones could do the same for the others, such as yourself Tauriel."
Ooc: you can look them up on here but the standard health potion I believe is 2d4+2 and the greater are 4d4+4

Ooc: it seems like you're mostly on at night though so I will be more aware of that in the future

"I'm gonna plow through whoever decides to get in our way! Stealing's a crime and you shouldn't do it especially with someone's wagons."
Tauriel pumps her fist in the air while piling all the food she can onto her plate.

"How forgetful of me, or course, or course." He quickly retrieves the map. "I believe Fyr has something for you Sinjin"
Fyr asks Sinjin if he could see his seeing stone for a moment.

Ahhhhhh by the Light! I haven't slept that well since I left the hills. I hope I didn't keep you all waiting
Tordal lets out a large stretch as he enters the room before hurriedly fixing a plate and taking a seat
Are these potions for us? That is incredibly generous of you Master Blobbin
