Ren will explain this to his clan. "I mean, we can go to Waterdeep after we defeat the Duke and get his conch?"

"...Debts must always be paid, sometimes in more than blood and gold. But this is Ordo Ursa," Ren places his hand on Erakas's chest, right where the Dragonborn's heart is. "Right here. And it always has been and always will be. Don't ever forget that. Because I won't."
Serandis Mendaen (Aereni Elven Rogue/maybe one day Wizard)- Project Point Playtest
After two hours, as clockwork, a dwarven patrol comes to get you. The party is escorted deeper in the citadel, where a stone palace is located. In the throne room, King Harnoth is present. A sturdy and elderly dwarf, with hair and beard well trimmed and finished. At his sides, two bodyguards stand. In the room there also five more guards and the three well-dressed dwarves. King Harnoth stands and speaks: " I thank you for coming here. I apologise for the harsh welcome. We have a troubled history with strangers. Please, I heard you have information about a possible attempt to my life, and that this has been planned by the yakfolk. Tell me about this creatures. Where are they from? How do they plan to do this?"
Grathart cast a spell of divination to sense any kind any magic. The only magic in the throne room (party aside) comes from King Harnoth. The armour and the weapon are clearly magically enhanced.
"King Harnoth, the Yakfolk are of Ironslag, they poisoned us with food and smoking weed on our first arrival to their village so it is logical they would choose to do the same for you. Have you yourself, or someone in your guard, seen anyone acting strangely?"
"Ironslag aye, but we have yet to dispatch the fire giants. It is our next task to do so, but felt it was Ordo Ursa's duty to inform you of the information we did find."
"I thank you for that."King Harnoth then continues" I have a proposal for you. I would like very much to see you wipe out Ironslang from the fire giant. Those stinky monsters have been a great danger for us. I would like Citadel Adbar safe again. A squadron of our miner has been taken by them two months ago. I do not know if they are still alive. That is unlikely. But if you take them back or bring me the head of their Duke, I will recompense you with the finest of our magic items. What do you say?"
" All right, then. It is settled. Come along, now, I must..."
The door of the throne room suddenly opens up with a dull thud. Two guards, in quite a hurry, enter without much formality: " My apologies, me King. There are reports of disturbances in the lowest level. Orcs, me King, foolish enough to attack us."
One of the well-dressed dwarves is quick to intervene: " You should go in the residential quarters, my King. You are safe there. "
King Harnoth replies with a grumble:" Fine. But the guests here are coming with me. "
"The elves said the yakfolk used their abilities on a scouting party from Citadel Adbar.....but once they infiltrated the Citadel they could have taken over anyone. Have any scouts gone missing recently or have been acting strangely?"
(OOC - this was information I was trying to find yesterday and failing to - I figured the mention of the scouting party may be important as to hunting down the assassins and I just wanted to get that out there)

Tabaxi with a penchant for shenans. He will....shenan again...
" No one that I know of. No one is missing and no one is failing at their duty. Come. We will discuss further where it is safe."
The bodyguards take the King and the party out of throne room and lead toward the residential quarters. In few minutes to enter in the wide carven, 60 feet long and 40 feet wide. Pillars carved out of stone raise up to the ceiling. Five guards stand near the door in the front, two more at the door in the back. As soon as the party enter in the cavern, Grathart, with the detection spell, notices something...off. These guards emanate a faint aura of enchantment.
(OOC - GET EM BOYS! and I was just going to have Erakas say that we're probably better off helping fight the orcs....but I see you have other plans for us hehe)

"Not that I know of. Things have been pretty much the same recently. Not even an orc raid in the last month, for Moradin sake."
"You mentioned Ironslag. Habe you been there? Have you confronted the fire giants?"
"Ironslag aye, but we have yet to dispatch the fire giants. It is our next task to do so, but felt it was Ordo Ursa's duty to inform you of the information we did find."

Insiders"I prefer to fight," Rockhand said, staying in place. She pulled out the greatsword and made it flame up. "I won't hide away like a coward!"
A dwarf with a canoe on his back? What could go wrong?
Grathart growls, "Unless you Dwarves have started sweating magic, those guards are our Yak bastards!"
Erakas squints at the Dwarves in question and draws his swords.

"What do you know, Grathart?"
Marshmellow roars
