Feng is a small green goblin, he looks slightly dirty and raggity, but not malnurished, but rather fed. He has a leather cap on so you can't see hair and he has what looks like rather sharp teeth.
Lady Susanne, Seldor, feel free to talk with/ask questions to Feng.
Strife, the room is stuffy and smells of mold. Three large windows are set into the rear wall. The meager bit of light they allow is diffused through the dusty and dirty glass. A dry rotted hammock hangs limply in one corner next to a large ornate wardrobe. A finely constructed desk sits in front of the windows.
Vappa, the day is bright and hot. A gentle breeze does nothing to quell the heat. Your eyes sting from the sweat that's starting to drip down your scaled brow and your mouth is dry. Apart from the gulls overhead, there don't appear to be any threats in the area.
Strife will quickly loot through the wardrobe and the desk, looking for anything of value. The kobolds small hands rummaging through them quickly as he tosses anything with little value over his shoulder.
Strife, the wardrobe contains a set of very fine clothes in surprisingly good condition. You find a white long-sleeved silk shirt, a deep purple doublet made of velvet with gold buttons, a pair of brown breeches, and a pair of shiny black leather shoes with large gold buckles. Your innate magical senses tingle as you touch the fine clothing. Make an Arcana check to discern the nature of their enchantment.
In the desk you find a pistol, full powder horn, and 20 rounds of lead shot.
Feng, Cpt. Red Skies eyes you as you answer her questions, a look of confusion on her face. "Us? Are you talking about... Your shield?" She sighs and mutters something under her breath before taking a deep breath and saying "Was Marion LaTiffe with you on this ship?" She then wipes sweat from her brow and glances up at the sun "Do you have any food or drink you could spare us? Our supplies were lost when our boat was attacked by sharks."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
A large smile will spread across the kobolds face as he takes the pistol and slides it into his belt (and ammo). As the kobold then looks over the clothes, Strife will rub his scaly chin and ponder if the clothes would fit him...
"LaTiffe!?!" Feng says loudly, a hint of anger in his voice as he begins to pace slightly. "She say LaTiffe? Yes, LaTiffe why we here. Big storm, no more crew, just us. Long time..." he stops for a moment and walks towards the edge of the ship looking out. "She ask for foods. We have foods? Do we?" He mutters to himself before speaking out. "We have foods." He points in the direction of his hut. "We leave when ready."
After looking over the clothing, The kobold would shurg and begin removing his clothes and shoving them in his pack. Strife would then quickly put on the new clothing before running out on to the deck to join the others. "HEY GUYS! LOOK WHAT I FOUND!" The kobold would shout as he gives a little spin. "The clothes are a little roomy and I honestly have never worn boots before.. or any shoes really but I think I manage to make it work!" Strife would say with a large smile, barley visible from under his tricorn had and oversized clothing.
Strife, the clothes you've found have following magical properties: They can never get dirty, wrinkled, or damaged. They automatically adjust to the body size and shape of the wearer for the perfect fit. The wearer gains a +1 bonus to Persuasion checks. They're worth roughly 75gp.
Captain Red Skies watches the goblin for a bit, seemingly deciding something. "Give us a second." She motions for the party to follow her to a spot away from the goblin. "What do you all make of this? He's saying LaTiffe was here with a previous expedition. I don't normally question the hand that feeds, but it sounds like everyone other than the goblin died... And if LaTiffe was here, how'd he get back to Waterdeep with no ship?" Captain Red Skies spits onto the deck and says "This is making no sense to me... Think we can trust the goblin?"
As the group discusses this, Feng is going to wander around the deck. It'll seem like he's looking for something as he is just looking around at different spots, tossing objects to the side and over his head. However Feng has no rhyme or reason to his actions.
(OOC: Does Feng notice if anyone on the ship currently is injured?)
"I'm not sure, since it is a goblin after all, but we've got numbers on our side, so if it tries anything, we should be able to nip that in the bud real quick."

As Strife moves over to join the conversation with the captain, his clothing magically adjusts to the correct size. Stopping for a moment to examine himself he will then stand next to the captain. "Well the goblin didn't attack and says he has supplies we can use" The kobold would say rubbing his chin. "And the goblin doesn't really seem like much of a threat.. .I say we trust him" Strife will say with a smile, looking back over his shoulder towards the goblin.
"I think it is fine to bring him along, we can keep an eye on him that way, and if it works out it won't hurt to have another.." Lady Susanne chimes in.
Strife will see the goblin stop rummaging and begin muttering to himself. It's inaudible from where you are, but you just see him talking to his shield. He then stops and looks over at you. He looks back and continues his muttering.
Strife would take a step backwards and look to Seldor... "WOAH WOAH WOAH...." The kobold would say holding up both hands and shaking his head quickly... anger flooding across his face. "So you saying we cannot trust him because he is a goblin? What does that matter... should we not trust creatures that are small? Creatures that have pointy teeth? Or maybe we shouldn't trust creatures with bad reputations!" Strife will yell as his small body heaves up and down with every deep breath. "you know what! No... I think the goblin seems great! Feng seems super trustworthy and I am going to prove it!" Strife would say before storming over to the goblin. "Here, I found these in the captains quarters. I trust you and think you could probably make better use of them then me." Strife will say as he looks from Feng to Seldor, shooting him a dirty look over his shoulder.
***Strife will try to hand the pistol / ammo / powder horn to Feng***
Feng will look at the items being presented to him, a confused look overcomes his face before he shakes his head. "We no want. You keep." He pushes the items back to Strife. He then proceeds to hold up his club and shield. "This all we need!" He then laughs as he lightly bonks Strife on the head with his club.
A look of annoyance will flash across the kobolds face before he quickly puts the pistol away. "Hitting me on the head isn't the best way to show you are on our side" Strife would grumble towards the goblin before turning back to his companions. "Ah yes, thank you for that good luck bonk... yup... that is what that was.. So now if you could just lead us towards a whole bunch of supplies and save us from starving on this beach, that would be great!" Strife will say with a nervous smile.
Feng will laugh at Strife as he replies. "Baby he is." he mutters to himself before replying back "No be baby." Feng will mimic back to Strife, chuckling quietly afterwards. After a moment passes he addresses the rest of the group. "Supplies we have. We ready?" He then hops up on the ledge of the ship and sit down.
