Strife, the attack would not hit if you use shield. I'll go ahead and assume you activate shield in reaction to the Reef Shark's attack and remove the damage. The Reef Shark will take 8 points of cold damage as your icy blast hits it in the side. It is not dead, but it is bloodied.

Seldor will use both actions to swim to spot B8. As a bonus action, he'll cast Healing Word to give Lady Susanne 10 hit points.

Cpt. Red Skies will attack the Hunter Shark again. All three attacks hit, for 23 points of damage.

The Hunter Shark will attempt to bite Vappa.

For Seldor's turn, I'm reasonably sure that if I center a first level Shatter in square K10, the Hunter Shark will get caught in the radius, but not any of Seldor's allies. I'll wait for confirmation before actually casting the spell and rolling the damage. He'll also spend his full movement to get closer to the island.
