Decus emerges from his room, being that he has no facial expression its hard to tell how well he rested. He grabs the food offered as part of the room and as he wraps it up in a clean cloth from his pack he gives a nod to Arix before joining Bruce at his table.
"Sleep well Bruce? The rooms seemed, nice" the real word Decus wanted to use was quaint, in comparison to the rooms he had seen lavishly decorated while he was on the warpath in Cyre, these rooms were simple and felt more utilitarian.
Shade awoke in near darkness with the window acting as a hanger for the spy's large, heavy cloak. If there was light, someone may have seen the pale, formless figure rise from bed and begin preparing with tools from a pack. A comb for the hair, a brush and water for some minor cleaning. During the morning ritual, a mirror was hung on the wall and Shade tried on different masks to fit the mood.
A large head, ugly scar and missing teeth from a sword. Definitely a face that turned away unwanted glances or attention on the road.

Bumble wanders in and takes a seat at the party's table, yawning. Early morning classes at the Academy have nothing on adventuring. No one should be required to be awake and functional this early in the morning. With eyes still mostly closed, she felt blindly around the table until her hands touched something edible, picked it up and took a big bite.
OK you have a one day journey ahead of you, when you are ready I need you to roll a d20 to see if something happens ( the first two postings will be used but mayority must roll) this also serves as the " I'm ready to go" when 4 people post their rolls I'll say every one not staying goes on the trail, and what happens.
If some one wants to stay in town we'll resolve their actions along with the rest of the party.
If someone wants to do something before leaving we'll resolve his/her action first and continue with the travel.

You start traveling through the roads, following instructions given by you by the bartender, you walk for several miles, with no strange happenings, beside farmlands and houses, there some kids playing in the fields waving at you when you pass by and giggling exited when you return the wave, a dog follows along you for a little while but turns when you pass a small creek, you see some farmers traveling towards town with wagons full of products, they give you some strange looks of surprise but continue walking along the road, you arrive at the entrance of the forest just like Garlen said.
Arix, you turn your head to a tree nearby and you can see there´s a skull and an arrow through it.(if you want to examine it post accordingly)
Following the path you hear birds in the trees, some foxes run to hide. There's such a calm air in this forest, you can not imagine who could possibly think there's evil in this world, you arrive to an intersection, take a right turn at a funny looking tree and before the sun settles you see in the distance the silhouette of a huge black rock. This monolith contrasts with the white limestone around it, it certainly looks like a spearhead but its slanted in a 60º angle with a small crater around it. Its about 20 feet tall and 10 feet wide.
By time you get to the rock the moon is showing but you can see a faint light in a nearby cave.
(You can add to the journey with your own experiences and thoughts along the way)
Walking through the peaceful, sunlit forest reminded Bumble almost painfully of home, childhood days spent playing hide and seek and climbing trees with her siblings and cousins. As they passed, she attempted to listen to the birds and foxes for any warnings or information about their surroundings as she would have at home, hoping for some indication of danger lurking unseen. Here, however, the small wild beasts simply chattered to themselves and called warnings to each other about the noisy two-leggers passing by.
When they finally reached the monolith, Bumble understood where the Lance Stone had gotten its name. Truly, it must have fallen from a great height to have made such a crater, and its wedge shape and angle did make it seem like a spearhead thrown by a massive wielder. The light from the cave mouth nearby seemed to indicate they were not alone here, however, and Bumble's excitement to examine this unusual stone formation was tempered by caution. "We should proceed carefully here. If the disappearing villagers were last seen around this place, it is possible whoever that light belongs to had something to do with it."
The journey to the Lance Stone was relaxing for Decus, he worked a bit on a new poem he was writing, practiced softly on his lute, and when he saw the occasional passerby he always made sure to give them a wave. However in the pit of his stomach he knew what was coming. As the Lance Stone came into sight he felt a sense of anxiety begin to set in. He put his lute away, flexed his composite plating, and gripped his spear tight. Into the lions den he thought to himself.
The pleasent trip for Taman was a relaxing one. He share one of his rations with the dog who followed them for a part of their journey.
Once they reach the Lance Stone he remembers the words of his master. " There are more wonders in the world that those who you would learn here."
He stands ready and moves silently as they approach the lit cavern.
"Caution is good. But approach the encounter with the empty mind, for we don't know nothing for sure. The light could be for warmth and comfort of someone good-illed"

On arrival at the Lance Stone, Bruce stairs in wonder at the large black rock and starts to walk closer to it. As he reaches out he is brought out of his trance by the warnings of his party members.
Knowing that any advantage in a battle is a benefit, Bruce turns to face the team and waves his hand in the air. Dust starts to fall off his large gray form and fills in any footprints the party had created. (Bruce Casts "past without a trace")
Bruce puts a large finger to his dry lips then points towards the cave. Stealth 30

"Good morning Decus. " says Taman when he rejoins the table with more water for drink. " Can I serve you water?. " he offers.

Decus, unaccustomed to being served, nods, "I would appreciate that, thank you. Did you rest well?"
"Indeed! I haven't feel so good since weeks. Hope the rest will join us soon so we can get going."

Quietly, Ezekiel nods at Bruce and whispers, "whistle if you need us," and he draws his sword.
