Storm King's Thunder + Against the Giants

"It's a days journey but its kind of on our way.  We should also inquire with a Rendaril before we head south to see if there are any caravans heading back to Luskan that are hiring bodyguards....Icewind Dale can be a dangerous place, more so with giants roaming around.  Could save us money on transportation and actually add some to out purses."

The party goes to the Town Hall the day after. It is a warm morning, and the sound of people preparing for another day of harsh business accompanies you, together with the caws of crows, probably going to feast on some giants' corpse.

As soon as you step into Duvessa's office, she welcomes you: " Welcome, and thank for coming here. First things first"

She shows 4 gemstone (200 gp each) to the Bryn Shander heros: "Take it. You have earned it."

"Now, let me explain the situation first: These 2 days,  I received several messages throughout the North and the Sword Coast, all the way down to Waterdeep. The sightings of giants are constantly increasing, literally everywhere and I am worried for the safety of Ten Towns. I am asking you to get this letter to my aunt Inirva Coldwater, captain of the Dancing Water. I have not been able to contact here. Usually, her ship cover the route between Luskan and Waterdeep. Frost Giants have been spotted sailing ships and I have to warn her. Would you do this form me? I assure my aunt will grant you safe and free passage on her ship to whatever destination you desire"

Ren says, "Thank you, friend." And takes a gem out of Roackhand's hand. (OOG Rockhand's hand...lol) 

And of course, we are going that way and it would be my pleasure to assist the Ten Towns in any way I can. You, all of you, have been too kind." Ren says with a bow.

(OOG Can I actually change that, I don't know if I am brave enough to take a shiny gem out of her hand...lmfao)

(OOC - suddenly I'm thinking my backstory might actually be useful as we travel through Luskan)

Erakas nods towards Lady Shade.

"If we can find her, we can pass your warning along.  I have contacts in Luskan that may be able to help us locate her."

Ren will take Gartahrt's gem and Erakas's gem and hand it to each of them. "We're learning how to speak your language, goliath," Ren says.

"I would ask Rendaril. The main trade caravans passes by his emporium."

"WIth that, we will make our leave if there isn't anything else?"

Ren will take the letter and stow it carefully inside his robes.
