She stops Iz for a moment. "Wait...Something's out there and..." she says in a whisper "Tracks." With that, she squats down and examines the tracks left in the mud. With two fingers, she scoops up a small glob of the goo and gives it a few requisite sniffs.
Stops next to Sheshka, and stares down at the tracks, squinting with her head tilting downward since she would have trouble bending or stooping amidst her many thick layers.
Gleaning nothing of use from the muddy footprints, Iz sighs.
It would seem there's nothing for it.
She waddles toward the figures in the dark, waving with her shield hand for her companions to stay behind her. She starts humming again as she walks, but a bit quieter and slower than before when they were out on the open road. When she gets close enough that she thinks they might be able to hear her in the rain, she says loudly as she can without fully shouting, her longsword and shield at the ready.
Hail, friends! It has been some time since last I came to Nightstone, might you kindly point my companions and I toward the aptly named Nightstone Inn? If I remember correctly Master Ur'Gray's culinarian makes a stew that is quite scrumptious...

The creatures turn their shaggy heads towards Iz and growl threateningly. They are worgs, and you have interrupted their meal. (If everyone is OK with it, I'll roll initiative for the party to save time.)

The square is a large open area, roughly 70 feet by 70 feet, with a five-foot deep pit in the center. An overturned cart rests beside several 500-pound rocks which lie buried in the mud. Tethering posts are firmly planted into the ground to the north of the square, and the remains of dog, evidently the worg's interrupted meal, lies beside a stone well.

"No! Wait!" Sheshka hisses in a harsh whisper as Iz waddles forward into danger. The creature, furious at its meal being interrupted is apparently ready to claim another, warmer food! The half-orc sucks her teeth and brings her ax to bear!
Does Sheshka know what this creature is? I'll roll up a nature check if necessary.
Nature: 22 ((Advantage because they are related to goblins maybe?))
She runs up and past Iz, ax in both hands, and attacks the deadly beasty!
"You fool,"Frixori hisses and facepalms as the halfling calls out to the shapes across the bridge. "You're going to be their next meal if you don't do something about this."She brings down her hood so as to not obstruct her vision, fully revealing the face of the burgundy-skinned tiefling. She brings up her crossbow and trains it on one of the creatures, her glowing eyes squinting to ensure her aim is true.

The worg howls in pain as Sheshka's axe bites deep into it's shoulderblade (Wounds: 13) and tears at the half-orc's leg. Attack: 13 Damage: 6 (Make a DC 13 Strength Save)
The second worg lopes towards Iz and attempts to bite her through her nearly impenetrable multiple layers of clothing.
I feel like you should have disadvantage on all Dexterity checks. :P

Iz is still partway through a sentence when she hears the low and hungry growl. She trails off and raises her shield, squinting over it to try to figure out what these things are to calculate her next move.
So... you don't know where the inn is then?

The worg charges down at Iz, who is still trying to figure out what it is as it pounces. Iz swats at it while it is in mid-flight but her myopia causes her to misjudge the distance and she swings wide. Iz and the worg tumble over together as the huge beast bites deep into Iz's shoulder. As the worg rolls upright, everyone can see Iz's unconscious figure hanging limply from its jaws.

The tracks have been all but erased by the rain, and Sheshka is unable to identify the creatures which made them.
