Føpé will, either this turn or next turn depending on how fast he can go, wrap the contents of the chest in the cloak without closely studying them, and encourage everyone to make a run for it.
Puddin quickly casts Bless on Barnaby, Kif, and Fope.
The wight, seeing Fope turn its back on her, changes directions and attacks him instead. Because Fope is crouched with his back exposed to her, I am giving her advantage on both strikes. She crits on the first strike, slashing him with her claws and delivering 10 points of damage! She slashes and hits again! This time the cut is not so deep - a relatively superficial wound, dealing 6 points of damage - but Fope immediately feels cold radiating from the site of the fresh injury.
Fope draws a breath and shudders from the deathly chill, as he makes a Constitution save.
Ireena tries to squeeze a crossbow bolt between the walls and her allies, but she misses the creature. Barnaby, you're up. At the top of the round, Kif and Fope may go, as well, though Fope will (of course) roll that Con save along with whatever he intends to do this turn.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Føpé will pass the gear wrapped in the cloak to the back of the ranks, face his foe, and say to Kiff This thing has a great evil in its strike. I'm ready to go when you are.
If Føpé has time, he'll take a dodge action, and will use his second wind. 10
Action and move, not two actions. There isn't anything "wrapped" in the cloak, but I'll let you pass the cloak, the coffer, and the book to Puddin. There is now clearly visible in the chest a set of lockpicks and a chain shirt, among other things.
No no, Føpé's task over the past turn, and this one, was to quickly wrap the contents of the chest, without studying the items, just to grab them all, in a bundle of cloak and pass them on. He's just trying to scoop it all up and pass it.
Yes. Last turn I let you open the chest and begin the process of rummaging through it. That was your action last turn.
Your action this turn was to remove several things and pass them to Puddin. If, instead of doing that, you wish to begin the process of wrapping things in a bundle in the cloak, you may begin that process. Which is fine. You will have put the coffer and the book in the cloak, and your turn will be over (unless you move). You will still have the cloak, and you will be able to load more into it on your next turn. If you want.
These are your choices:
1. Grab a few things and give them to Puddin. That's what I thought you wanted.
2. Using the neatly folded cloak as a makeshift bag, unfold it and shove a few things into it (the book and the coffer), leaving room for more things but not yet passing it to Puddin.
If you're looking for an Option 3, let me know. But there are limits to what a person can do in 6 seconds.
Can he get more done wit a successful slight of hands or similar roll? Can he use his movement to stand up so the creature doesn't get an attack of opportunity?
He can certainly use his movement to stand up. You make a good case for the Sleight of Hand roll.
If the goal is to unfold the cloak and shove as much as you can into it, go ahead and give me a sleight of hand roll. I will tell you now how the DC will work: With a 9, you can get the cloak unfolded sufficiently to put things in it. For every 2 pips higher than that, you may put 1 thing in the cloak. And of course you may stand up as half of a move action. You can even move, with the other half.

Constitution save: 10
Does that include the d4 from Bless?
edit: Aim for the 4.
4
[edit] 9+4=13, whew!
Fope feels the darkness and the cold recede; he intuitively understands he was fortunate to have merely suffered 16 points of damage.
There's a reason he's trying to retreat.
Eh. Who knows if he even would have been hit, if he'd been facing his foe. But it's his turn (and Kif's, and Barnaby's).

Slight of hand: 6
He will stand up, but not go anywhere.
Oh well. Do you stand up? And that's half of your move, but of course there is an attack of opportunity if you try to slip away.
Stand up. No slipping away. He has to try for the loot again next turn.
OK, wow, nice try Fope, looks like you've been slimed
When it's Kif's turn he will attack again with a precision strike
25 plus bless 3 plus sup die 8 to hit
If that hits (it damn well better) 11 damage
the ax sings as it carves a figure eight
then action surge attack again 17 plus bless 4 to hit
And if that hits 5 damage
Hey grimace, over here!
<edit>I get to reroll damage on 1's or 2's, so second damage roll is 8
