Actually, no. The summon earth elemental feature of yakfolk priest is not a spell.

The chieftain can take anymore. His sword falls. His legs shake. Suddenly, he is on the ground staring at the cloudy sky, his breath heavy...

Broken Will (5 psi). As an action, you target one creature you can communicate with via telepathy. The target must make an Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, you choose the target’s movement and action on its next turn. On a successful save, the target is unaffected, and you can’t use this ability on it again until you finish a long rest. A creature is immune to this ability if it is immune to being charmed.
Ren looks at Muho and shakes his head.
DC 16 INT save. If Muho fails:
Ren commands the creature to prostrate itself in front of Erakas and say, "Kill me, master Erak!"
He will then fly over towards Nalla, ready to heal her on when he is able.
"...Debts must always be paid, sometimes in more than blood and gold. But this is Ordo Ursa," Ren places his hand on Erakas's chest, right where the Dragonborn's heart is. "Right here. And it always has been and always will be. Don't ever forget that. Because I won't."

Imberu casts two spells in rapid succession. Her life is at stake: a bib maul of light appears in the air and hit the t-rex: to hit 12, damage 11
Then, with a small gesture of hands, she makes a radiant flame appear in the t-rex nose. [Grathart DEX save]
The elemental keeps attacking Erakas: to hit 11, damage 15, to hit 25, damage 11.
