The A1 mastiff has taken 2 damage, A3 - 28 damage, skulk - 9 damage. The Skulk has Faerie Fire on it.
Hildigrim is at 16 hp (out of 26), Jorin (39/39), Pascal (27/34), Drusk (19/29), Q-Bear(9/19).
Hildigrim and Jorin are up. The Frenzy is still in effect until init 20, so your attacks have advantage. (So if Hildigrim kicks the mastiff, he will add Sneak damage.) Volo still can act from the end of Round 3, if you want.

Normally Llyneth would assist the party with some "moon" effect. This time, she seals off the moonwell, preventing Kauth from summoning another Skulk.
Hildigrim is up. (Has Advantage on his attack.) A1 still looks healthy, the skulk at half-health.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Hildigrim fakes like he is going to poke the shadow mastiff in the eyes, then kicks it in the ribs (7 damage, 15 total).
Overhead, you hear Kauth chanting again. But this time, it ends on a note of puzzlement (and maybe fear?) when it fails to summon another Skulk.
The mastiff and the skulk are no longer in a frenzied battle rage, but the lickspittle of Kauth continue their fight. (Who does the mastiff attack? 1 Jorin 2 Hildigrim: 2 )
Attack: 20 Damage: 13
That mastiff just won't leave Hildigrim alone. He is down to 5 HP again.
Drusk will swing his mace at the skulk, then use spiritual weapon on it.
Attack: 13 Damage: 4 (miss)
Bonus Attack: 19 Damage: 8 (hit, but it is still up)
(EDIT: Forgot about Faerie Fire. Rolling again for Drusk's attack: 17 still missed.)
Quillary-Bear and Pascal are up. (The mastiff is almost half wounded. While it is hard to tell with only a glowing outline, the skulk is hurting.)

Jorin strikes twice for 23 damage. The last mastiff is chopped down. Drusk will use Channel Divinity to get Hildigrim to 13 hp.
Quillary-bear lets out a loud roar over the fallen monsters:
As the last of the shadow mastiffs dispersed, Llyneth grabs Kauth with her hands and starts crushing him. He roars in pain and disbelief but crumples under the pressure. She squeezes until there is nothing left but a small lump of black ore. She releases it, and the nugget falls into the moonwell. The mists inside the well then evaporate, and it returns to being filled with clear water that reflects the moon above.
With Kauth gone, Llyneth’s spirit streams down into her body that lies beside the well. In moments her eyes open as the druid returns to herself. “You have my thanks for restoring me. The tests of trust, reason, courage, and resilience allowed me to overcome the influence of my latent Black Blood. It has been purged. May the Earthmother bless you, nourish you, and sustain you.”

”While my part was small, I must ask a favor. My friend and I have been bitten by these changelings, and would know if you have any way to cure us?”
Llyneth hands over 2 flasks of what looks like mashed swamp moss, and has Jorin and Quillary drink it. (Tastes like mashed swamp moss.) This will suppress the lycanthropy for several days. She can arrange for some clerics of Helm near Amphail to cast the cure, although they will want 2 weeks of charity work in return... Drusk says he will be able to cast Remove Curse within a day or two, so no need for the indentured servitude.
Kauth, a shadow spirit of rage and destruction, is not destroyed easily, but it has been banished back to the Shadowfell. The Eye of the Mist has been cleansed, and is no longer a source of the Howling Disease. However, there are still Black Blood cultists roaming the wilds, so she will warn the authorities to stay vigilant. (The party is unlikely to encounter more of them, but they wouldn't know that in-story.)
Llyneth hands a small flat round stone to the group, with the symbol of an eye with wavy lines representing mist around it. This is a token of gratitude by Llyneth Kincaid, the great druid of the Eye of the Mist, and may be useful for encounters with other druids or followers of the Earthmother. (This is a story reward for this module. Unlikely to be used, but maybe it will help with some of the role-playing. Someone decide to take it, and you can add it as a custom item.)
Drusk will mention that Hyll helped out, and asked for asylum. Llyneth is a little uneasy, but as long as Hyll is unable to harm others, she will have sanctuary in the Tarthwood.

(Belated Christmas presents. I mentioned that there were a fair number of magic items that were not part of this module, but I'm trying to weave it into the epilogue of this story. Be sure to add the appropriate items for your character's inventory.)
First of all, everyone can advance to 5th level.
Second, everyone add 20 GP to your inventory. Drusk will add an additional 300 GP to the group treasury, which is separate from your personal finances. This is the reward handed to the group when they get back to Amphail.
Jorin does not receive any items. (Not yet.) But he does get two small pouches of refined metal powder, one of adamantine, one of mithral. This may help when he forges his silvered battle-axe in a few days...
Quillary receives two gifts from Llyneth, as one druid to another.
The first is a cloak of protection. The text has a custom description, but Quillary is free to modify it so her character looks like she wants. "Llyneth’s Cloak of Mists. This cloak is made of fine gray wool and edged with embroidered silver knotwork. The wool blends into the mists common in the Moonshaes. The inside is lined with small pockets perfect for holding herb samples or spell components."
The second is a large potted shrubbery. It had been growing for almost a month, so in a few days (ie. after the next module), the magic will be complete.
Hildigrim has time to study the agate he acquired from the moonwell alternate dimension. It is a stone of good luck (luckstone), which requires attunement.
Drusk is surprised to have Snicklet appear and hand him a sentinel shield. "Hyll is pleased her pets did so well. (confidentially) She said pets, but she meant pawns,” he assures the party. "You may hear from her in the future, if she has other errands." You are aware that all sentinel shields have an eye design on the front, but it is almost like the eye is watching you...
Pascal gets a visit from Snicklet as well. "Hyll says your flattery will never affect someone as wise and smart as she, but she gives you this." He gets a ring of evasion. "I hear what you say when you drink quickling draught. Not great, but good enough for a lumbering oaf. Here, take this, as Snicklet gift." It is a flask that resembles a bottle of Durkee Red Hot sauce, with the words "light 'em up" on the side. It is a potion of fire breath.

Llyneth hosts the party overnight, to give them a chance to recover from the fight and the trials, and to do some training (to reach Level 5). The next day, Brython shows up, with his chariot pulled by a quartet of goats ("they are no longer sick"). There is a ride back to his farm outside Amphail, and then a walk into the village proper. After reporting the events to the officers in charge, the party trains some more, and enjoys some time off. (Drusk also casts Remove Curse on Jorin and Quillary.)
On Nightal 19th, Jorin and the two village blacksmiths (the dwarf and the elf) are ready to make his silvered battle axe. However, the two smiths are inspired, Jorin has the blessing of the moon well, and small amounts of adamantine and mithral to strengthen the alloys of his weapon. They labor fiercely and for many hours. The rest of the party stops by to assist as they can.
Drusk casts Guidance when requested, otherwise pumping bellows and shoveling ore.
Pascal keeps the forge fires at a hot and constant temperature with his spells, and provides nourishing food to keep their strength up.
Quillary strikes with her Shillelagh when the blacksmiths are unable to strike the metal with enough force.
Hildigrim (and Volo) keep a keen eye on the process, pointing out flaws in the tempering and smelting, with the occasional use of Mending.
The group works into the early morning hours of the 20th. Everyone rests/sleeps until lunchtime. Howldown has ended, and tonight will be the celebration of Simril, the winter solstice.
