(from back when Alesandair first identified the flying creature as a harpy. His 16, would mean he remembers that defeating a harpy's song makes you immune for about a day. If he chooses to share that info....)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"My instincts tell me that if we are to attack, we should do so without too much delay. For now we seem to have a trail to follow, but their camp may soon move again. Perhaps we could quickly hide these crates and then move along." Visually scanning the area for a place to hide the crates: perception 3 [lol that's another natural 1. I seriously contemplate hiding the crates up in the tree they are currently stacked beside.]
"Perhaps if we allow Bacon to return to his camp and talk to his brother, he could also create a distraction. The rest of us can carefully choose our positions, and then take advantage of Bacon's distraction to attack" Looking at Bacon as she continues: "Remember, Mayfly left Bacon to fend for himself instead of standing by him in battle. Yes, let us give his brother the opportunity to ally with us, but if they choose side with Mayfly, we will not be so forgiving when she abandons them again."

I will share that info with the group remembering the lore of the harpys siren song. And will nod in agreeance with Ayra and Wraevens plan.
Assuming that we are, she says to Bacon: "Show us the way to the tents, but let us know before we get close enough for them to see or hear us approach."
to the others again: "As we get closer, we can pause to figure out how to best approach and make any last-minute preparations."
The Bugbear leads you another 10 minutes walk into the forest and when you begin to hear a harsh voice berating someone else, "We ain't got time for yur lolly-gagging, Dirt-Face... You should've been the one to fall. Yur cuzzin' was the real beast. Yur just a coward, only got one hit in huh.... What a disappointment." Bacon will hold his hand up to you all.
You all hear a clearly subordinated voice with a slightly higher pitch than Bacon. "I know May, but I sure hopes B manageded to get far and away. I hope I sloweded thems down. They was lightin' me up somethin' fierce. That first one gave me such a shock."
Bacon will suddenly rush forward crashing through bushes as he goes, and you all can see a bit of torchlight in the direction he is traveling. You can hear him shout out, "Mud, Mud, Gravel been crushed? Let's be gettin' outta here. Leave the crates, we's gotta git, Mud. Com'on."
How close are you wanting to get?
[Also, I like how Agozur is stealthier than the other two WHILE TALKING.]
Back with the wagons, the Merchant, seeing things stay quiet for another 10 minutes, and that Mobya and Lil have things well in hand. He will indicate his need for some shuteye, and crawl back under the wagon. Mobya, the tiny goblin baby will also begin whimpering from inside the basket at this point.
Mobya picks up the tiny goblin from the basket, being careful not to wake up the other two younglings. She cradles the baby in her arms and smiles at his ugly-cute face and lets him play with her hair. She sits back down next to Lil with the baby on her lap and continues to talk to Lil.
“What do you think will happen to these younglings, Lil? I’m afraid to think about it, as I have a hunch we won’t have much say in the matter when we get to the city.”
She feels sad at the thoughts in her head and feelings in her heart.
Mobya, the little Gobby Baby stretches its yellow hand toward your druidic focus. [What does that look like for you exactly?]
The rest of the party can just barely see through some of the thicket of bushes and trees. There is a bit of torchlight moving around and moments where they see fur or wings, but at 50 ft out, that is about all.
You hear Bacon, exhorting his brother, and then Mayfly responding, "Good-for-Nothin' pick up that crate and let's get outta here before they follow one o' you's knuckleheads back here."
[apologies for the delay, it's a busy work week for me this week.]

Silv'ar will volunteer to stay with the crates and hide in the shadows to surprise anyone if they come back.

Wraeven: agrees with Ayra and Al.
"Let's continue on to the camp, spread out. Let Bacon start to enter while we attack Mayfly. She has caused enough mayhem."

At camp, Mobya continues to talk to Lil and be amused by his long-winded stories about life on the farm.
"Well, let's get going then, lead the way Bacon."

Ayra tenses at the sound of the berating, feeling herself fill with anger.
Signaling to her companions to stay quiet, she sneaks forward to see if she can get a better view of the camp and its occupants.

Wraeven bites down on his tongue as steps in a hole. He waves for Bacon to approach the camp to cover for any sound that might have escaped.
Canceling the light cantrip on his shield as they come near the camp so it doesn't draw attention, Al will hold his ground.

Hoping to get about 50 ft from camp, making sure to stay well back from the tree line in order to keep concealed

Ayra's eyes widen as Bacon suddenly charges past. Well, she thinks to herself, at least he has not revealed our presence.

Wraeven stays within the tree lines and lines up his Eldritch blast at the Harpy.
