During the journey to Jeel: “Ach. Such sad story, pale one. You are no toothpick, your blades toothpick, you are brave with much honor! Conquer adversity. Sorry to hear about parents, now you and me have something in common! No parents either!” She puts a hand on your shoulder, smiles.
Misha watches the lion, and makes no action against it, instead watching curiously at it while it observed the party.
During the journey with Sunflower: “You too, no parents! Am amazed! But at least you have sibling! I have no one. Did not make more than one of me for Great War with Hell. Heart so filled with glory, honor, and His Will sometimes wonder what like to have friend, or play with brother or sister, even to have kiss from lover, carry them in powerful arms to bed, ya? Maybe one day, ah?”
She was momentarily distracted from starting at Natasha’s lips when the group the noticed the lion had left them..something.
Grum identifies it as the symbol of Torm, god of loyalty and justice. The item does not display any magical properties, but when you touch it you feel courage and peace wash over you.
With biceps queen: "Well now you have friends so you don't have to worry about that, now, huh?" It took a moment, the last few lines Misha had spoke had flew over Natasha's brain at first before realization kicked in and her face grew red yet again from the paladin. "Yep! M-maybe one day!" And the elf promptly walked away with nothing else to say, her hands covering up her face in embarrassment.
Current:"Sooo," Natasha peeks over Grum's shoulder. "What is it?"

Seeing Grum and noticing nothing bad happening, Oni walks closer and asks, ”feel any different?” The whole time Oni has his hand on his crystal, ready for anything to happen and he is casually scratching the back of his neck, ready to draw his sword.
"I feel pretty good. I don't know how to describe it. It feels a bit like this is how I'm supposed to feel normally, like I've been missing out until now, on a little bit of...I don't know...peace perhaps? Like an affirmation that what I'm doing is right...courage, maybe?
I don't know where it's coming from though, i don't think it's magical necessarily. I'm not really sure how we can find out more, except maybe to try it out and see. I don't have much of a background with religion, but from what I've picked up on my travels over the years, I know that a gauntlet is the symbol of Torm, the god of loyalty and justice, so that's got to be a good thing, right?"
Grum puts on the gauntlet.
((I'm the only one in the party with even a +1 bonus to Religion checks! That's funny. Can you find out information about an item by wearing it? And yes, I think the nature of PbP, particularly across different time zones, means you'll inevitably have some amount of conversation-catch-up.))
Oni relaxes and looks to Grum, “that’s a relief, maybe next time be a little more cautious,” and Oni pats him on the shoulder. ”If we find someone adept with arcana we might be able to have them identity it for us. We could try and track the lion since we have two rangers, or we can keep going to Cheesemill. The lion peaked my curiosity so that’s where my vote lies but I’m fine either way.”
Misha gave a sly smirk to Tasha, as her face turned red like the sky of the third layer. She found it cute, and interestingly enough, couldn't stop smiling as she walked away. The gauntlet snapped her attention back once again.
"Always wary of strange magical things, Grum." Misha mentions as she glances at the gauntlet. "Never know what happen. Oni have good advice, ya? Come, lets us continue to Mill of Cheese."
Jill concurs with the rest of her friends. "Be careful with magical items, especially ones that you find just lying around. Magic can hurt you just as easily as it can help you and sometimes an item that looks like it was lost on the side of the road was left there to cause misery to the poor soul who picked it up. I vote that we continue to head for the village. Once we have delivered this letter, we will have all the time in the world to go hunting for this creature."

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"If the lion was good, it was perhaps a messenger from Torm himself, and the gauntlet is the message delivered - confirmation that we travel the right path and have his blessing. If the lion is bad, then following it into its own territory would not be wise. But, I will have a look and see if there are any tracks. If there are no tracks, then perhaps we have indeed had a visit from this deity. If there are tracks, I'm not necessarily sure we should follow them, but we know we have the option."
"It appears that the creature was a sign from Torm then. I never really followed him, but if our actions are being judged as good and just, that brings ease to my mind. I'm not really focused on saving the world, but I would rather not make it worse than it already is. Onward to Cheesemill."

You arrive in Cheesemill as the sun begins to set, bathing the landscape in a warm orange glow. Halflings and humans on their way home from a long day's work stare at you curiously. The shops have closed for the day, but the inns and taverns are just beginning to bustle with activity, and the aroma of cheese, meat, and pie wafts on the evening air.
Grum, you may make a Religion check.
